THE PROTECTOR
Chap 39's

“Oh, I'm impressed with your efficiency!  So you even brought the contract, right?”  Kyle scoffed

Looking at the scene in front of him, “What makes you think my father would sign it?  It's too funny!”

Kyle's phone rang at the same time.

“What's up, dad?  Yeah, I'm at North Hampton Center now.” Kyle did not expect to receive a call from his father.

“You stupid idiot!”  Lloyd Jarvis almost exploded in anger when he attacked his son over the phone, “Does Kai know who you met?  How can you antagonize him?  Now you've burdened our entire revolving restaurant!  It's gone now!”

“Dad, what are you talking about?”  Kyle sneered, “He's just a dud who looks like a bum to me!”

“What do you know?  He's way above our league and not someone we can mess with!  I want you to kneel down and apologize to him right away, or maybe you won't live until tomorrow!  I'm not kidding, son.  I've sold revolving restaurant!”

“And it's all because of you that made me lose the restaurant!  I'll beat you all out when you get home!”

Kyle's face turned pale when he heard the harsh words from his father.

His face became as white as a ghost.

He realized sadly that this was no longer a joke. This guy really just bought a restaurant in ten minutes!

Kyle glanced at Levi warily.

Meanwhile, Levi and Abigail are reading through the contract to complete the formalities of the acquisition.

Levi finally affixed his signature to the contract, and he is now officially the owner of the restaurant!

A group of people rushed out of the restaurant the moment the contract was signed.

The one leading the servants was Yahir, the general manager of the restaurant.  He ran towards Levi and greeted him with a striking grin, “We are delighted to meet you, Mr. Garrison.  You are now the only boss of the restaurant.  Please pass here, Boss!”

“Please Go This way, Boss!”  all the staff behind him echoed in unison.

Kyle could only watch with wide eyes.

He could not believe what his eyes were saying.  So my family's restaurant now belongs to someone else?

 All in just ten minutes?

 "Wait," Levi waved at Yahir, "there's still unfinished business to be done!"  he turned his eyes to Kyle.

“Didn't you just insult Abigail by calling her pe***r and spitting on her?  I want you to kneel down and lick all your spit on the floor.  The floor should be clean before I let you go.”

"Who do you think you are to ask me to kneel and apologize?"  Kyle retaliates against Levi's attack.

Known for his hubris in North Hampton, Kyle is unafraid of Levi.

“Ah!”

 Levi clasped Kyle's finger at lightning speed which left Kyle shocked.  Before he could figure it out, Levi had already bent his finger back nearly ninety degrees.

Crews!

A cracking sound pierced through the air and made everyone horrified!

Bumm!

Levi pushed his foot forward and pushed Kyle to the floor.

Crews!

Another crack sound shook the air.

Kyle's kneecap cracked as he banged his knee against the floor, right in front of Levi and Abigail.

Bukk!

Levi stomped his foot on one side of Kyle's face, with the other side sticking to the floor.

"I want you to apologize and eat your own spit!"  Levi commanded him mercilessly.

His legs that were on Kyle's face hurt him so much that he felt his head would break.

It was the most excruciating pain Kyle had ever suffered in his entire life.  He was sure he would never want to experience it again.

"Yes, yes, I'll apologize!"

Kyle finally gave up.

“Sorry, Miss Rogers!  Please forgive me!"

Kyle not only apologized, he even ate and licked his own saliva, under everyone's gaze.

The scene was too sickening for many of those watching with their eyes Gawking.  They were shocked to not believe it!

They were perplexed to think that the once arrogant and arrogant Kyle Jarvis would bow down to commit such an embarrassing act.

The man they call Levi Garrison is so cruel!

Abigail's heart was pounding so hard and fast that she felt like she was about to explode from the tension.

Kyle stands out in Abigail's group of friends as the undisputed leader of the group.  Yet he looked more like a rat in Abigail's eyes now, rubbing his nose on the floor like a rat gnawing at the rest of the breadcrumbs.
