"Find me the young one!" answer Saoda.
"Yes, okay."
Tuo touches his wife's head again, but Saoda pushes out his hand instead.
"Don't touch me!" the peech.
She still turned her back to her husband who was now only able to remain silent.
What happened to his wife. He doesn't usually behave like this.
Tuo got up from the bed and stood up. He stared for a moment at his wife who was still behind him.
"Then I'll go first. Take care of yourself at home. I'll try to find a young mango for you."
After saying this, Tuo is now quietly waiting for an answer from his wife, but there is no answer he got from his wife.
"I go first" he closed the word and walked away leaving the room rumagan leaving Saoda still on the bed.
...****************...
"Mr!!!" yelling Tuo who was on top of the hill shouted at Dodi who was fanning his body with a hat that he used to protect his head from the sun.
Puang Dodi.
"What's up?!!"
"Where are mango trees bearing fruit?!!"
"What?!!"
"Come!!!"
Puang Dodi rubbed the head of the mother buffalo and immediately stepped over to Tuo who looks to support the waist with a face that looks flushed and sweaty. Looks like he just ran to get here.
Puang Dodi sat under a large tree where under the tree he always sat to rest.
"What's wrong?"
"Sir, where is the fruitful mango tree?"
"Fruited mango tree? Are you well? Where there are mango trees that bear fruit in seasons like this. Mango season is still long."
"I don't want to, but Saoda."
Puang Dodi who was fanning his body immediately stopped the movement of his fan and turned to look at Tuo.
"Who wants to eat mango?"
"Soda."
"Soda?"
Tuo nodded then sat down next to Puang Dodi who was still silent.
"Today Saoda was a little strange."
"Weird how?"
"Yes weird. I saw Saoda look pale. She almost fainted from dizziness and she was also nauseous."
"He was angry sometimes and suddenly cried. This is what astonishes me. I don't understand what happened to Saoda. It's not usually Saoda like that."
"What Indo I after marriage did experience such a change in behavior because it's not as usual Saoda like that."
Puang Dodi sighed. He smiled and looked at Tuo.
"I know what makes Saoda so."
"What?"
Puang Dodi touched Tuo's shoulder with a smile making Tuo astonished.
"Congratulations, Son. Looks like Saoda's pregnant."
"Pregnant?"
"Yes because Indo you used to be like that too. When you were pregnant, Indo you were so sensitive to something that it made her angry."
"Soda also said that he did not like the smell of well water."
"Well, Son. Sometimes it's affected by the fetus it contains, but to be more sure maybe you need to ask when she's having her period."
"If her menstrual time passes, maybe she's really pregnant."
"Alright, I'll ask Saoda this."
"Yes do it, but you don't expect too much because you expect too much and end up not getting the results as expected then that can cause someone to be disappointed."
"I'm ready to accept whatever the outcome will be. Then where can I find mangoes for Saoda?"
Puang Dodi let out a long sigh. He thought for a moment.
"If you're looking for a fruitful mango tree you probably won't find it.
"Then I have to find where to get it?"
"If you were looking at the market maybe you'd be able to but the market is closed at this hour. Maybe you can go to the fruit seller's house and maybe he has some mangoes he sells" he suggested.
"Well, then I'll go find some fruit for Saoda because Saoda doesn't want to see me if I don't bring him mangoes."
"Well, go, kid. Be careful on the road!"
Tuo nodded then immediately stepped away leaving Puang Dodi who looked silently staring at Tuo's departure with a smile. Tal is old again one new member will come in his life and family.
Soon the once-silent house will be decorated by the cries and laughter of children.
...****************...
Tuo stepped up with a wide smile and happy eyes while carrying a bag of young mangoes that he had bought on one of the dishes in this village and always selling fruits on market.
Fortunately, Puang, the merchant, had some mangoes so that Tuo could go home with a young mango like what Saoda wanted.
Tuo slowed down his steps looking at Saoda who was seen standing up while moving some branches as if looking for something on the orange tree beside the house.
"Soda!"
Saoda stopped his activities. She looked at her husband who was still staring at her.
"What are you doing there?"
"I want to eat oranges."
"I've brought a young mango for you" he said, lifting a bag of mangoes.
A few minutes later..
Tuo peels a young mango with a knife while Saoda looks smiling waiting for Tuo to peel the mango.
"It." His stick on a piece of mango that he had cut to a smaller size.
Saoda smiled and grabbed the mango offered by Tuo.
Tuo smiled happily after seeing Saoda who instantly devoured the mango fruit that Tuo thrust out voraciously.
Tuo's smile slowly vanished from his lips slowly. He remembered something and maybe he should ask.
"Soda!"
"Yes?"
"Em, I want to ask you."
"What?"
"When did you last menstruate?"
Saoda who heard that was instantly made speechless.
"Long time. I don't remember the date either, but it looks like this month I haven't got it."
Tuo bowed then smiled happily. Does that mean Saoda is really pregnant. So it's true what Dodi said if Saoda was really pregnant, but he didn't seem to have to tell Saoda.
"What's wrong?"
"No, I'm just asking. How do you like this mango?"
Saoda nodded like a child while occasionally feeding her mouth with mangoes.
"Soda!"
"Emm?"
"If you want to eat something then you ask and tell me."
Saoda smiled then nodded making Tuo stroke his wife's cheek.
