After all agreed. Finally we did our job - each.

"Sir Nara, why daydream. The temple is located in Goa. In the temple it is famous for the sound of gamelan" Andi said

"Where?" much

The 3 of them were just smiles. They will even surprise you, he said. Duuuh.

30 Minutes drive, suddenly Andi stopped his bike.

"Why Ndi?" ask the Hero

"We go first to Bedulu" Andi said without any expression at all

"Hurricane?" much

"Ah yes Brother Nara, Jofel remembers now. There's an ancient spring. We have to go there" said Jofel

Andi then drove the bike back. I felt something strange about Andi. Until I finally spoke to the hero.

"Wira seems like Andi is weird. He was very excited to goa gamelan. Why is he headed to Bedulu now?" I asked a little screamed, because let the Hero be heard.

"Yes, Sis. later Wira explained why we went to Bedulu. But I agree, we have to go there. Because there is a concept of 7 streams of holy springs" said Wira

7 streams of holy springs? I still remember every word they said. It's not wrong to choose to bring people. They were like gods sent to Earth to help me.

Shortly (approximately) 30 minutes later. We got to a very nice place by visitors. I look around too. Her place is strange, like her site or the location of her springs below. We parked on the site.

The three of them then opened their helmets.

"It's up to us, brother" said Jofel

"Elephant Cave?" much

After I found an information board. There it is explained, that this area is the Goa Gajah Temple area. As far as I know, Goa Gajah Temple is an ancient temple.

"Rubber, Sis .. here we can nunas tirta. As the hero explained. In the patirtan pond there is the concept of sapta nadi" said Wira

Tampa waited a long time. We also put our feet up. But first Wira talked to the counter attendant.

"Let's save money, sister.we can try to enter the site for free, really" said Andi.

I just smiled to see my sisters were so attentive. Not only are they smart, they have a strategy. Hahahha .. strategies to save money in Bali.

"Come brother, we're in ... But before that, we have to wear kamen" said Wira

Oh yes, if we want to visit the temple in Bali. It's mandatory for us to use kamen. We also went down the stairs. Soon, I saw a unique cave. Yes, the cave on the doorstep there is a barong carving.

The Goa Gajah Temple site is located in Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency. The naming of Goa Gajah is probably based on two assumptions. First mention of elephant lwah in the book Negarakertagama.

Lwa or Lwah/Loh means river, so Lwa Gajah means Elephant River; probably the river located in front of the temple which is now known as Petanu River.

The name Goa Gajah may come from a giant face sculpture above the mouth of the cave. The sculpture is thought to resemble an elephant's face. Other sources mention that the name was caused by the statue of Ganesha. The elephant-headed god, found in one of the niches in the cave.

"Wira, who's this goa from?" much

"Goa is thought to have originated in the range of the 11th century. Warmadewa Dynasty is certainly Kak, who is in power" said Wira

"In Goa there are unique things. Better Kak Nara and Wira pray first. Nunas ampura and please be allowed to take the springs." advises Andi.

I also follow Andi's advice. We got into the Goa niche. It turns out there are many objects of worship.

Ancient relics in the form of trillions are found in the cave in a niche at the eastern end of the hallway that stretches east-west. This trilinga is three phallus made upright on a lapik, made of andesite stone. The trilinga layered bajralepa consists of three parts, namely rudra bhaga, a phallus that stands in the middle of plain.

There is a Ganesha statue in the cave in a niche at the western end. Ganesha is depicted sitting with a kurmasana attitude that is the attitude of sitting with both legs folded in front of the body and the two soles of his feet meet, but in this ganesha does not stick and there is a distance of about 3 cm. The seat of the statue is padmasana (padmaganda).

"Sir Nara, let's say prayers in front of the trillions" said Wira.

"But Sister Nara forgot not to buy canang and incense" I said

"Relax Brother, there are incense, flowers, and canang" Andi said from the outside.

This is a very attentive child. Where to try this child. This mysterious boy.

"Thank you, Ndi... Where did you buy it?" much

"So ask the praying staff. Trus in love deh, hehehe." said Andi who was a bit clumsy.

We also prayed together. In meditation, I don't know what. I heard a clanging sound. Perhaps the bell came from a stakeholder who was carrying out the ceremony as well. But the clapper's voice is on our deck. After a while, we finished praying.

"Wira earlier Kak Nur heard a clanging sound. This is often used for rituals, right?" much

"Yes, right, almost every day there are praying" said Wira.

"Is there an inscription in this cave?" much

"Yes Kak, there are.. located on the east wall of the cave there are two lines of writing that reads kumon and the bottom row sahy(w)angsa; which looks at the shape of the letter is thought to be from the 11th century." word of Wira

In front of Goa Gajah there are several ancient statues depicting Hariti, Ganesha, and giants. The character Hariti in the Buddhist fairy tale is known as a character who is evil and likes to prey on children. But after studying Buddhism he turned into a child-loving man.

"It's Ganesha for the shower huh?" much

"Sir, this is very strange and rare. Usually Ganesha as god of distress. Here Ganesha is used as a water shower. It is likely that the philosophy is that Ganesha will give the tirta Sudamala to people who are in danger." explained Andi.

The Ganesha statue is located at the eastern end of a row of statues and fragments that adorn the mouth of the cave. Some parts of the 60 cm tall ganesha statue are worn, the head is small when compared to its distended stomach and perforated because it serves as a water channel.

The 2-handed ganesha statue is decorated with double bracelets and holds the neck of a lump attached to his stomach, this lump is also held by his trunk. Arca ganesha shower is likely from the eastern wall of the middle pond (pond of lightning), it is based on the presence of 1 meter, umpak measuring 1 meter, but it is unfortunate that it is in a state of damage so it cannot be ascertained that it is indeed the base of the statue of the shower ganesha

"Besides Ganesha there's anyone here?" much

"Whose goddess is this?" much

"Hariti, Brother... In Balinese, it will be called Men Brayut." said Wira.

The statue depicts Hariti with three children on her right and left and one child on her lap. In Balinese fairy tales, Hariti is better known as Men Brayut (or Nini Brayut in Javanese tradition).

"Son, we're going to the ancient lightning" Jofel said

"Okay, I've prepared an empty bottle of mineral water, brother" said Jofel

"You guys are so good, anyway." I said

"Calm down, sister." Andi said.

We also headed to the bath. From above (the road parallel to the cave). We can see the ancient springs. The springs are located lower than Goa Gajah.

"This is the ancient lightning? let's go get some water." I said excitedly.

"Wait for Sis, we can't just take it. We have to ask permission from the stakeholders" Wira said

Wira also finally took the initiative to find the tempter (pura responsibility).

"What do you know about this bath?" much

"The bath is composed of three sacred baths lined north-south, with six (supposedly seven) statues showering on the edges. Each pair of statues consists of a statue of bidadara flanked by two statues of angels, upright facing one large pool. The statue at the edge of the pond that is in the middle has been lost or has not been found" replied Andi.

Not long after, Wira came with a stakeholder. I also started looking at this stakeholder. I looked from top to bottom. I want to make sure that this stakeholder is human.

"Who wants to pay tirta?" ask the stakeholder

"I, Jero Mangku." I said

"All right, let's get you down. First, you must pray under first." orders Mr. Mangku

Me and the Hero went down. The two men just looked up. We prayed and when we were done. Mr. Mangku helped me get the tirta.

"Ampura Jro Mangku wants to ask. What is a sapta nadi?" much

Hearing my question, the stakeholder was astonished.

"Where do you know about that term?" ask the stakeholder

"From my sister, whose name is Wira." I said as I pointed to Wira.

"Worthy, hehehe .. sapta means 7. Nadi means holy. So Sapta nadi means 7 holy rivers." I said

"Is there a certain concept? much

"The statues of angels and bidadaras stand on a lotus or padma. Padma is a symbol of the stana universe of Hyang Widhi. In the middle is a statue of widyadara. It is based on the concept of Sapta Nadi which is the seven holy rivers Ganges, Sindhu, Saraswati, Yamuna, Godawari, Serayu and Narmada" explained Jero Mangku.

After that we decided. Today was so much fun. You can walk - find water.

"Where are we going?" much

"To the temple with the clearest springs." said Andi

"Let's go there ... its location in Tabanan" said Jofel
