48. Separate Room

Actually Arthur's work in Milan will be in order today. But he still wants to take advantage of his friendship with Brianna while in the city.

Arthur has laid out a plan for the future, and he will explain to Jane his relationship and Brianna first, though he also believes Jane has been investigating this since she told him about her marriage to Brianna.

After the business with Jane is done, then he'll meet Chico. So, Arthur also gives Brianna time to explain to Chico a glimpse of him so that Chico is ready to meet him later.

"If it turns out your mother didn't accept our marriage, it's good that we'll just split up, Arthur." That's Brianna's sentence that makes Arthur careless all day. It turned out that all his statements, as well as his honesty regarding his feelings for the woman, were not able to make Brianna want to maintain their marriage.

Currently, Brianna was going out of their hotel room. The woman said she wanted to buy something at the supermarket. At first, Arthur wanted to join but Brianna forbade him. Arthur also asks what Brianna wants to buy and offers to ask her people for help to buy Brianna's needs, but the woman still refuses.

"Why is it so long?" welcome Arthur when Brianna just entered the hotel room again.

Brianna is surprised to find a restless looking Arthur waiting for her. "I'm only gone 20 minutes. Why are you overreacting?" tanyanya.

"I'm afraid you're not coming back. I don't want you to leave me."

"You'll accept me, keep acting like this to me, and I'll prove that I can take you down one day." Arthur looked at Brianna while slipping the girl's hair behind her ear.

"Give me some time. I said it, didn't I?" Brianna is avoiding Arthur. He couldn't take Arthur for granted.

"Milk ..."

The woman looked. "What else?" tanyakanya.

"Where are you going?" Arthur panicked to see Brianna pinching the items that were partly still in the paperbag.

"I forgot, I also booked another room for me to occupy."

Arthur is stunned by Brianna's speech. Does that mean the woman will occupy a different room with him?

"I'm coming to the moon anyway, Arthur. We better split up the room."

"Bri!" Arthur blocked the woman's wrist. "Why did you say that? I want you here not just as a s-e-k-s partner. I want you to stay with me under any circumstances" pressed the man.

Brianna took off Arthur's hand that grasped his wrist, after which Brianna immediately galloped out of the room that three nights he had occupied with Arthur during his time in Milan.

Arthur looked at Brianna.

He knows it's not gonna be easy. But getting rejected by the woman made him very frustrated.

"Relax, Arthur .. He does need time alone to reflect on everything, especially regarding your relationship." That's the thought of Arthur who tried to calm down to see Brianna's departure to the other room.

Arthur only realized that he had no time to ask which room the woman would stay in. She should have known, so she could see Brianna's situation once in a while.

Arthur moved a little while later, but unfortunately Brianna was already invisible in the corridor of the room he occupied, the woman had gone either way to which room.

Arthur went back into his room. He called the hotel receptionist and asked for a room in Brianna Walton's name. Unfortunately, the hotel did not even get an order on that name.

Arthur is upset. He thinks Brianna must have booked a room at another hotel. He immediately called the woman's personal number.

"Where are you, Bri?" arthur asked flatly, he was trying to contain his anger now given the action Brianna had taken by trying to book a room in a different hotel from him.

"I just entered my room."

"You booked in a different hotel?"

Brianna did not immediately answer, until Arthur's patience seemed to be eroded because of the woman's attitude.

"I booked a room at the same hotel."

"Lied!"

"That's it. Does that matter?"

"of course. You're my wife and it's worth me to know where you are. I'm always worried about you being away from me, Brianna." Arthur wants Brianna to understand his current feelings, which Brianna prefers to stay away from Arthur after all the phrases Arthur told the woman. He's like a very pathetic man.

"I told you I booked a room in the same hotel as you, Arthur. Never mind, don't talk about it anymore." Brianna almost closes the call when Arthur says something beyond his prediction.

"I've asked for the room booked under your name but there's no hotel data to say that you're staying at the same hotel as me. Don't lie, Brianna. Don't stay too far away from me. At least, let me keep seeing you in the times you think about our relationship going forward" Arthur pleaded.

"Sorry, I used your credit card to book a room, so .. they used Mrs' name. Mattews as my identity as a room-booker, "admit Brianna across the street.

Hearing that, Arthur's anger suddenly overflowed. He forgot that Brianna's last name had to change after marrying him. There is no Brianna birth name in the hotel data.

Arthur took a deep breath to neutralize his sudden heartbeat even as it jumped in his body cavity. She's happy Brianna wants to use her last name now.

"alright. Instead of me asking the hotel again, what if you just said your hotel number."

"And you're coming to bother me?" guess Brianna. "In that case, it was in vain that I booked another room to think about us" he said.

Arthur curled both corners of his lips when he heard Brianna mention the chapter 'about us', his heart suddenly warmed.

"I just want to know. Won't visit you, but if you don't mind I'll be glad you actually told me."

"Don't try to bother me, it's not even a day after my departure from your room" Brianna said lazily.

"What if we have a relationship like a courtship? So you won't be bothered by my arrival." Suddenly Arthur got the idea.

"You mean?"

"I'll pick you up when I miss you. We go together. Dating and having fun. Don't burden yourself with our married status. Consider this a drill for both of us. How's it?"

"And if I don't suit you then we can break up?" brianna's claw from that call.

"Come on, Bri. Don't torture me."

Brianna laughed there and Arthur listened to her happily.

"alright. We can do it. But, if we don't match up we can break that relationship, right? Her name is also dating" Brianna said.

"Yes, the relationship may break up, but our marriage will continue." Arthur with his head.
