The four of us then walked to the Prambanan Museum which is about 350 m from the wire gate of the temple.
"Mas Fais, can not be told about the Prambanan Temple Museum." asked Dika.
"The museum was founded in 1988. The museum is home to a collection of statues - statues of freelance findings and various information about Prambanan Temple." Fais replied.
"Find out, what is it?" much
"Findings are the findings of statues or cultural heritage objects that are not known context or origin. In addition, suppose a statue is a confiscation from the police, or a single finding (eg the results of the excavation accidentally by the residents)." Fais replied.
Shortly after, we arrived in front of the temple museum. We then go inside and wow the view is nice and the arrangement of the collection is interesting. Once inside we were immediately greeted by a large fountain and pendopo. There are many Javanese gamelan.
"Pity for this arc of heat and rain." I said sadly to see many statues left in the open field.
"Well, how else, but it's always been routinely cleaned of moss and weed" said Fais, who tried to explain why the statue was left lying around.
There are ganesha, yoni lingga, stone water container, jaladwara, pseudo lingga, Agastya, Vishnu, and various forms of statues of other goddess gods. I was then interested in a finding that I thought was unique.
"Mas Fais, what is this? the shape is funny, the length of the truss there is a front decoration and there is a hole." I asked while looking and touching the object.
"Jaladwara is his name." said Fais.
"Jaladvara? what is mas?" ask Dika.
"This is a place to channel water, yes a kind of pipe pralon from stone." Fais explained.
"Wuah used to know the water governance system well yes." muttered Ivan who then approached the object.
"His water flows in and out of this hole huh?" ask Dika
"yes." Fais replied briefly.
---
Jaladwara as a water channel during the Kuna Java period has a variety of forms. There are mythological creatures shaped elephantmina, gana (dwarf creature), singha, garuda. However, what is often found is the jaladwara with the form of elephantmina (composition of elephant trunk and symbol of the sea).
---
"Mas, the decoration is good." I said
"Yes, this is an elephant's trunk, and there are strands of pearl from pearl oysters, and there are representations of lotuses" Fais explained.
"It seems that in every corner of Prambanan Temple there is also a kayak ginininya huh?" ivan asked while remembering - remember the existence of the jaladwara in the temple.
"Yes, do you know why every corner is given his schedule?" ask Fais.
"Liar when it rains the water does not pool in the temple. So the water needs to be thrown out." replied Dika.
"Wuah, if that's a good thing yes there is rain truss water out of this schedule." I said while imagining if the water came out of the schedule trus shower under the shower. Hmmmm .. Betaoa is soon to be God.
"Eh audio visual?" ask Ivan.
We then looked at the writing and the building that contained the writing.
"What is mas?" ask Dika.
"That's a place to watch restoration films and stories about Prambanan Temple. Want to get in there? free hlo." said Fais while nawarin to us. We then shook our heads.
---
The first building is a collection about the history of Prambanan Temple. We just passed by, because we already knew about the history of the temple from Fais. We go to room two. In this room there is a collection of ceramics and pottery.
"Eh ceramic?" I said.
"Yes, ceramics from the Tang Dynasty of China" Fais said.
"I guess the ceramic, ceramic tile, hehehe.
"Then China came to Indonesia?" ask Dika while looking at the findings of the ceramic collection.
"Yes, international trade is already in place. Cooperation between Indonesia and China has been established. The proof is that there are many goods from China that entered Indonesia in the 9th century" Fais explained.
"Great, my ancestors." I said proudly.
"Continue to room 3 yok." take Dika while continuing to step into the next room.
In room 3 there is information about the structure of the temple. The temple structure is a piece of Prambanan Temple from the side.
"This what?" my many.
"This is the structure of Prambanan Temple cosmologically" said Fais.
"Cosmology?" ask Dika.
"Yes, philosophically. So the construction of Prambanan Temple uses theology and religious systems based on the book Silpasastra Manasara." explained Fais.
"So the construction of the temple should not be arbitrary, huh?" ask Ivan.
"Yes, it must be calculated carefully, so that the candle does not collapse. Mathematical calculations must also be path and fit, between stone 1 with other stones must be clop. So the construction of Prambanan Temple is like putting together thousands of puzzles from stone. If it is not the partner then between 1 stone with other stones will not clop and nyatu." explained Fais.

Note :
The technique of arranging temple stones without adhesives there are 3, namely :
Groove and flow system for horizontal arrangement.
The system of pegs and grooves for vertical arrangement of stone blocks with each other is connected with protrusions and indentations that only match their partners (this is because the manufacture is done manually).
the locking stone system for horizontal arrangement is a stone beam with an indentation connected with ordinary stone.

This episode is quite yes...
