The curse of the Xbreed: Silverian & Blackerian
The Past - Part XII

Hyerin's heart beat fast and fast, until she closed her eyes with a red face and body that began to feel hot.

"Maybe, I'm starting to like it. He was a man who looked good, not like Dad said," he murmured in his mind.

That night, both of them were angry. Xyon he can't lie about himself, while Hyerin instead increasingly thinks about the young man who is sure to have to return to his home planet.

"I think His Highness the Crown Prince and His Highness the Crown Princess are having a good time right now. Why should they lie to His Majesty the King? Gosh, they brought me into this shitty feeling," Xyon murmured softly, with an annoyed face.

He fell asleep after a few minutes. The next morning, Hyerin seemed to have just walked out of her room and was about to go to work, however, she stopped her steps as she stared at the door of Xyon's room.

"No, Hyerin. No. gabe. Xyon is sick so you don't have to wait for him. The man was always cold," Hyerin murmured softly with an annoyed face.

He shook his head, then walked out of the inn. Along the way, many times he looked back and Xyon was never seen there.

“He's not following me anymore, is he? All righty! It's time to forget yesterday!” yells slowly.

Hyerin finally arrived inside the restaurant where she worked. He immediately cleaned the table and chairs, then served the first, second, third, and so on until the lunch hour was completed. He then stood near the cashier's table, with a face that looked riled up until the Madam who was beside him smiled slightly after seeing his attitude.

“You're thinking about that guy, aren't you?” ask the restaurant owner.

Without turning her head towards him, Hyerin replied as she scrunched her forehead, “No, Madam. I'm just exhausted. Today is crowded, isn't it?”

“Your face looks lethargic. What if you get home early today? Take a break, because you've been working well. You deserve a vacation,” the Madam replied.

“He didn't open his door today,” Hyerin replied.

The woman let out a short sigh, then whispered, “Go now. I know you're thinking about it a lot. Your face can't lie to me, baby.”

Hyerin immediately looked at him with a big smile and said, “Mrs, thank you! I'll be back early tomorrow!”

He then got out of there and continued to run, but did not return to the inn. He actually stepped until he arrived at the edge of the lake at the very end of the small town. After a long sigh, he began to pick up a small stone and throw it into the lake, with an annoyed face.

"Why should I think of that shitty guy again, huh?! I purposely came here so that there was no need to think about it anymore!" muttered.

He then took another small stone, and threw it back into the lake.

"Quickly get out of my mind and out of my sight, so that I don't have to see and think of you anymore! You must ... save yourself, fool!" hyerin exclaimed with a flushed face.

For the third time, he picked up another small stone, but just as he was about to throw it again into the lake, someone suddenly clasped his hand tightly. Hyerin immediately turned her head to the side and looked at the man who had blocked her hand just now.

"Xyon?" he murmured while frowning his forehead and glaring eyes in surprise.

The young man did not look okay. His face looked lethargic and reddened. He then removed Hyerin's hand from his grasp, trying to breathe slowly.

Hyerin immediately held Xyon's body in alarm, then said, "Good, Xyon! Are you sick?!"

He immediately placed his palm on the young man's forehead, and it felt warm, until the girl exclaimed, "Xyon! God, why did you come here if you're not doing well?!"

Xyon immediately looked at Hyerin with teary eyes, then whispered, "Because I told you that I will be with you. After all, I won't die just from a minor illness like this.”

“Ringan said? I'll take you back to the inn first. Can you hold on? I will help you walk,” Hyerin replied while showing a riled up face.

"But you have to get back to work, right? I'm an immortal, so you don't have to worry" Xyon said.

"God! You're still being cold! Hey, whoever you are, an immortal or a mortal, you will still need help from others when you are sick!" hyerin exclaimed with an annoyed face.

"I ...," whispered the young man, but Hyerin directly cut him off, "I'll drive you back to the inn! Madam has given me permission to take care of you today, so you don't have to think about it!"

He then helped Xyon to walk. Although the young man was exhausted once in a while, they continued their steps, and Hyerin now held Xyon's arm with her shoulder.

Once inside the inn, Hyerin helped Xyon to unlock the door of the young man's room, then went inside and re-locked the door. He also helped Xyon lie down, then covered his body with a thick blanket.

Hyerin then sat down beside Xyon while once again, holding the young man's forehead with her palm.

"I'll be fine after getting Healing Renovatio from the nurses who are inside my planet" Xyon said softly.

"Hey, I don't understand what you're saying, so you better just lie here and I'll try to lower your body heat!" hyerin exclaimed with a face still filled with worry.

Xyon fell silent. He closed his eyes and tried to remain calm, even though his heart was beating fast due to the presence of the girl he liked.

"I'm sorry, it's all because of me ..," whispered Hyerin, who suddenly started crying.

The young man suddenly opened his eyes and tried to get up, then he sat down next to Hyerin and wiped away the tears that were now soaking the girl's face that Hyerin looked at her with a sad face.

"You don't have to cry, I'll be fine" Xyon replied, and his face was completely flat with no expression.

But Hyerin continued to cry.

He then said with trembling lips, "Stay it's all my fault! I even forgot to change the towel that covered your wound yesterday!"

"I've been feeling better after falling asleep while you're gone" Xyon said.

Hyerin let out a long sigh as she scrunched her forehead and whispered, “You really are a cold man, aren't you?”
