Doctor Abraham always had a way to make Fabian feel comfortable. Instead of telling him to come to the practice and make him look like a real madman, the handsome man always invited him to meet in places commonly used to talk to friends.

This afternoon, the choice fell on a cafe located not too far from the man's practice. Cafe with a classic theme that presents tranquility through music that plays nicely and beautiful ornaments.

On the round table where Doctors Abraham and Fabian sat opposite each other, there was one Cold Brew and one Hot Americano. Fabian picked up his Cold Brew, watching the water drip from the melting ice in the glass for a few seconds before siphoning off the coffee-based beverage.

Doctor Abraham's Hot Americano was also taken, slowly sipped and ended with a long sound typical of fathers who are so expressive when enjoying coffee.

Long silent with each other's drinks, Doctor Abraham finally became the first to open his voice after putting his drink on the table. With a completely unchanged look, he looked at Fabian. So deep, like deliberately wanting to make the young man drown.

"How's your Mom?" tanyakanya.

Fabian sucked his Cold Brew once more, then placed the half-empty glass onto the table as his eyes returned Doctor Abraham's intense gaze. "I don't know if he's good or bad" he replied. Do not forget the beautiful smile that always comes automatically every time he talks about the mother.

Abraham's doctor did not show a look of pity, that was the man's advantage in Fabian's eyes. With Doctor Abraham not looking at him as a poor boy, Fabian became more comfortable sharing things.

Yep, yeah. Fabian knew it was a must for Doctor Abraham to understand how to behave in front of patients. The man certainly paid a lot for the knowledge he obtained during college first.

"Lately, he hasn't made a fuss at all. The alcohol he used to consume was also completely untouched," Fabian began to tell a story. The more words that came out, the courage to meet with Doctor Abraham even more thin. So he hurriedly ran his gaze out the window, looking at whatever was caught by his eyes. "I don't know if it's a good sign, or vice versa. It was like he was preparing something bigger behind his calm demeanor."

"The medicine I prescribed, still doesn't she drink at all?"

Without turning his head, Fabian shook his head. "Not even touched" he said. A few days ago, he slipped into his mother's room to check on the bottle of medicine that Abraham last prescribed. And the results are totally as expected. The contents inside the medicine bottle did not decrease at all.

Faintly, Fabian heard a breath coming from the direction of Doctor Abraham. The breath Fabian had never heard as long as he entrusted the story of him and his mother to the man.

For that, Fabian turned his head. And to his astonishment he found, for the first time, that Doctor Abraham had a very sad look. As a layman, Fabian could only think that the sad look came on the basis of disappointment that Doctor Abraham might have felt had failed to help his patients.

It would never have been imagined by Fabian if the sad look was just pretend. A camouflage deliberately run to attract his sympathy. Never does. Because Fabian was originally stupid, and too naive.

"We should be able to make Raya tell her everything that's bothering her, Bi." Doctor Abraham said. "If not, I can't help much either."

"It's been saying very little information, as if he doesn't believe me as a doctor who wants to help him heal."

"He doesn't trust anyone, Doc." Fabian. Such a deep breath becomes the beginning of various bad memories that re-emerge in the head. "It seems like everyone on the face of this earth is evil in his eyes."

The touch that felt warm in Fabian's hand made his mood even more blue. The bruises, which were only disguised, quietly appeared again as Doctor Abraham's large hand continued to rub the back of his hand in a regular motion. "You can't give up, Bi. None of us can give up before Raya is saved."

"But I really don't know what else to do, Doc." Fabian looked at Doctor Abraham in frustration.

"First of all, let's make sure Raya takes her medicine first. The medicine I prescribed was to help him regulate his emotions and moods" Dr. Abraham said. "If he can take medicine regularly, he'll be easier to work with."

Fabian knows. But, how? How did he get his mother to take the drugs?

"There must be a way to make Raya want to take her medicine. By making a deal, for example." The Proposed Doctor Abraham.

Hearing the word of agreement, Fabian smiled again. For only one deal came to his head, which he knew the mother would not reject. "I can offer him one deal" he said.

"But?"

Fabian. His lips were unable to explain what was now twisted in his head. So in the end, he could only shake his head.

"I'll try" he said moments later. Without trying to offend Doctor Abraham, he pulled his hand which was still under the man's confinement. A smile Fabian carved, as an additional sign of gratitude because Doctor Abraham had been willing to take the time to listen to his complaints after a long time. "I'll try, Doc. I'll try." Deuteronomy.

The willingness was warmly welcomed by Doctor Abraham. It was clear from the moving corners of the man's lips to form a thin smile that spread to the eyes. "I will always be there to help you and Raya." Said the man.

"Thank you, Doc." Fabian said slowly.

Doctor Abraham returned the thank you with a bigger smile. According to Fabian.

In fact, the smile widened because from earlier, the man had been recording their conversation secretly through a pen-shaped recording device stored in a sacred notebook that he carried everywhere. The footage was connected directly to two phones, one of hers, the other of Sera's.

Of course, that smile developed when Doctor Abraham imagined that Sera was listening to her chat with Fabian. Where the woman must be cheering for joy because so far it still managed to make life a mess.

Doctor Abraham's conscience has been eroded. His profession as a Psychiatrist did not make him feel at all responsible for the safety of Fabian's soul and Kingdom. Because if it's Sera's business, the woman will always win. Above everything else.
