FOREVER HATE YOU'S

FOREVER HATE YOU'S
34. Dilemmas

Brianna woke up late in the afternoon. The first thing he felt when he woke up from his sleep was feeling strange about his present existence. Ah, after trying to remember for a while, Brianna was convinced that she was still in Arthur's apartment.

Why was Brianna in the room? As he remembered, he was just curled up in the corridor near the exit.

Arthurian. Was that the guy who moved it?

Brianna tried to get up, then walked slowly to the bedroom door, she pressed the door handle and got out of there.

Brianna was silent on the spot as she watched Arthur, who was also asleep on the sofa without wearing his shirt, the man appeared to be wearing only his shorts. Brianna threw away her face, trying to ignore Arthur, she walked towards the kitchen.

Brianna felt that her stomach needed to be filled, although she had tried to protest at the situation by going on a hunger strike, also tried not to rub the pasta that Arthur had served, Arthur said, but now he can't deny that he's feeling very hungry.

Brianna saw that the pasta had moved to the bar table that connected to the kitchen. He decided to warm the paste in the microwave, and after a while, Brianna sat down at the stool bar to eat the pasta.

It turns out that Arthur's cooking can also be, either because of the influence of the stomach that is very demanding to be filled, but clearly Brianna enjoys the food.

"Are you eating?"

Brianna gasped at the sound, she turned her head and found Arthur standing behind her. Brianna didn't know exactly when the man woke up, only she didn't notice it.

Brianna didn't answer Arthur's question, she felt it wasn't necessary. He continued eating until the plate was empty, then he proceeded to directly wash his dishes at the sink.

Arthur clucked because he felt ignored. He finally moved towards the refrigerator and retrieved a bottle of cold water from inside.

Arthur sits at the stool bar, picks up a glass and drinks the water while watching Brianna do the dishes.

"When can I call Chico?"

Brianna was silent, too tired to argue, deny, or answer Arthur's questions. Brianna could only ignore it.

"Do I go to New York to see him in person?"

Brianna's hand rubbing the plate stopped, she closed while swallowing the bitter saliva.

"It's okay if you're going to silence me. But you have to remember that I only give you a day for the options I give you. So, I hope you'll make your voice to answer me tomorrow."

Arthur left after putting his glass down hard on the bar table. Brianna flinched because of the man.

...***...

Throughout the night, Brianna thought about how she had avoided Arthur. But, he didn't find the answer.

Many times the woman tried to fall asleep but it was difficult. Arthur hasn't bothered him since their last meeting in the kitchen this afternoon. But Brianna is really afraid that Arthur will go to see Chico without his knowledge.

At a minimum, Brianna had to explain a little bit to her son, not with Arthur suddenly appearing and it would make Chico confused.

Brianna calls Chico that night, hoping to find some peace of mind when she sees his son's eyes, maybe he can also get an answer to the option Arthur gives after talking to Chico, who is also in the middle of the night, although Brianna could not ask the boy's opinion directly related to this.

"Momma, I really miss you, so much" Chico said with her tiny lips.

"Yes, honey. Momma misses Chico too. How was your day, Boy? Everything's fine, isn't it?"

"Yes, Mommy. Everything's fine, it's just ..."

"Why?" Brianna's forehead frowned at the sad look her son was displaying.

"Just I miss you so much, Momma."

Brianna's heart was sliced to see the child who was looking at her heartily. I wanted Brianna to touch that face, but she couldn't. Chico needed him the most, wanted him to be next to him, but he couldn't, the job required him to leave Chico.

Brianna doesn't want to be unemployed. He doesn't want Chico to be like him once who is always underrated. Brianna wants Chico to get everything without having to ask someone else for help. Let him work like a horse, which Chico obviously cannot lack.

"Momma will be home soon, dear."

"Rummer..." Brianna nodded. "But the condition is, Chico has to be a good boy" Brianna comforted the boy.

Slowly Chico's always moody face began to cringe. "Alright, Mom. I will be a good boy every day. I'll wait for Mom to come home. Hurry home, Mom."

After a conversation interspersed with the laughter of the two of them, Brianna felt quite calm. He thought about making a plan so that Chico could avoid Arthur. Take Chico away, as he had planned with Zach at the time.

However, Brianna feels that everything is useless because now Arthur already knows about Chico and surely the man will do anything to find his son. Brianna is in a dilemma with this, she is not afraid of Arthur's wrath, but she is worried that Chico will be disappointed in him, if everything is revealed also in front of the child.

"Will Chico be mad at me if I purposely hide who his real father is?"

Because all this time, all Chico knew as his father was Zach. I don't know, Brianna's dizzy thinking about it.

...****...

Arthur waits for Brianna's presence in the dining room. He tapped his finger on the table as if impatient with what answer Brianna would give him today.

However, until 8 a.m., the woman did not come out of the room she was in at the Arthur Apartment.

Arthur almost follows to bang on Brianna's room door if the woman doesn't come in the next 2 minutes, luckily when Arthur wants to stand up, Brianna seems to be walking towards him.

Arthur grinned. He wanted Brianna to answer his offer last night.

Meanwhile, Brianna himself really wants to avoid Arthur. If he had escaped the man, he might have run away. Unfortunately, Arthur is very good. The man even took Brianna to his apartment on the top floor of the building, perhaps so that Brianna would not try to escape through the bedroom window. Ah, goddamn. Really shit.

"Good mornin'," said Arthur greeting Brianna with a smile.

Brianna looked at him. "If you want to demand my answer for the choice you made, I'm sorry I can't answer it now!" emphatically.

And Arthur's eyes immediately puffed up, he waited for Brianna since not to hear this kind of sentence.

"You have no right to rule anything over me, because here I am the one who decides," said Arthur coldly.

Brianna folded her lips into a straight line, she was worried again.

"You can find Chico, Arthur." Brianna nodded after saying that sentence.

"Yes. That's my right!" replied Arthur indifferently.

"But just to see her, even after I gave her an understanding of who you are for her" continued Brianna.

"What do you mean by 'just meeting him', huh?"

"You can't take him with you. You have no right to claim custody of her because all this time I've been struggling to give birth, care for, care for and raise her" Brianna said.

Arthur nodded. "Yes, of course. I wouldn't do that on the condition that you accept the second option of marrying me. So, what does this saying mean that you accept to marry me?" Arthur's smile flicked back curving.

But Brianna interpreted the smile as being scornful. Arthur has always been that way.

"Not really," replied Brianna calmly. "I've said you can only meet him, there's no need to take him, and we don't need to get married either" he continued.

Arthur laughed heartily. "You're trying to play games with me?" He stood up, then headed towards Brianna. In the next second, he gripped Brianna's chin so that the woman's face was fixed and looked into her eyes.

"We can't get married, Arthur!" brianna stared into Arthur's bead.

"Why can't it?" sue Arthur with hunting breath.

"I told you, I hate you. You don't love me either. We can't get married, I just want to marry a guy who wants me to have those feelings."
