THE PROTECTOR
Chap 58's

Aaron and Caitlyn looked at Levi in disappointment.  They insulted him with anger.  “You are just a useless piece of trash!  You can't even protect your own wife!  How can you remain indifferent after your wife is banished from her family?  How can you call yourself a man?"

Levi just held Zoey's hand and left.

He glanced at everyone before exiting the house.  "You will all regret the decision you made today."

“Hmph!  Regretted?  Impossible!"  Everyone sneered.

News of Zoey's disposal quickly spread throughout North Hampton.  Everyone knew Zoey because of Levi, so the news became a sensation in no time.

Bryan Garrison burst into laughter after hearing the news from Harry Lopez himself.  "Ha ha's.  It's nice!  Even Lopez's family cut ties with her.  Levi is completely alone now!”

“Hmph!  Just wait, Levi.  Nueve will throw you away too.  I'll see what you can do in that moment. ”

“Go to hell, Levi!  Coincidentally, we were able to bury you next to your best friend at that cemetery.”

Everyone in the Garrison family was happy.  According to them, Levi would be destroyed after a few days.

Levi said with a smile after they arrived home.  "You believe me, Zoey."

"No!  I don't think you have the ability to solve this problem.  But I promise to stay by your side for the rest of our lives since the birthday banquet that night.  So I'll be strong through everything with you.”  Zoey explained solemnly.

Levi smirked.  'I'm getting excited now that the deadline I gave the Garrison family is coming to an end.

That night, Azure Dragon suddenly sent a message to Levi: I have discovered the truth behind Morris Atkinson's death.  Someone filmed the whole process before he died.

Levi straightened himself with a jerk when he saw the message.  His sudden movements startled Zoey.

"I'll be out for a minute!"  Levi left in a hurry.

Azure Dragon was waiting for him in an SUV when Levi reached the entrance of the Bayview Garden neighborhood.

Azure Dragon started explaining after Levi got into the car.  “Master, Mr. Morris is managing the company well after you were jailed six years ago.  He made the right arrangements to prevent the Garrison family from taking over the Levi.” Group

Levi knew very well Morris's ability.  He is a business miracle.  He is adept at manipulating rules and regulations to his advantage.

“The Garrison family wants to get rid of Mr. Morris because he is interfering with their plans.  So they set up a series of traps for him and falsified evidence to frame him.  Embezzlement is one of their tricks.  Mr. Morris's bank account was filled with a billion a day before your wedding.  Several houses were suddenly listed on his behalf as well, with women living in those houses.  The women were the mistresses reported by the news.  They falsified a lot of evidence to falsify the crimes against Mr. Morris.  The Garrison family even filed corruption charges against Mr Rowen.”

Levi finally understood that the Garrison family had long planned the scheme after listening to the detailed report of the Azure Dragon.  ‘They want to eliminate me, as well as my most loyal subordinates.’

“I've sent people to look for the four mistresses I mentioned.  They are in transit as we speak now.”  Azure Dragon added.

Levi met his eyes.  “Then where are we going now?”

“We will go to Queen Private Investigator Agency.  The agency has been active for years.  They are skilled at unearthing dark secrets from the past.  They have a lot of dirty secrets of the rich and celebrities in North Hampton.  Coincidentally, someone from the agency recorded the scene of Mr. Morris's death.”  Azure Dragon is deciphered.

"good.  Let's go and see the evidence at Queen Private Investigator Agency”

Aju knows the Garrison's family orchestrated Morris' death.  But I want to know every detail.  The process of how they encouraged him to jump from the building, everyone involved in the process, as well as any turn of events.  I must know clearly about all these details!

Queen Private Investigator Agency is unexpectedly located in a mansion.

Once they reached the entrance, the security guards asked them to get out of the car and undergo a thorough security check before they could enter the manor.

Azure Dragon whispered.  “Master, I did not reveal our identity.”  Levi nodded.  “Good.”

Levi took the opportunity to assess his surroundings.  ‘This examination door is custom made.  I thought it was bulletproof.  This guard was clearly an experienced man.  They are amazingly calm even very calm.  I could even feel their threatening auras.  Maybe they are veterans of the battlefield.'

The guards ransacked their bodies while wearing a pair of white gloves.

They allowed Levi and the Azure Dragon to enter only after an intense examination.

The designated guide led them through a special tunnel after they entered that door.

The two arrived at the meeting room after some time.

A middle-aged man with neatly combed hair was sitting on a leather sofa.  He held a glass of red wine in his left hand and a cigar in his right.

Behind him stood six men in suits.  Their attitude and presence revealed their competence in battle.  Nueve's army was incomparable to this professional bodyguard.  Moreover, they turned out to be mercenaries judging from their varied skin complexions.

“Master, he is the boss of Queen Private Investigator Agency, Francis Hicks, also known as Mr. Secret.  Many rich people and celebrities are very afraid of him.”  Azure Dragon explained.

Francis sucked his cigar.  “Levi Garrison?  You are finally released from prison.  What an achievement for you to get acquainted with Nueve. ”

Levi and Azure Dragon were just staring at him.  'I guess he's not just an Ordinary person who can get that information.  But of course, I revealed the information myself.  My database is very confidential.  There is only one person in Erudia who has the right to access my database.

Levi smiled.  “I assume you realize my intention here?”

“Of course!  You want video of the death of Morris Atkinson.”  Frans returned his smile.

“Then what do you think?”  ask Levi.

“Great!  I like dealing with straightforward people like you! ” Francis put down his wine glass and raised his hand.  “Five hundred million, and the video is yours.”

Azure Dragon flinched.  ‘I think, Mr. This Secret is a greedy man. 

“Five hundred million?  That's a little expensive.”  Levi replied casually.

“Ah, you should know that I risked my precious life to take that video!  After all, we are talking about the powerful Garrison family.  They can easily destroy me at any time.  This video affected too many parties, other than the Garrison family.  Many influential powers will hunt me down if I hand over this video to you.  So five hundred million is a fair amount.”  Frans complained.

What he did not know was that he had revealed a piece of information unwittingly.  There were other parties involved in Morris' death aside from the Garrison family.  Levi leaned closer while maintaining eye contact with Francis.  “Are you not afraid I will take revenge on you?”

Tuk, Tuk, Tuk…

The bodyguards behind Francis went straight in as they glared at Levi.

‘I can disable Levi Garrison with one command if I want.’  Francis sucked his cigar again and sneered.  “I know Nueve's strength is almost comparable to Jack**., but in the end he's just a thug.  I don't take it seriously, let alone you!”

Francis is a confident man.  He doesn't care about Nueve.
