"Yetoooooo!!!"
The sound of the cry of the little girl was heard making Saoda immediately turn to look at the little girl who looked like her was seen shouting while stretching her fingers towards Saoda who was so far away for her to reach.
Boamm!!!
The loud noise was heard when Sae's poang directly threw a torch into Sambe's body which was immediately burned.
Saoda closed his eyes and ears with his hands. That loud voice even sounded clear and this all felt real.
"Yahoo!!!"
"Yahoooo!!!"
"Yahoooooooo!!! Aaaaah!!!"
The sound of screams was heard accompanied by Sambe's movements wriggling on the ground trying to dodge the flames that had burned his entire body.
"Aimura!!!" shouting Saoda.
Saoda ran away trying to get to Indonyam. He tries to help her, but her fingers are unable to even touch Sambe's burned body.
Saoda looked at the villagers who were silent.
"Why are you all quiet? Come help Indoku! Come help Indoku!!!" saoda shouted in front of the villagers who did not see him at all.
Saoda doesn't understand what's going on right now. He really doesn't understand.
The sound of Sambe's screams again made Saoda turn to look at the nanar on Indonya's burning body.
"Aimone!!!" scream Saoda.
Saoda rose from his sleep with a breath of frenzy. Both of his mouths were opened with a shower of sweat drenched all over his body. Saoda turned his head staring in all directions and made him sigh long.
He touched his sweaty head. Apparently this is just a dream. Not only once did Saoda get this dream, but it was the second time.
Saoda turned his head towards the window after hearing the sound of buffalo bells. It made him instantly get up from his bed and step closer to the window.
From here Saoda could see the figure of tuo and poang Dodi who returned to take out dozens of buffalo-bull.
"Are you guys going?" tanya Saoda made Dodi puang and Tuo looked up at Saoda.
"Yes, son."
"You want to leave me here?"
Puang Dodi and Tuo looked at each other and not long after Puang Dodi looked back at Saoda who was still standing behind the window.
"I'm not long, son. Just briefly. Stay home first."
Saoda was silent to let Puang Dodi and Tuo who had now stepped away with the herd of buffaloes.
Saoda stepped towards the stairs and remained silent for a moment at the steps. He was silent until the sound of Indonya's screams could be heard.
Both Saoda's eyes were rounded. He closed his ears and closed them tightly. The voice was so clear it sounded as if stabbing his eardrum so hard.
The voice he heard brought Saoda back to the burning. Bad memories Saoda will never forget in his lifetime.
Saoda opened his eyes and kept both his hands away from his ears. He looked in all directions before he got up into the house.
Sitting alone and daydreaming like that only brought him to recollect the burning memories that were so traumatizing for Saoda.
Saoda re-occupies himself with homework such as sweeping, cooking, cleaning utensils and washing clothes to dry them.
It's not easy to do that much homework at his young age. She is still a five-year-old girl. Even now Saoda only realized that he was like Tuo who no longer spent his time playing.
"You're home yet?" saoda asked and he sat down.
"Yes" Tuo replied.
Tuo stepped into the kitchen past Saoda and grabbed the black bucket whose handle had been replaced with a rope because it had been broken for a long time.
"Where do you want to go?"
"Finding the conch," he answered and stepped out leaving Saoda who was now sitting still with his hand still holding the glass.
"Keong?" ask Saoda.
Not long after the girl smiled little and then immediately stepped away following Tuo's departure.
"I want to come," he said.
Tuo. He looked up at Saoda who was standing at the entrance of the house.
"Can I come?" ask Saoda.
"Yes, come with me!" he said without much thought.
Hearing that made Saoda tesebyum happy. He immediately ran down the steps and chased Tuo away without waiting for Saoda.
"Are you also looking for a conch a lot?" saoda asked on the sidelines he stepped in tandem with Tuo.
"Only in the growing season."
"I also go often. My father used to take me away."
There was no reply from Tuo who chose silence. Saoda clicked his lips to see Tuo who was just silent.
Saoda ran towards the rice field after he managed to see the conch even though it was still a short distance away.
"It's mine!!!" yelled Saoda who was still running.
Tuo frowned confusedly. What a strange girl. Arriving Tuo picked up one by one the snails he got and occasionally he turned to look at Saoda who ran to and fro even he snatched the snail that Tuo wanted to pick up from the edge of the rice field the river water flowed so clearheaded.
"Let's go home!" said Tuo then stepped away leaving Saoda who immediately got up with the snails in both hands.
"Wait!!!" shouting Saoda.
The two now stepped hand in hand toward the house with a bucket of snails that had filled the bucket Saoda had brought. Actually Tuo did not want to give the bucket containing the conch and let Saoda take it, but how else the little girl forced and did not want to much to beat finally Tuo allowed it.
Saoda's heavy steps are now stopped after from a distance he can see Sae's poang who is now playing with a joke with a man his age in a crowd precisely in a house of villagers who we will have a wedding celebration.
They all looked so happy as if they had never done anything wrong.
do they not remember the burning incident and forget it?
Saoda's stifled steps were now shaking, her face was also visibly bright with lips that looked quivering. Tuo, who was still walking, stopped his steps after he did not hear Saoda's footsteps.
Tuo turned his head to look at the already pale Saoda. He who frowned confused it by slowly turning his head to look at the gaze of Saoda until he could also see a horde of men who seemed still unconscious if there were two children who were staring at him.
Tuo remembered all of them well and this was what made Saoda so silent like this. That pale face made Tuo worried.
Tuo immediately stepped up intending to take Saoda away from here however, his steps came to a halt after seeing the events he had never expected.
Bruk!!!
Saoda's limp body slammed into the ground making the bucket filled with the conch spill apart on the ground.
