Chapter 21 - A Misconception

Zayan leaves when Okta viciously evicts him, but that doesn't mean he'll just give up. Many things that Zayan could not explain to Okta because he himself did not know where to start.

For now all Zayan can do is give Elnara time to calm down. However, that doesn't mean Zayan won't keep an eye on Elnara because he knows for sure this kind of opportunity will be taken advantage of by Fian.

All Zayan could do was meet his father and ask him for advice.

"What's up, son?" tanya Doni - Zayan's father - once found his eldest son was sitting pensively in the living room.

"There's a bit of a problem, Dad." replied Zayan weakly, he even took a heavy breath.

"El?" guess Doni's on target.

"There was a misunderstanding and Elnara went home to her parents. He even refused to hear an explanation from Zayan."

Doni had not yet responded to Zayan's story, suddenly Fanya the youngest who had come from nowhere immediately interrupted the conversation.

"Most certainly wrong Mas Zayan, Ma'am El was patient and kind so it is impossible to suddenly get angry and go home to his parents." sidelines Fanya quickly, said, the teenager was even fearlessly challenging Zayan's sharp gaze.

"The thing is, it's not good when adults talk you interrupt just like that. Get to the room, it's adult talk." Doni scolds gently while moving his hand telling Fanya to leave immediately.

However, Fanya was too stubborn and what the two adults wanted to talk about was Elnara, the sister-in-law whom she held dearly over her affection for Zayan.

"No, Fanya wants to hear the cherry from Mas Zayan. Fanya must know what mistake Mas did to hurt Mba El's day." Fanya shook her head firmly making Doni could only sigh resignedly.

"Just a misunderstanding Mas yanag forgot the promise of dinner together, Mas also did not go home because of sleeping in the hotel."

That explanation further enraged Fanya, how could Zayan consider this just a misunderstanding.

"It's not a misunderstanding, Mom! Mas is completely wrong, how could Mas forget the same promise Mas himself and worse even sleep in the hotel!"

"Fanya, don't yell like that!" reprimand Doni who was not responded by Fanya because the teenager was already really angry.

"Because of that, I want to apologize and explain what happened" said Zayan, sighing tiredly.

"Already, now you meet El again and ask for real time after that you explain it carefully." Doni quickly interjected when he saw that Fanya already wanted to run amok again.

After saying that Doni immediately went into the room. He has been unwell lately which is why the Doctor advised him to rest well.

Seeing Doni's departure, Fanya approached Zayan to say something that made him suspicious of her brother.

"Mas, Fanya doesn't want to interfere too far, but Fanya believes there is something bigger than the misunderstanding that Mas means, right?"

Zayan could not say anything because Fanya's guess was right, there was something bigger than that and Zayan admitted his mistake.

"Fanya says this is not because Fanya loves Mbak El, but this is for Mas himself. Ma'am El is kind and sincere, do not let Mas regret for releasing Mas's wife for the sake of Mas's past!"

After saying that Fanya immediately went to her room. Zayan looked surprised because Fanya said that. It seemed that Fanya knew something about Micah, but the teenager chose silence and did not want to interfere too far.

Micah just got word that Elnara's coming home to her parents. Nothing could be happier than this news for Micah. It seems like the effort he put in was successful and now Zayan will soon be his.

"Happy above the suffering of others, Micah?" the question came from someone Micah did not know.

The sharp-eyed beautiful girl looked at Micah as if she was ready to skin the woman in front of her. The girl was Vika who had just heard what happened from Elnara.

"Who are you?" mikha asked confusedly.

Vika did not answer but simply looked at Micah with a judging look. According to Vika, Elnara was much more beautiful and attractive than this woman in front of her.

"Heh Perakor, I remember you yes to stop disturbing people's husbands! You don't know how horrible I am when I'm angry!" Vika yelled at Micah in a loud voice to make the cafe customer stare at the two.

"What are you talking about? I don't even know you, don't talk!" Micah stood looking at Vika angrily, he felt displeased by Vika's accusation.

"Gue speak the facts, you're an actor who wants to grab my best friend's husband! Once again I remember you, if I know you make my best friend cry again .. lo end!"

With a terrible move Vika threatened Micah who just looked at her in disbelief. The beautiful girl he didn't know was threatening and managed to scare him away.

"You're El's best friend?" micah asked fearfully.

Vika did not reply, only staring intently at Micah who was getting scared. Believe me, Vika is beautiful like a doll, but it can scare anyone if they are angry.

Vika immediately left after successfully scaring Micah. He's quite up here because there's going to be a time when he explodes if Micah comes back to make Elnara cry. For Zayan's matter, he would make calculations with the man.

"Does vue need to give you a few punches?" ask Vika to herself.

While walking towards her car, Vika was weighing what calculations she would give Zayan.

"The vika?" the sound made Vika's footsteps stop.

Vika turned her head and found Okta who was looking at her in shock. Like never seeing Vika before, Vika thought annoyed.

"Yes, Mas?" holding back the annoyance Vika asked politely to Elnara's older cousin.

"You from the inside?" ask Okta.

"Yes, where else is Vika? Obviously Vika again in the cafe parking lot!" Vika replied with a smile even though her face started to bend in annoyance.

Okta smiled little looking at that pretty face. It felt like they hadn't spoken so casually in a long time. Okta will not deny if all this starts from his mistake.

"If that's Vika first yes, Mas. Vika has class in a moment, "Vika just passed by leaving Okta still staring at the girl's back.

Everything feels complicated, if only Okta was given a chance, she would repeat everything from the beginning. Or have they been repeating themselves from the beginning? Yes, they repeated from the beginning because now the relationship between the two back awkward.
