Brianna thought nothing of Arthur actually stopping the car in the courtyard of the civil registry. Is this guy crazy? He had already said he did not want to marry Arthur and asked Arthur not to force him, but why was Arthur acting like this now?

Brianna did not respond to the man's speech until Arthur finally resumed his sentence.
