Chapter 46 - The Dark Room

Elnara felt very dizzy, her eyes staring around the dark-looking room. He did not know where he was, all he could feel was a dark, damp room and smelled of dust. Elnara believes she is in a room that has been unused for a long time.

Not long after someone entered, Elnara was sure she was the one who locked her up in this dark room.

"You're sober? I'll have dinner for you, eat it. Take it easy this is your favorite meal and I'm not putting anything on it." It was Fian's voice that was heard stepping closer towards Elnara.

Despite knowing Fian could not see it, Elnara still stared hatefully at the figure he had always considered a friend. The man is crazy and Elnara is the victim of the man's madness.

"Eat El," said Fian thrusting a place to eat in front of Elnara.

Elnara did not react to anything other than staring hatefully at Fian. Knowing that Elnara was angry, Fian finally chose to give up. The man put the place to eat next to Elnara and just walked away.

For now Elnara could do nothing because other than Fian guarding at the door, her head was also very dizzy.

Outside the room, Fian stared blankly at the night sky. He knows his actions are wrong, but Fian is not willing if Zayan has Elnara.

For Fian, he was the one who should have Elnara because he knew and loved the woman first.

"Nobody can have you but me El, you're just mine!" fian said alone.

Zayan, Genta and Almira cannot sleep. The three are busy looking for info on Elnara. While praying, they continued to search for the man who kidnapped Elnara.

"Hows it? Is there a bright spot?" tanya Almira who looks so tired.

"Yet, Mi. Zayan had checked the CCTV around the Elnara campus, but all was nil. Ah, there's one CCTV in front of the campus that's dead. Chances are we can find a clue if there's CCTV in there." Clearly Zayan did not cover up his frustration.

"But you've asked your old friend Papi for help, hopefully he can find a clue." Genta said as he continued to stare at the screen of his phone, hoping that there was an incoming call from his old friend.

Not long Genta's phone rang, an incoming call from his old friend who was a well-known detective.

"How's it?" ask Genta directly.

"I found traces of someone you probably wouldn't have expected."

"Who? Is it an old enemy?"

"No, she's your daughter's friend. The man you sent to Sumatra."

"Where can? I've sent him to Sumatra and told people to watch his every move."

"It looks like you're being cheated on, there's evidence that he escaped and he's probably the prime suspect in your daughter's disappearance."

"All right, thanks for the information. I'll call you back if I need help."

After a bit of small talk, Genta immediately disconnected the call. The middle-aged man let out a tired breath. He didn't expect to be able to lose it like this.

"Bapi Sama Mami rest, let Zayan and Okta take care of all this. If you find Elnara's place hidden, Zayan will contact Papi and Mami immediately." Said Zayan carefully so as not to offend his two in-laws.

Genta and Almira could only nod in resignation. It is better that they rest while continuing to pray for the safety of Elnara, let Zayan and Okta solve this problem.

On the other hand, Elnara was seen sitting curled up hugging her stomach which was like it was aimed at thousands of needles. His head was getting dizzy, he wasn't even sure consciousness would stay awake until Zayan could find it.

"Mas Zayan, please El .. pain Mas, El's stomach hurts so ...."

Elnara muttered softly as she continued to hope that Zayan could find her soon. The pain was severe and his head felt more agonizing.

Elnara's breathing weakened, consciousness weakened until soon his head drooped unconscious.

Elnara fell unconscious in a dark room, alone without anyone knowing!
