"I want to ask you both."

"What do you want to ask?" ask Tuo.

Puang Dodi let out a long sigh. He glanced at Tuo and Saoda in turn.

"I want to ask, but I want you to answer honestly."

Tuo and Saoda now looked at each other. I think this is so very serious.

"What's the pot? Just say! We will answer honestly" Saoda said.

Puang Dodi smiled then nodded.

"The two of you have grown up and it's time to choose your own path."

"Father is not pushy, but you just want to know."

Tuo and Saoda now looked at each other as if trying to ask each other with what dodi puang said.

"Son, Saoda!"

"Yes, Puang?"

"You've been regarded as my own son. You've done a lot for Puang. Puang was very grateful because all this time you have taken care of and done all the housework."

Saoda nodded with a smile.

"And you can also build a household. Is there a guy you like in this village?"

Saoda was surprised after hearing Dodi's poang question. Is it possible he answered a question from Dodi's puang.

"Soda, let's answer!"

"I don't know, either, I'm just a woman and a woman is only entitled to accept a proposal not to ask for it."

That's what Saoda said made Puang Dodi smile.

"It's good that it's like that. I feel happy. The tuo!"

"Yes, Father," said Tuo quickly.

"If you're what, son?"

"How's what?"

"About marriage. Don't you want to get married?"

Tuo gulped his saliva. He was again faced with that question. The uncomfortable Tuo was seen glancing at the bowed-looking Saoda.

"I'm in front, son!" reprimand Puang Dodi and then a small smile.

Tuo who heard the reprimand immediately stared at the dodi poang who was still looking at him so seriously.

"I want you to get married, son."

"But I don't have a girl to marry."

"No need to search because I've been betrothing you to a girl since you were a kid."

"Since childhood?" asked Tuo who was so very surprised.

Saoda who had just bowed it with my eyes because he was sleepy was immediately rounded but, he tried to be mediocre. I don't know who the girl Tuo has betrothed.

"Who, Father?" tuo asked who was so curious.

Tuo's entire life never thought that he had been betrothed by Puang Dodi, but how could Puang Dodi cure his match with a girl whom he did not know who was.

"Who is he, sir? Who's the girl?"

Puang Dodi smiled. He glanced at Saoda who looked still down.

"The girl is beautiful, she is also kind and very diligent in taking care of homework."

Saoda snorted in annoyance. It felt like Saoda really did not like it if Puang Dodi praised the girl. Whoever that girl is Saoda will hate her.

"He's Saoda" replied Puang Dodi.

Saoda's eyes were rounded in surprise. He immediately turned his head to look at Puang Dodi who looked smiling. Is Puang Dodi telling the truth or is just playing around.

"What did you say?" ask Tuo.

"Yes, Son. You two have been a matchmaker since you two were kids even when Saoda's parents were alive" he explained.

Hearing that made Saoda and Tuo look at each other as if he did not expect that the two of them had been betrothed.

Saoda was back down. Saoda was silent. He tried to be mediocre even though he actually wanted to smile happily. Saoda so very much thought that the girl who was betrothed to Tuo was herself.

On one side now Tuo looked a little smile. What Puang Dodi said was his wish. For a long time he liked Saoda and he also did not expect that Saoda had been betrothed to him.

The atmosphere was now silent, no words were thrown from Tuo and Saoda. They look silent while poang Dodi now chooses to be quiet while paying attention to their behavior.

"So how, son. Do you want me to match. If you want then I'll hold a wedding for you both soon."

Tuo and Saoda were still silent. Nervous, it was definitely how they felt.

"Soda!"

Saoda.

"Did you agree to accept Tuo's proposal?"

Saoda smiled slightly. His cheeks were now even hot from embarrassment. His heartbeat also beat very fast as if it had taken control of his body.

"How, Son?"

Saoda glanced at Tuo who was taking a glance at him. Saoda again bowed while rubbing his palm on the surface of the sheath.

"As Saoda said, Saoda is only a woman and has no right to refuse. Saoda simply handed it to both of Saoda's parents."

"Because Saoda now has no parents anymore and it is Dodi who has replaced the figure of the two parents of Saoda then the answer and decision Saoda, Saoda gave to Dodi's money."

"Every decision that Puang Dodi gives will Saoda follow."

After saying that Saoda immediately got up from his chair then stepped away leaving behind Tuo and Puang Dodi who both looked smiling.

Tuo who was staring at Saoda's departure immediately turned to look at Puang Dodi.

"Are you serious?" ask the still-in disbelief Tuo.

Upon arrival in the room Saoda immediately leaned against the wall of the room trying to hear the conversation Tuo and Puang Dodi.

Saoda touched his still thumping chest. His chest also went up and down as he tried to regulate his breath that felt tight.

"Do you think I'm kidding?"

Tuo smiled. There was no face to show that Puang Dodi was joking. He looks so serious.

"Aren't you going to marry Saoda or do you have a girl you like?"

"No, Sir. To be honest Tuo liked Saoda very much, but Tuo was afraid to say it."

Saoda touched his chest. He smiled happily. He had not expected that Tuo would like it too. Saoda thought Tuo only thought of him as a brother or sister, but apparently it was not in accordance with what he thought.

It turned out that Tuo also had a taste like what Saoda felt. What he hoped would finally come true.

"When are you ready to get married?"

Tuo gulped his saliva. If he could be honest Tuo wanted to be married off on this day alone. It felt like Tuo could not wait to have a whole Saoda.

"What are you thinking, son?"

"Ah, no, sir. If it's a matter of wedding day I leave it to you. Let the Father arrange it."

Puang Dodi nodded in agreement.

"All right, son. I'll find a good day for your wedding day and Saoda's. All of this let me take care of you."

Tuo nodded and he turned back to look at Saoda's curtain cloth. That written smile was created from Tuo's lips. He was so happy and impatient to wait for the wedding day to come.
