He was disappointed by Keira's heart-piercing question.

Higarashi let out a long sigh, then with a disappointed face, he said again, "I'm actually from a very distant place. Both my parents wanted to match me to the girl of their choice. Since my heart has been thinking about you ever since, I firmly rejected my parents and asked them for permission to look for you. I loved you and missed you a long time ago, however, if you don't feel the same way as me, I can't force you. I'm sorry I upset you with my attitude yesterday. Thank you, I can finally see you again. At least I already know that you're fine here, and the longing in my heart is cured."

Higarashi then turned his body. He was about to walk back to his home, and decided not to continue his efforts to make Keira his life partner. He is very disappointed, but he is more afraid if he hurts Keira if he continues to force his feelings on the girl.

After Higarashi walked a few steps, Keira suddenly asked, "Have you found an excuse, why do you love me?"

Higarashi smiled, however, hearing the word danger, he became curious.

"Danger? What's wrong with you? But fine, I will try to make you fall in love with me within this month. Thank you for giving me a second chance, Keira!" higarashi exclaimed with a smile on his face.

Keira returned the smile, but her heart was worried.

“Has my decision been correct, giving Higarashi another chance to pursue me? Or am I plunging Higarashi, who he thinks is a mortal man, into the danger of being charged at me as a Crossbreed? However, my feelings cannot be lied to ..” he murmured inwardly.

The two of them were now staring at each other with happy looking faces, for a while.

“Hmm, maybe?” reply Keira.

“I'll be waiting for you!” exclaimed the man with a big smile on his face.

Higarashi then walked back to his house after his meeting with Keira earlier, making his heart a little more, becoming filled with hope.

“Keira gave me one more chance, then this time, I decided to no longer make the same mistake as yesterday!” he murmured along the way.

As soon as he arrived in front of his house, Higarashi opened the door with a key and went inside. He closed the door and walked towards the bed. He lay down, smiling widely.

It was getting late, and Keira was in her private room on the second floor of her foster aunt's house. He just sat on the bed folding his knees and looked up at the night sky from behind the big window that was located right next to his bed.

"Great, it looks like I've missteps it by giving it a second chance. If he finds out that I'm not human, it's the same as putting him in grave danger! He could be the target of the Silverians, after they killed both my parents and my foster aunt! How's this, my God, Keira!" it's in the heart.

His face began to look pale. His heart was pounding so hard that he could not calm down.

He took a deep breath, then lay uncomfortably on his bed.

He then tried to fall asleep, and after two hours, he finally closed his eyes and dreamed.

The next morning, Keira leaves for school by bus. After he waited for a few minutes in front of the stop, a bus came and he boarded it. The bus drove to the next stop, and he got off the bus and waited again to change the next bus.

Suddenly, a man patted her shoulder. He turned to the man and smiled at him.

"Ah, Higarashi, good morning," said Keira slowly.

"Good morning too, Keira," replied the man, Higarashi.

The two of them looked a little awkward, but since they were still not feeling good about yesterday's incident, Keira tried to have a little pleasantry with Higarashi.

"Is this stop the closest stop to your house?" ask Keira.

"Ah, yes. My house is not too far from this stop" replied Higarashi.
