THE PROTECTOR
Chap 27's

“What is this?  War gods?”  Caitlyn narrowed her eyes to read the name written on the document,

“What is written here?  Garrison something?”

Caitlyn was trying to figure out the full name in the crack when she was struck by a voice from behind, “What are you looking at, Dr. Black?”

Caitlyn had to hide the card behind her before she could see the name well.

“Ah, it's okay.”  Caitlyn smiled.

 The voice belonged to Jelena Keaton, who looked at Caitlyn suspiciously.

“I understand, It's up.”  Jelena shrugged her shoulders and left.

Unbeknownst to Caitlyn, Jelena had been standing behind her as she checked the Officers Card. He even secretly recorded the process with his phone.

Jelena clandestinely slipped into a corner of the hospital and pulled out her phone.

"Officer, I'd like to report the theft by Caitlyn Black from the Heart Surgery department of the Third District Hospital." she whispered by phone, “I saw with my own eyes that he had stolen the Officers Card along with the bank card.  There are a lot of chips as well, I'm sure there must be some secret information in them.  I've even recorded it as evidence, Officer. ”

“Whose Officers Card is that?  Do you see his name and rank? ” The clerk asked from the other end of the phone.

 “Oh, it belongs to the God of War, Officer!  I'm very sure of that.  I have photos and videos to prove it.”

"What's? War gods? Okay." Okay."

Shortly thereafter, the screeching sirens of police cars filled the air.  A series of police cars stormed into the courtyard of the Third District Hospital.

Police forces wearing bulletproof vests stormed into the main building. Soon, Caitlyn is arrested and put in a police car.  He was completely confused and frustrated.

Police took other items, including photos and videos taken by Jelena Keaton, which would be used as evidence against Caitlyn.

They took him directly to the City District Police Station, where a helpless and tearful Caitlyn was seen.

As a result of the incident made the Patrol Force Captain, Xavier Fields worried, because it involved the theft of the Officer Card.

He examined the Card carefully with the naked eye.

 “It can't be fake.  This is the original Officers Card!”  he took a deep breath and said, “This is amazing!  It belongs to the God of War!”

Others suggest, “We should really make sure about this, Captain.  Why don't we ask someone from the military to check it out?”

“Yes, I just told my friend, Steven Shaw to come and check it out.  He's from the First Metallic Regiment in North Hampton, he should be here anytime now.”

“Captain, we have checked the bunch of chips and the cards.  But we are not given any level of authority to access it.”

Inside the interrogation room.

Caitlyn could hardly help but tremble, even though she was almost out of strength to do so.

“Come explain to us!  Where did you get those documents and cards?”

“I-That belongs to my son-in-law!”  Caitlyn said nervously.

“Stop bragging!!!  Do you know how important this Officer Card is? ”

“A-I don't know..” Caitlyn stared at them blankly.

"This is the Officer Card belonging to the God of War!"  The officer shouted loudly.

Booms!

Caitlyn felt like something was exploding inside her head and clogging her brain.

“Do you know there are military secrets in that wallet?  you are now accused of leaking state secrets!  If you refuse to come clean to us, you will be responsible for facing some very serious charges!”

“Tell me!  Where did you steal the Officer's wallet and card? ” interrogation officer snapped at Caitlyn suddenly.

Caitlyn was crying from fear.  He could feel nothing now other than blind terror.

 “A-A-I... These items belong to my daughter-in-law.. I'm not lying, I didn't steal anything...” isak Caitlyn.

Meanwhile, Steven Shaw has arrived at the Patrol Force office.

"Where is the Officer's Card?"  Steven rushed to ask permission.

"Here we go!"

 Steven Shaw wasted no time in giving his full attention to checking the Card.

After looking at it closely for almost a minute, he put down the document and sighed, "Yes, this is genuine, Alright!"

“This Officer's Card belongs to the God of War!  Where did you find him?”  She asked.

"That's what we got from a woman" said Xavier Fields, "It looks like he's stolen it from somewhere."

 Steven Shaw seemed to remember something as his expression changed.  “Can I know the name of the woman?" he asked, "I need to know."
