Dwarf
105. Wilderness

Saoda was convinced that his knee must have been bleeding. It felt pulsing nonstop. Saoda looked back at the dogs that were still running back there and began to approach him.

"Well!!!"

Saoda groans in pain. He was trying to gather all his strength in order to rise from the ground. Both of his legs were now trembling however, that did not make him an excuse to give up.

Saoda must be able to run from the pursuit of the dogs who are ready to pounce on him in this second as well. Saoda ran with lame strides as he occasionally looked back.

Not long after, Saoda stopped his steps staring at the dark wilderness inside and it made Saoda feel afraid.

Saoda had never seen such a dark forest in his entire life, it was too creepy.

Oh gong!!!

Oh gong!!!

Oh gong!!!

The sound of the dogs barking again made Saoda turn back.

What's he supposed to be now? If he does not run into the forest then he will be bitten by the dogs and make him arrested by the villagers.

There is no decision or other way. Saoda has to get in there.

Saoda turned around and ran until the dogs and Saoda simultaneously jumped.

Bruack!!!

Saoda's body crashed into the surface of the ground which felt dry grassy. His body looks slumped over the grass. His chest felt tight after being hit.

Saoda who had grimaced sickly immediately turned around after realizing that there were still two dogs barking in front there.

Saoda frowned confused after seeing two dogs that did not jump towards him when clearly Saoda was in front of him even though Saoda was now in the wilderness.

Saoda was silent for a moment with his face still confused. What may be this is all because Saoda is now in the wilderness while the two dogs are seen barking outside between the village boundary and the wilderness.

Saoda chest kembis because it has run out of breath after running around with a distance that is not small. Saoda lowered his head and touched the part of his body that now also made him realize that his clothes had been wet with sweat.

Not intermittently the two dogs fell silent and the two stepped away leaving Saoda who was still sitting.

The dog had left as if it had not seen him again or it could even be said that the dogs did not seem to see his existence.

"Thank God, the dog's gone."

Saoda breathed a sigh of relief. He immediately got up from his seat and cleaned his dirty clothes.

The movement of Saoda's hand that rubbed his clothes immediately stopped after he heard the sound of owls and bats that rang boisterously as if fighting over the fruits in this forest.

Shuuuu

Saoda's eyes were rounded as the wind blew fiercely behind him as if he had just crossed behind him.

Saoda immediately turned to look at the grass and trees that looked quiet and quiet, no one was there.

Saoda gulped his saliva making his pale lips tremble slightly in fear.

No one's there. Then who just passed behind him if there was no one there. Saoda rubbed his cold neck and looked up in all directions trying to find someone.

"Who is that?" whispered Saoda with her little sura.

Saoda squirms in fear. Why should he be this scared. Saoda should know if this incident has happened because Saoda knows this place is a wilderness that is said to be filled by evil waiters.

Saoda did not know if it was true or just the gossip of the villagers who tried to exaggerate so that no one would come to this forest.

Saoda carefully stepped his feet through the wild grass and reached his knees.

Saoda who looked up had time to rotate his body while continuing to see and pay attention to the condition of the forest that was really dark.

Not long after Saoda's steps are now stopped. Saoda doesn't know where else to go. After a long journey that was quite tiring as now he had arrived within the wilderness.

Where should he be while he is not where I put Banga house. Saoda now silently thought about it and tried to remember what Puang Banga had told him first during their long meeting.

"You can think first. If you want to be a retard then come to my house in the middle of the wilderness."

"Wild forest?" asked Saoda who was so surprised.

"The wilderness," said Saoda who is still looking around.

"Now I have come to the wilderness. From here I can also see the border between the forest and the village that in this part of the country there are no more houses."

"It seems that the residents of this village are a little afraid to build a house on the outskirts of the wilderness that seems rarely entered by villagers."

"Now what should Saoda do?"

"If you have found the wilderness, find the largest tree and call me by name three times, you will find your way to my house."

"Big tree," Saoda said with a small tone after successfully remembering what Puang Banga said at the time.

"Big tree? Where can I find a big tree?" saoda asked himself.

He looked to the left and right, but there was not a single tree that was the largest. All the trees that grow in this forest have the same size, so it must be for now.

Saoda even became anxious. It seemed like he had been in place for too long since then had made his heart beat fast and had not managed to beat like usual.

Saoda was worried because he was afraid that Tuo would be carried away from his sleep and find his bed empty, there was no self there.

Saoda let out a long sigh and quickly stepped through the forest periphery trying to dedicate the largest tree. Saoda won't if he's been in this forest for too long.

Giving up and deciding to get out of the wilderness is also free. There are also dogs out there that will come back ready to chase him.

The movement of Saoda's eyes staring in all directions was now stopped after seeing the figure of the banyan tree that stood the largest and highest in the other tree.

"Is this the tree that Puang Banga is referring to?"
