The trip to Prambanan was pleasant after we said goodbye to the farmers of Joho Village. We continue the journey. The distance of Prambanan Temple with our house is about 10 km. So it does not take time if we do not stop by - stop by.
The road to Prambanan turned out to pass the Manisrenggo Highway. So we have to be careful because many motorized vehicles. We passed by the side road, the front row was Ivan, Me, and Dika.
"Eh.. Is that Plaosan Temple?" my many.
Ivan and Dika then looked in the direction I was pointing. Coincidentally Plaosan Temple is not far from the main road Manisrenggo.
"I guess, yes" replied Ivan.
"From the characteristics suffered earlier mbah it seems that indeed Plaosan Temple, Kembar Temple, there are 2 temples" said Dika.
"We go to Prambanan first, if the time is enough, we stop there" asked Ivan.
Ivan seems to know that I'm going to stop by there. That's why he prevented me. It did not take long, 5 minutes later we have arrived at the green fence of Prambanan Temple Complex.
"That's Sewu Temple" I said.
"Thank you" answered both of them.
They continued to grumble when I showed the cluster of temples in the Prambanan Complex. They felt that the temple I mentioned earlier was also familiar in their minds.
"Ntar to it yes .. kayaknya yu yang yu yu yu ntar eat under the shady tree while enjoying the cool of the day and see the splendor of Sewu Temple" I said.
"Yes, while enjoying the breeze. Sepi is also the temple, so it's good to rest" said Ivan
5 Minutes later, we arrived at the temple parking lot. We directly direct our bikes in a special parking lot of bicycles. We were then given a bicycle ticket. Payment is made in advance. At that time, the bicycle parking fee was Rp 500. Affordable price for kids our age.
"Don't let it go" said Dika.
"Yes" I said briefly.
Our destination is the temple counter. But before that, we passed the Prambanan art market. Various types of crafts, clothes, special food, by-by, food and drinks are lined there. The friendly sound of the seller makes the traveler sometimes influenced to stop by and buy it.
"I'll buy a temple hanger" I said
"That's cheap, a thousand gets 5" said Ivan
Dika arrived - suddenly walked towards the person who sells beautiful hats. The beach hat is round and there is a long ribbon. He bought a pink hat with a yellow ribbon.
We laughed at Dika, because she was like a woman buying a pink hat. But our laughter stopped when he put the hat on my head.
"What's that for me?" much
"You'll bring a real hat. Top perforated hats are used only. Hot tau inside" he said
I can't believe she's so good to me. Then I tried asking the price and intended to change the money. But she refused, and then I forgot to thank her
"Thank you, little friend" I said
We both went straight to the temple counter. It turns out that there are a lot of people queuing up too. So inevitably we have to stand up to buy a ticket. This is the first time Dika and I entered Prambanan using a ticket.
"We're usually free, sir" I said.
"Yes, but not papa, once - time hehehe" said Dika.
This was my first experience and Dika entered Prambanan temple paying. Almost every year Dika and I come here to perform the ritual of Tawur Agung. We also usually enter through a special door.
"Van, when was the last time you went to Prambanan Temple? or don't don't this is the first time?" my many.
"TK" he answered briefly with my laughter and Dika.
We looked at the information board about ticket prices. It is true, the ticket price for students Rp 7,500
I then spent the money yesterday.
"I was given an extra nie's allowance" I showed off.
I then showed him the money I put in the small wallet. I prepared Rp 30,000 and was ready to buy a ticket. But suddenly someone called me.
Ivan and Dika then poked me and pointed a finger at the person who called me.
"Heh, Mas Parji" I said.
It turns out that man is my cousin. His name is Mas Parji. He works at the temple. I then shook his hand. My mother once told me that she had a sodara who worked at the temple.
"Who's the guy?" tanyakanya.
"Three girls equals 2 of my friends" I then introduced Dika and Ivan.
"Why did you go inside?" ask again.
I then explained the meaning of the three of us coming. If we want to have a picnic before entering Junior High School. I told you that the three of us were accepted into our village school. Mas Parji then offered us entrance to the temple for free through a special door of employees.
"It's just coming in through here" he said.
"But I haven't bought a ticket" I said.
"No papa, the money for snacks only ntar in the dalem if thirsty" he said again.
The three of us then entered through the employee door and did not forget to say thank you to Mas Parji. So Dika and I went into the temple for free again. Never once entered the temple to pay. A gift and a fortune that does not matter.
"Wuah windfall" said Ivan.
"The money is intact" said Dika.
I then distributed the money that was collected yesterday to Dika and Ivan. We then went in and passed the fountain. Many tourists arrive. Guys and girls came with cameras. They communicate using a foreign language.
Many guides who approach the bule and hope to be the tour guide. They seduce the bule and hope to get paid a dollar.
"Try Ra to talk to them" said Ivan
I can speak English and Dutch. I got it because I studied and read Mas Antong's book. Although still rude but they understand our intentions.
We sat for a moment in the fountain. For us village children, seeing a fountain decorated with stone lotus and coupled with the presence of goldfish and lotus flowers makes its own coolness.
"Bath bath" I said.
"Kayak can swim alone" said Dika while laughing at me.
"That's really hot, really hot, that ice skillet" Ivan asked.
The three of us then looked for the candle ice merchant. In this temple there is a special drink that is ice wax big (the packaging form is like Kiko if now, but bigger). The price is Rp 1,500 per seed. I chose the color green, because I love melons. While Dika choose yellow, and Ivan red.
"Where are your parents?" ask the ice merchant.
"We are just three bude" replied Ivan.
We then explained that our house was not far from here. So we go alone plus Me and Dika every year here. So poultice the way. At that time the hawkers were still free to sell into the temple. Now it's been ordered. So can't anymore.
"Yuk, up" take me.
"Come" answered the two of them.
We then rushed into the main door made of green color gates. Ivan was - was if later checked his ticket.
"I'm afraid of this" said Ivan
"Why?" ask Dika
"We don't have tickets. What if we get kicked out?" ivan said in fear
"Just calm down, I told you that his brother Mas Parji. They must know my brother." I said
But Ivan is still not moving. He was willing to observe the tourists and make sure that there would be no check of the entrance ticket. Once everything was safe, we immediately stepped into the main building.
