The Past - Part XXVII

Xyon turned again to the boy and said, "Hyerixon. I will always love you. Although I may be far away from you, I will always come back to you and your mother. I will try to stay with you, someday. I'm gonna try so hard, so, wait for Dad, okay?"

Xyon's face looked very sad, but he himself could not have returned to Planet Palladina even though his son and wife were inside Planet Earth, and on the one hand, he could not have returned, he regretted being a general.

“If I find out that you are pregnant, I will not take the royal exam and become a general. I'd rather run away, and live with you and my son. But regret is always ... arrive late, right?” whispered the young man with a sad face.

Seeing her husband's face, Hyerin approached her and kissed Xyon's lips. The young man enjoyed it. The two slept in the same bed, three of them, with their sons.

The next day, Hyerin, who had woken up first, seemed to walk out of her room, to buy breakfast for the three. After a while, he returned and placed a cloth bag on the floor, then woke Hyerixon and Xyon up.

After the two had been built, he then bathed Hyerixon, while Suaminua waited for Hyerin while sitting beside the bed. After that, the black-haired woman carried her now well-dressed son, and brought him to Xyon.

Gladly, the young general held his son in his arms while occasionally making Hyerixon laugh. Hyerin who had just finished preparing breakfast and placed it on a small table in front of them, was about to feed the child.

“I did it,” said Xyon with a big smile on his face.

“I've never seen you smile that wide, Xyon. You're always cold and your face is always flat. But look now. You really are a bitch,” Hyerin replied while also smiling.

Xyon then took a lunchbox, and began to feed the boy while occasionally inviting Hyerixon to play. A happy family, even if everything has to be kept secret.

“What if I invite Hyerixon to play with me today? Don't you have to go to work soon?” xyon asked his wife, after he had finished feeding her son.

“Do you not mind that?” reply Hyerin slowly.

“Lantas how you've been looking after her all this time?” ask her husband while frowning.

“Ah, I took a few months off to take care of Hyerixon since he was born, but once he was six months old, I sometimes asked for help from the Madam of the inn owner, this, or I will take him to work with me,” Hyerin replied.

“I'm sorry, I can't help you at all,” said Xyon with a sad face while holding Hyerixon with both hands.

Hyerin smiled slightly, then said, “He is a good boy, and has never troubled me at all. Sometimes the Madam of the restaurant owner also looks after Hyerixon and plays with her granddaughter.”

“I ... would love to stay with you here,” whispered Xyon quietly.

“Don't you say that you should be back in three days?” ask Hyerin.

“I will take Hyerixon today with me, so, you can go to work,” said the young general.

“Alright, but I hope you will bring it to me when lunch time has come,” reply his wife.

Xyon nodded. They then walked out of Hyerin's room, but, without them noticing, from a distance, Arnea who was standing in front of her bedroom door, accidentally saw the three. The Crown Prince squinted both of his eyes.

Coincidentally, Klara was still in the room, and she was actually waiting for her wife to come out. He then watched Xyon from a distance, who was walking with a woman.

“Xyon? Why is he holding a child and walking with a woman? Wait a minute, why does the boy have the same hair color as Xyon?” arnea murmured in her mind, frowning.

That very day, Hyerin allowed the father and son to go together, while he worked. Xyon was of course very happy, he even invited Hyerixon to see the scenery on the edge of the lake while playing. He also bought toys for her.

It seems that father and son's day has begun, and Xyon is very happy, but also sad to think that the day after tomorrow, he must return to Planet Palladina. As soon as the sun was right over their heads, the young General brought Hyerixon back to Hyerin, who was still in the restaurant, for lunch together.

Xyon would then return with his son to play, and when night fell, he would wait for Hyerin in front of the restaurant where his wife worked, holding Hyerixon. They then walked back to the inn together, the night together inside Hyerin's room, and apparently, they would also sleep in one room, again.

The same thing happened the next day. But without them noticing, Arnea was standing at the door of her room early in the morning before Klara even woke up, only to notice Xyon from a distance.

“Suspicious once,” whispered the Crown Prince as he squinted his eyes.

Sure enough, that morning, Xyon came back out of the same room as yesterday, holding a boy and walking along with a girl. Arnea's suspicions became more and more heightened as they looked like a happy family.

“Actually, what is going on and why does Xyon look so familiar together with the boy and girl? What is Xyon hiding? Why does the child have the same hair color? Jeez,” murmured Arnea in thought, while wrinkling her forehead.

Xyon still invites Hyerixon to visit some places that sell toys. Of course the boy was very happy, because his father had played and accompanied him. He did not want to be separated from the young General, even while sleeping, he would immediately look for his father. A pleasant day, but without feeling, night began to return, and on the next day, Xyon had to return to his home planet.

As Hyerixon fell asleep and the night grew more and more intense, Hyerin seemed to sit on the floor leaning her head on Xyon's shoulder.

“I'm really sorry, can't give you a beautiful wedding, can't be a good father to her,” Xyon said with a sad face.

“Can you not keep apologizing, Xyon? Although I don't want you to leave, but .. You've been a good father for two days. After all waiting is not a torturous thing because you will definitely come back to us again. So I don't have to worry about it,” Hyerin replied with a forced little smile.
