Chapter 52 - The Sweetness of Marriage

Okta and Vika are officially married. Their domestic life goes sweet and increasingly makes Vika lulled by a love that continues to grow.

The sweet and gentle treatment that Okta gave Vika made her believe that there was already love that began to grow in Okta's heart.

"Vika," call Okta soft.

"What's up, Mom?" vika asked to distract her from the Korean drama she was watching.

Vika looked at Okta in disbelief, after almost 1 year of marriage this time Okta offered her a honeymoon.

"Mas Okta seriously?" ask Vika not to believe it.

"Mas seriously, after rising in office last month Mas's work has been more controlled. I'm sorry I just got to invite you to honeymoon after almost a year of marriage."

"Thank you, I've invited Vika Honeymoon. Hope to go home honeymoon later Vika can get pregnant ya Mas." Vika smiled to herself imagining what it was like to be a mother.

Without Vika realizing the look on Okta's face changed, the man let out his smile.

"Later to talk about that. Now that we're ready to go, don't take too much."

"Where do we want a honeymoon, Mas?" ask Vika who is still not aware of the changes from Okta.

"King Ampat, said El you really want to go there."

"Yes, Vika has been there for a long time. Thanks for making one of Vika's dreams come true!" Vika exclaimed happily then hugged Okta tightly.

Vika did not expect that her marriage could go well like this. She is increasingly convinced Okta has begun to open her heart to her.

"Where is your household?" elnara asked without hesitation when Vika came to visit the house.

"Well dong, Mas Okta even ngajak honeymoon. The plan is tomorrow we go to Raja Ampat." Vika replied with a big smile that she could not stand.

"Good, I hope Mas Okta doesn't mess around."

"Gue hope so, but all this time Mas Okta is getting better so maybe Mas Okta has started to open his heart."

"Lo take it easy, if Mas Okta does bad, he will face me! By the way we go out yuk, but there is no class and at home again rame."

Vika immediately contacted Okta asking for permission to travel with Elnara. Lucky the man immediately gave permission because honestly Vika is not comfortable in the house of the Elnara family if the big family gathers like this.

"Eh, where are you going?" ask one of Aunt Elnara when she sees Vika and Elnara preparing to leave the house.

"You go for a walk, Auntie." Elnara replied lazily, to be honest she felt no need to report this.

"Kok out anyway, the family gather gini again. Come on, join the others. Especially you Vika, you're Okta's wife so it must be smart to blend in with your husband's family."

Elnara was already about to protest seeing Vika being pulled just like that towards the family that was gathering. Unfortunately, Elnara could not protest because she did not want Vika to be considered bad by her extended family.

"Yes Aunty" replied Vika quietly.

"You've been married for a long time, you rarely go to family gatherings. Not good, get used to not like El who often runs away." The remark came from one of Elnara's cousins who looked much older than Elnara.

"Vika has other activities, besides we are students who have many tasks so naturally dong can not join the family gathering." Elnara replied in annoyance despite receiving a warning look from Almira.

The elders gathered in the living room immediately crowded commenting on Vika and Elnara. Unlike Elnara who always answered, Vika preferred to be quiet.

"Have you filled it yet?" the question came from the yellow-clothed aunt.

Vika shook her head softly before replying softly, "not yet Auntie."

"Have been married for almost a year, hasn't it been filled yet? Are you guys on purpose or is there a problem?" another cousin of Elnara added, making the atmosphere warm.

"What if you're not pregnant? Whose household, whose fuss? Get used to not interfering with other people's households!" Elnara scathed scathingly without regard for the dislike gazes of her other family.

"You're so rude El, we intend well. Who knows if there's a problem and we can help."

"What help? Help me talk or help me tease?" ask Elnara.

"Ultimately, rather than an obscure storm this way we both wish Okta and Vika the best." Almira immediately takes over this conversation because Elnara already looks so upset, while Vika looks depressed.

"Mommy, we say yes. Than here to piss off we'd better take a walk." Elnara immediately crucifies Almira and pulls Vika out of the house.

Inside the car Vika looked silent, it seemed like she was really depressed. Vika recalled her conversation with Okta last night. The talk makes Vika wonder what is really on Okta's mind.

"Why?" ask Elnara.

"Gue wants to be honest with you," replied Vika.

"Please,"

"Actually ...."
