A Festive Party

This time, Keira smiled and kissed her husband's lips. Being carried away, the two of them ended up sharing love and longing for each other, something they should have done later that night, after the reception party was over, as if pouring out pent-up feelings for twelve years.

Four hours later, several female servants came along with Leino, heading to the couple's room.

"Ehm, Your Highness the Crown Prince, I'm sorry, but the female servants are already here to change the dress and re-decorate Her Highness the Crown Princess for the reception party later," leino shouted from behind the door.

The newly married couple turned to the door.

Higarashi then woke up from the bed, then exclaimed, "Ah yes, Leino! Just wait there!"

They then cleaned themselves in the bathroom, then went back to dressing as before and sat on the bed, as if nothing had ever happened between them.

"Just go in, Leino!" higarashi chanted after that.

"Alright, Your Majesty," Leino replied, then she opened the door, and ordered the female servants who were with her to enter inside.

Looking at Keira and Higarashi, Leino then frowned and asked, "Has it been these four hours, you were just chatting, Your Majesty?"

Higarashi only smiled broadly with a flushed face, while Keira blushed in embarrassment at the innocent question.

"I'm sorry, Your Highness the Crown Prince, but you must first go out, come with me to the other room, while the servants will immediately make up and change the clothes of Her Highness the Crown Princess, she said, You also have to prepare yourself for the reception party later" Leino said.

“Alright!” hygarashi with a cheerful face.

He then stood up and followed Leino out of the room after blinking one eye at his wife. Keira's face immediately flushed red, as only they knew what they had been doing for four hours inside the room.

After Higarashi left, the maids dressed Keira and changed her dress for the reception. Higarashi, who is now in a room some distance from her bridal room, was seen standing while two male servants tidied up her clothes.

Neriya and Klafina then entered the room and startled herself. He looked directly at his parents with a slightly panicked face.

“Dad, Mother,” murmured Higarashi slowly.

"Where have you been with your wife for four hours, hey, son? Why did you guys just leave right after you got married?! Shouldn't you come down from the altar and serve the guests present?" asked Neriya who was standing next to the only son with an annoyed face.

Klafina simply smiled at the question, then replied, "Ah, my husband. We were young as well. Let it be, wouldn't the sooner the grandchildren would be better for this kingdom? We can immediately make an appointment to the doctors to use Wormbye.”

“Keira is a mortal being,” said Higarashi.

Neriya and Klafina instantly fell silent.

He then took Neriya and walked out of the room.

“Keira ... is a mortal being,” Higarashi murmured again in his heart this time.

After the male servants had finished tidying up Higarashi's clothes, the Crown Prince of Halida then walked out, heading to his bridal room. Once he got there, suddenly the door opened from the inside, and he could immediately see clearly his wife who was now wearing a dark blue evening dress.

Higarashi's face flushed red after seeing his wife's appearance. The female servants then bowed to her while walking out of the room. Higarashi approached Keira and stroked his wife's short dark blue hair, with a big smile on his face.

"You don't look like an Earth creature, Keira. You are so beautiful, and the cosmic energies inside you are so strong I feel that my body starts to get scared of you. Don't ever disappear in front of me again, Keira. Don't love anyone other than me, ” whispered Higarashi with a flushed face.

Keira smiled slightly, and replied, "I have no time to love others, nor time to myself …."

Higarashi then took Keira and led her along to the main hall. Once they got there, the reception party started with the two toast each other first with the glass that Leino had just given, and immediately drank the contents.  After which, the invited guests quickly approached Keira just out of great curiosity, while staring at her with riled faces.

"Is he really a Crossbreed?" ask one of the offices.

"Truly no doubt, his face was exactly once with the late Her Majesty Queen Anexta of Palladina!" another official said.

“Ah, Gentlemen,” says Higarashi.

Having objected that his wife was asking too many questions, Higarashi took Keira and asked her to dance, followed by the beautiful music played by the palace musicians in the corner of the main room.

After they finished dancing together, they then walked up to Xyon and his three senior generals who were standing on the right side of the room.

"Prime Minister Xyon, I think I should ask you to extend your term" Higarashi said with a big smile.

"Ah, I certainly hope that with the disappearance of the two of you for the past four hours, Keira will give birth to a successor to the kingdom of Palladina, and thus, I can quit this post," reply Xyon with a flat face.

Nordian, Weim, and Arex certainly immediately smiled after listening to the remark, while the faces of Higarashi and Keira reddened. Suddenly, Arex looked at Xyon with a serious face.

"Isn't it because of this, Her Royal Highness Princess Keira can no longer be the successor to Palladina's kingdom, Xyon?" tanyakanya.

"You're very disrespectful. She is His Highness Crown Princess Keira of Halida now. With that title, do you think she can still be a Queen of Palladina in the future, unless she's divorced from her husband?" answer Weim.

Arex could only nod, and the reception party continued until midnight, and the guests returned to their respective planets one by one, and the party was finally over.

Xyon and his three senior generals then say goodbye to Neriya and Klafina after the party ends, while Keira is now in her room. He was seen soaking in a large bathtub in the bathroom, trying to calm his mind. The rather tall window that was located beside him, made starlight enter through that bathroom, and further reconciled the atmosphere. The warm water also makes itself comfortable after a long party and bustle on this day.
