Chap 59's

"Ha ha's.  You're absolutely right.  Nueve is nothing compared to you. ” Levi said honestly.  Francis Hicks' impressive way alone is superior to Nueve's.

Levi sat down on the sofa and poured himself a glass of wine.  He took a sip and said, “I can tell you firmly, Mr. Secret.  Five hundred million is impossible.  But we can negotiate the price..”.

Frans glanced at Levi.  “I'm the one who determined it.  Offer me a price then! ” Levi did not say a word.  He also raised his hand.

Francis was agitated by the sight.  "Are you kidding me?  Fifty million?  That's not possible!  I can consider it if you offer me four hundred million!”

Levi smirked.  “You are wrong, Mr. Secret.  Not fifty million."

Francis stood up in anger.  "$ 5.000.000?  You're outrageous, Levi Garrison!  Let me be clear again.  I don't care about Nueve.  You'll face the consequences if you make me angry! ”

Levi patted Francis on the shoulder.  “Quiet, Mr. Secret.  I am a realistic person.  So how could I possibly offer you five million?”

Francis' expression softened.  He thought Levi was making a joke before.  But Levi's subsequent clarification shocked him to the point.

"I offer you $ 5."

The atmosphere inside the meeting room reached its boiling point afterwards.  Bam!

Francis slammed the table and yelled at Levi furiously.  “Are you kidding me?  I'm gonna kill you!"

Krak krak…

The six bodyguards behind Francis Hicks pulled their bayonets in just a split second.

At the same time, the door of the meeting room opened.  Over thirty people rushed into the room.  A total of forty people surrounded Levi and the Azure Dragon, leaving them with no room to escape.

Each of these bodyguards were extremely skilled and proficient in combat.  Francis looked at Levi mockingly.  “Have you never heard of me from Nueve?  Nobody in the whole of North Hampton dared to touch me.  Even the most powerful Mafia boss, Jack Smith, has to respect me!  How dare someone like you make fun of me?  You must be bored of life! ” Francis burning anger.

Levi was not affected.  “I'm not playing you.  I am sincere in doing business with you. $ 5 is more than enough to pay for that video.”

Francis Hicks and his bodyguard were overcome with anger after listening to Levi's words.  He wants to buy a valuable video with just five?  Is he dreaming?

Francis asked Levi.  "Are you serious?"

“I've never been more serious in my entire life.  I'll pay you $ 5 for the video. ” Levi nodded.

“Then I also have to be serious!  You can buy that video from me for five hundred million or let me cut off your hand.  Make your own decision!”  Francis gasped in anger.

However, both Levi and Azure Dragon laughed out loud after listening to his threat.

Francis and his bodyguards were stunned by their reaction.

"Do you really think you can leave this place unscathed?"  Francis put on an evil smile.  “Do you know how I built my influence in this city?”

“This bodyguard is the pillar of my success!  Let me be honest with you.  They were all mercenaries and veterans from the battlefield.  All of them participated in the war and killed more than ten people.  Their combat capabilities far exceeded Nueve's.  No one dared to hurt me because of them.  Even Jack Smith himself!”

"I've spent millions to nurture each of these bodyguards and spend over ten million on them every year."  Francis roared towards Levi.  “Who would you dare to compete with me?  Do you think you can fight me with Nueve's support?  What a joke!”

Based on the Azure Dragon investigation, Francis Hicks is telling the truth.  No one in North Hampton dared to touch him, even if it was just a private investigator.  His guard had indeed defeated the underworld powers in this city.  "Have you finished babbling?"  Levi asked casually.

"Stop them!"  Francis ordered angrily.

But at that moment, they saw Azure Dragon slowly taking off his clothes beside Levi.

Dugm!

What they saw was a large number of terrible scars covering every inch of his skin.

His guard is a war veteran.  So they are aware of the cause of the scar.  Most of them were gunshot wounds.  Some of the scars left behind from flying shrapnel and corroded areas of skin were caused by chemical weapons…

Even a person who experienced a battlefield like them could not imagine someone suffering from so many injuries that left so many scars on their body.

These wounds only existed on god-like beings in war zones.  They must have participated in thousands of wars to collect those scars.

The bodyguards were convinced that the Azure Dragon was a soldier as well.  A legendary warrior remains!

Francis was caught in a daze when he saw the terrified expression on his bodyguard's face.  But he screamed at the same time.  "What are you guys doing?  Are you guys scared?  You guys scared to see some scars?  Drop him, and I'll reward the man who did it with a million!"

Finally, one of the bodyguards rushed forward with his bayonet after the order was given.

Bam!

Azure Dragon kicked the bodyguard and sent him flying backwards.  He hit the wall and remained on the ground with his body twitching.

"Siege him!"

All the bodyguards approached Azure Dragon simultaneously.

BUK BUK BOUK ... "Ugh ..."

Wailing in pain echoed within the room.  Moments later, only Azure Dragon and Francis remained standing inside the meeting room while Levi sat motionless on the sofa.

All forty guards were lying on the ground, covered in their own blood.  The scene was a terrifying sight to behold.

Francis fear.  He looked around in complete disbelief.

“King of War of the Five Great War Regiments of Erudia, Azure Dragon.”.

“And the God of War Erudia.”.

The mercenaries lying on the ground finally recognized Levi and the Azure Dragon as they had once crossed paths on the battlefield.

The legendary achievements of the War God spread across all war zones and battlefields for a long time.

The mercenaries worshipped Levi as their God every time they went to war.  Putting trust in the God of War gave them hope!

Now, the bodyguards were kneeling before Levi, adoring him after recognizing him for who he was.  “God... God of War.. The legendary God of War..”.

Profession Mr. Secret is gathering intelligence and exclusive information.  So he found out about God of War's arrival in North Hampton.  Francis even knows a lot of details compared to the others.

He understood the situation as soon as he listened to his bodyguards.  They were both War Gods and Azure Dragons in person!

"Can we discuss the price now?"  Levi stirred the wine in his glass. 

Bruk!

Francis lowered Levi's legs and begged for mercy in panic.  “This is my fault for failing to recognize the almighty God of War.  Please save my life!  I beg of you…"

 Francis slammed his forehead against the floor continuously to reveal his sincerity.
