Back to the betting mission ...
Tomorrow, after completing a total of four classes, members of Pain Killer gathered in a room located behind the faculty building. The room used to be a space for a photography club, but since one year, they have made it their headquarters when they have to hold important meetings related to their strategy to carry out the mission.
Please do not forget that they are the children of influential people at the University, so it is not difficult for them to take over a small room on the campus.
"As you can see, Dear Pramudya Baskara Young Master, there is not a single friend request from us that acc the Avatar." Reno was the first to file a complaint.
Because last night, after discussing which villa they would book for the semester break for a few more months, he checked his phone for a long time, he said, only to find no notification that the friend request he had sent to the girl named Blue had been received.
Reno is upset, to be honest. For only this time did he find their target so indifferent, as if blind and not knowing who it was facing right now. He would bet, if the Blue Avatar knew that he and his friends had sent a friend request, the girl would have jumped up and down in excitement.
"Kalem, boy." Baskara, then without saying anything else, he was busy typing something on his phone screen.
Reno, Juan and Fabian who were sitting on the floor glanced at each other for a while, before finally turning to Baskara who was sitting alone on the sofa, like a king accompanied by three loyal guards.
Not until a minute later, the three heard Baskara's phone clanking loudly. The owner, while pulling the tip of the candy bar from his mouth, moved to straighten his back which was originally leaning on the sofa.
The other three remained silent, waiting for what Baskara would do next.
Until finally, a notification sound with a different ring, but came at the same time.
Reno, Juan and Fabian soon reached into the pocket of their pants to pull their respective phones.
In the group chat room, Baskara just sent Blue mobile number information.
"You guys use it wisely phone number, I paid for it dapetin it doang." Baskara said, when she felt three of her friends had finished digesting the information she had given.
"Emang da best, is this, Young Master Baskara." Praise Juan, accompanied by mild stiffness.
Baskara cannot be praised. Because he hears little praise, his head will grow. So, when the praise came out of Juan's lips, and though he knew it was just a guyonan, Baskara proudly puffed out his chest, and, patting his left chest softly as if he was a hero who had just managed to save the country.
"Dirty," said Reno, in a barely audible voice.
Baskara actually heard the sneer, but she decided to feign deafness and still boast of herself in front of Juan and Fabian who were increasingly made to chuckle with her behavior.
"By the way," Reno cuts off the interaction between Baskara, Juan and Fabian.
The three then turned their heads, focusing their attention on Reno so that the young man could continue his unfinished talk.
"Tonight there's a party on Mega, right?" tanyakanya.
The three friends nodded, in unison, as their gestures had indeed been synchronized from the start.
"So, why don't we use the party as an excuse?"
For a while, no one opened their voices. Baskara, Juan and Fabian seemed to think, while Reno was silent because he was waiting for an answer.
Reno typed a word there. Then when he realized his three friends were just dumbfounded, he clucked again.
"Lo on what even bengong ngeliatin me?!" his jolt. "Avatar's chat horde!" he continued, still with a high tone that did not make his friends was astonished.
While in command, Fabian and Juan simultaneously lifted the phone and typed something there. Then, on the count of three (whether who initially took the initiative to start counting), the message they type on each phone was sent at the same time.
"Well, just wait for the Avatar to respond." Reno said, immediately ignored by his friends and they returned busy with their other activities, momentarily forgetting about the Blue Avatar and all their betting missions.
...****************...
During the last class, Blue's focus was split several times because the phone in his pants pocket was constantly vibrating, indicating a notification streak that came from which application.
Previously, Blue wanted to let it go and intended to check his phone later when the class was finished. But because of the hiccups, Blue finally secretly took out the phone from his pocket while occasionally watching the lecturer in front of the class so that he was not caught playing the phone during class.
As soon as the lock screen opens, blue finds there are three incoming messages from three unknown numbers, the rest is a notification from some applications that forget not she mute.
After weighing for a while, Blue decided to check the three incoming messages.
The first and second messages contain the word greeting as short as hi, without any frills behind it. Uninterested in replying, Blue proceeded to the third message.
Unlike the first and second messages that were already templates once used by people to start an introduction, the third message managed to steal Blue's attention in an instant.
The third message read, Lemonade, which is not at all common. Because, what kind of crazy person would get someone acquainted using that word?
Initially Blue had no intention of replying to the three messages, but because the word Lemonade caught his attention enough, Blue finally decided to peek a little into the profile of the WhatsApp account used by the three people to send messages.
One by one their profiles (which do not appear the same profile photo) Blue click, just to make it cluck up because in the info section on all three numbers it is written two exact words. That is, Pain Killer.
From there, Blue already knows that these three pranksters are in one annoying friendship group, and they may be running a truth or dare game or something.
Blue has never been interested in serving this kind of random chat. But, again, because one of them mentioned the word Lemonade, then Blue challenged to find out a little how they would respond if he replied to the three messages.
So, Blue immediately typed a reply. From the first message to the third.
After that, he waited.
One sec.
Two seconds.
Three seconds.
Almost two minutes, and no reply yet. Blue was annoyed, so he immediately turned off the phone screen and put the thing in the bag then he refocused on the rest of the class in less than fifteen minutes.
