Tone of Nara

Tone of Nara
CHAPTER 17 Changes 'beauty is pain’ Slashed, Crushed, vacuumed and sedated (part 3)

Today Mahardika and I arrived in Korea. A beautiful country that has become a dream tourist destination for drakor fans. But not a beautiful and pleasant destination for me. Here I am not for sightseeing or meeting BTS, EXO, superjunior and oppa korea. I'm here to focus on the Mahardika. I mean the work and hard work of Mahardika.  This is where I started the transformation of Nada into Nara. Mahardika has completed the preparatory stage, planning, reconstructing my body and face into the perfect woman version of Mahardika.

I myself am very ready to be born and to be. There have been many books on plastic surgery that I have read and studied, complete with the consequences. I already know, if not done with the right procedure, plastic surgery that I will soon undergo this, can cause various impacts on my body later. A situation I could suffer for the rest of my life. The effects of complaints that often occur after surgery are swelling, nausea, vomiting, headaches, and pain in certain parts of the body.

Plastic surgery can also cause allergic reactions, either allergic to drugs inserted in the body, or allergic to the surgical tools used. Fortunately, as I know, no history of allergies has ever come my way. So I was able to breathe a little relieved at this reaction which he said was excruciating.

The name of the operation, of course, involves a knife, incisions, cuts, reductions and so on. Of course there will be scars that are not small, if speaking change shape, making an elephant into a beautiful peacock.  In the process, the doctor must dissect and sew back the slashed part. If the procedure is not done correctly, the stitches can leave marks. In addition, another concern, according to the article I read, is the occurrence of infection on the part of the operation. And I'm sure, in order to avoid this I have to take antibiotics continuously. While I also know, that antibiotics should not be consumed for a long time, because it will affect and can damage the function of body parts.

As a human being, if slashed, I would definitely bleed quite a lot. My blood, which is not blue, but is still red, will be shed in the process of reconstruction and plastic surgery to

change the tone to Nara. I could have run out of blood or run out of fluids. Even if I believe, Mahardika will not let that happen.

Yes I know, Mahardika takes care of me. And I know Mahardika has made the ideal construction of a Nara. He had stayed up for days just to give his life to Nara through Nada. He made a complete blueprint with detailed dimensions and sizes, for the success of my project and my safety. Mahardika is an architect. He needed a constructor to make his designs come true. My case is the plastic surgeon who will operate on me.  But if the coordination between the reconstructionist and the implementing doctor, the most worrying impact is if the results of plastic surgery are not as desired. For example, the lips become too thick, the nose becomes too large, and others. If this happens, then there is a possibility of re-operation. And that means also repeating the pain and any worries about the risks.

Hematoma is a condition in which abnormal blood collection occurs outside the blood vessels. These symptoms usually appear around the area being operated on. The area will be swollen and look reddish. The common people call it bruising or bruising. These side effects are common after a person has had face-lift surgery.

So I can conclude that I also have the possibility of experiencing it. From what I read, in certain cases, the bruises that arise can be quite large and cause pain. This can block blood flow. If this happens, the collected blood must be removed with a syringe. And this could be something I'll experience in quite a long time and at great cost.

Nerve damage is also referred to as one of the side effects of plastic surgery that causes areas of the body or face to lose taste or feel numbness. You can imagine if you can't feel anything on your face and body.

When doing plastic surgery, of course, anesthesia is needed to eliminate the patient's consciousness. However, anesthesia can cause side effects of plastic surgery as well such as lung infection, stroke, also death or an effect called delirium. If this happens, then I will be required to take certain medications until the effects disappear.

Whenever I get the chance, I always do some breathing exercises to calm myself down. All of this will pay off when I embrace my first love again. The first day in Korea, I spent accompanying Mahardika to prepare all kinds of administration at a special plastic surgery hospital in Seul. This clinic is very famous all over the world and has been established for more than 20 years.

The second day I was preoccupied with various tests, such as blood tests, blood pressure, ecg and more. And on the day that all begins. The first stage, according to M, is very difficult and crucial. Because what must be changed first is that my body as big as an elephant is reconstructed into the body of a slim girl with an ideal size. Before undergoing a series of plastic surgery, doctors performed many examinations and measurements considering my height, weight, medical history and BMI. Of course all lived together with M as a reconstruction expert Nada’s Project.

One liposuction procedure uses laser light to break down fat to make it easier to remove. At the time of the procedure, the doctor will insert a laser into the body by cutting a little bit of my skin. After that, the laser beam will collect or hold together the remaining fat. In the end, the remaining group of fat will be removed through the cannula that serves to suck fat. The first incision was given to my body.

After completing the back process, the doctors do it again on the front of the body with several different incisions. From the chest to the stomach. When it was over, according to Mahardika I realized from my anesthesia and the doctors were quite tired. The fat they excrete is also too much so it is dangerous if forced. I've lost a lot of fluids and blood.  If you lose a lot of fluid or blood during surgery, you'll likely need extra fluids intravenously. And Mahardika doesn't want that.

I try not to think about what happened to my body. I imagine the face of Pradipta who will welcome my return later with a friendly smile, as shown in July. That's the dream I've been maintaining while I'm asleep under anesthesia.

I woke up in my body full of elastic and tight bandages that covered the entire body. Mahardika said, this bandage serves to reduce swelling that occurs over several days.

“Tone, what you are doing is actually against the procedure, because it is beyond the usual suction limit. That's why we don't do it all at once. Let's see these few days. If there are no excessive side effects we will continue to other places while waiting for the results of your body area,” M said while gently grasping my hand. I who still felt discomfort and pain in the body could only silently nod.

Two days later M came back to me to ask me how I was. I said I'm okay

and no longer feel pain. Actually, it's still there, but I want it all done quickly. The doctor who examined me looked amazed at my ability to withstand pain. He said if he wanted, he could do the same for my buttocks, thighs, legs and arms.  I agree even though Mahardika is a little doubtful. For me, why keep pain for so long. If I can I want all the pain to be shed but quickly finished.

Two days later, the aser-assisted liposuction procedure returned, for the arms, buttocks, thighs and legs. Back in my body received the surgeon's knife incisions. My body has to receive laser light. Back the parts of the body that accompanied me since childhood were destroyed, sucked and discarded. It was all for my first love, Pradipta.

This time I woke up with my whole body, hands and feet wrapped in elastic bandages. My current situation is exactly like a large Egyptian mummy.  According to M, I have to go through this for the next few days until everything is completely healed.

“Then I will instantly become skinny? Does when this bandage is opened, my body will instantly look like July?” ask me innocently. M just smiled while shaking.

“You better eat, let me feed,” said Mahardika while taking the plate on the table. He bribed me with painstaking pain because my current condition could not move freely. According to Mahardika, she would hire a nun who would take care of me alternately with her. Every morning until evening, the man often

disappeared somewhere. I usually have dinner with him in my bed.
