29. The arrival of Puang Edi

"What's that sound?" ask Raina.

The sound of screaming was heard accompanied by the sound of a bamboo punch that was so loud that Raina made her, Puang Tuo and Erni turned to look out of the house coupled with the light exposure from the torch that seemed to reflect it to the house.

The light was getting closer to the surface of the house board making the sound closer.

"What's that sound, Puang?" asked Raina who immediately got up from the board and stood towards Puang Tuo.

"Let's relax! Wait here!" said Puang Tuo then he ran out of the house.

Both eyes of Puang Tuo were wide-eyed looking at the crowd of citizens who were now in pieces coming in droves to step towards the house of Erni interspersed with the sound of shouting there that was so very big.

From this Puang Tuo could see the angry faces of all of them. From here he could also see the figure of Puang Edi who was so angry. What maybe he intends to come here and whether he comes to capture Parakang it, this is a big problem.

Seeing this made Puang Tuo immediately run into the house approaching Raina and Erni.

"It seems like they have learned of Parakang's whereabouts," Puang Tuo said making Raina and Erni fall into shock, the two looked at each other for a moment and then looked back at Puang Tuo.

Raina who had heard it immediately ran quickly towards the window making her able to see the hordes of citizens who came approaching the house. The numbers were countless with steps that were so very fast and rushed.

Raina swallows her saliva. He rubbed his forehead down to his neck that had been sweating from fear. His entire body was sweating and his entire body was feeling pained and weak making it seem unable to stand.

"It's so dangerous, they could've hurt Saoda and could've even killed him."

"But if they hit him twice then he won't die, but if they all hit him then no one can beat him" Puang Tuo explained.

Hearing that made Raina close the door surface tightly. Raina is very unwilling if everything goes into the house and hurts Saoda. Although Saoda's figure is now shaped Parakang but still he is still Saoda who is a figure who has cared for him from small to large.

Raina ran over to Puang Tuo as she turned her head to look at the door, afraid that someone might come in from there.

"Why did they come to this place?"

Puang Tuo was now speechless with a thoughtful look on his face.

"It's possible they came to catch the retard."

What Puang Tuo said made both of Raina's eyes widen in shock. How could he let people hurt Saoda, but he also could not forbid and fight them all.

"But who told them that there was a dudang in this house, Puang?"

Raina turned to look at the figure of Parakang who is now still silent with his face that looks creepy Raina again looked at Pang Tuo who is now still silent with his worried face.

It seemed like not only Raina was feeling worried but Puang Tuo and so was Erni. For them this figure of Parakang is not an evil creature anymore but behind this Parakang is Saoda who used to be a very good person.

"Then what should we do? I don't want anyone to hurt my Indo, Puang Tuo."

"I don't want Indo to be killed by all the citizens."

Edi stopped his steps when he was in front of Erni's house which looked so very quiet and deliberately closed the door of the house tightly as if there was no one in the house.

Raina hopes that everything will think as if nothing happened in the house and the owner is asleep.

"I'm sure he's in here!!!" shouts Puang Edi while staring at the residents one by one who are now whispering and some of them are nagging signs of understanding.

"We have to attack him and don't let him get away!!!" puang Edi's shout made all the residents shout signs to agree to make Raina groan in fear while hugging Erni.

"Come out, O Parakang!!!" shout Edi.

"Yes, out!!!"

"Get out!!!"

"Get out!!!" shout them.

Raina swallowed her saliva then she turned to look at Puang Tuo who was now looking at Raina.

"Poor, how can they know if there's a Parakang here?" raina asked making Puang Tup sigh.

"What is Puang Tuo?" ask Raina.

"It seems that someone has informed Parakang's whereabouts in this place."

"But who told you that, Puang?"

"I don't know either but it looks like he's a smart guy."

One of the residents is now approaching the house and staring at the surface of the door that looks tightly closed making him turn to look at Puang Edi.

"It looks like there is no one," said the man.

"No way, he must be in there.. I'm certain. Puang Sampe who is the shaman next door neighbor who has told me that Parakan is in this house!!!" shouted Pang Edi making make all nod.

"What should we do? Do we have to go home empty handed?"

"No, we can't go home until we kill Parakang, '" Puang Edi argued.

"Then what should we do? Are we just staying quiet like this?" tell one of them.

"Hey you bastard!!! Get out of this house, otherwise I will burn this house down with its contents and you will burn to death in there!!!" yelled Puang Edi.

Hearing that made Raina throw her eyes he looked at Puang Tuo who now looked confused and not long after he turned to look at Erni who was now shaking trying to tell Raina If he did not want to this house is burned.

"Raina, I beg you, Raina. Please don't let them burn this house down."

"I have no place to live but this house. This house is a heritage house from my family this is the only memento I have to remind me of the existence of Mr. Indoku and my Grandmother," said Erni made Raina now silent.

Raina sighed then she turned to look at Puang Tup.

"How is this, Puang?"
