“You prevented me from seeing Agatha because I wanted to do this?”
“Ah, save your nagging and just follow the script! I have to start filming tomorrow.” Selena clucked, pointing at the white paper Ocean was holding.
Ocean who was standing face to face with Selena sighed, starting to catch a glimpse of the row of dialogue there. “This story about what?”
Selena rubbed her nape awkwardly, answering softly, “Unilateral love.”
“Hey, are you telling your own story?”
God fucking. ‘Keparat’ indeed seems to be the middle name of Ocean. Look at that shitty laugh. It seems like ‘ever refused Selena’'s love to be a proud achievement for Ocean.
Already swimming in the water, Selena tried to drink all together. This acting exercise actually only became a cover for Selena because she did not know what else could be a reasonable reason for her actions preventing Ocean from going to meet Agatha.
Selena's latest film project about ‘heartbroken first love’ fits Ocean perfectly. Maybe after training with her, given the bad incidents of the past, Selena can live more in her role, then her acting skills can increase.
“Alright, let's start.”
Selena took a deep breath. When he stood face to face with Ocean like this, he seemed to be returned to the incident six years ago. The hallways of the campus were not as crowded as usual, the exclamation of the four-five students who happened to see them, and the gaze of Ocean that seemed to hit his heart. Although it had been a long time, it now felt increasingly concentrated, as if Selena was there.
“Seven more years I save it, Andrea.” Selena started her acting prologue. Compared to looking nervous like a girl who wants to express love, her face looks sad. “You may not know how many times I've squabbled begging the sky to make you turn to look at me, or how long I'm satisfied just by looking at your back. But really ... If my feelings are avenged today, I will always be the happiest man on earth.”
The roar of air conditioning is the only thing that blurs the silence. Ocean was stunned when he saw a wound in Selena's eye.
“Your turn, Ocean.”
Rebuttal. Andrea will reject Savana's declaration of love. And it made Ocean feel heavy doing it. Just like Selena, Ocean also felt cast into the past, as she and Selena stood face to face like this.
“I'm waiting.”
Ocean swept his gaze over Selena's face. All right, he'll do the acting Selena wants. Ocean began to sigh heavily, entering in the story.
“You're the sweetest girl I've ever met, Savana.” Ocean in ‘Andrea’ grinned bitterly, her face twitching wryly. “But I don't think it's time. Your journey is still far away, you cannot keep waiting ...”
For a moment, his newly spoken dialogue made Ocean feel something different. The sentence felt deep.
“After this, release me, Savana. You deserve to fly high. You deserve as many stars as you want. Really, tomorrow the day after tomorrow if you come back to me, your winning smile will be the greatest trophy for me.”
The ocean decays in consciousness which makes it feel like it has been smashed into the precipitous rocks. She looked at Selena, finding her clenched hands and a reddened nose, a sign of holding back tears.
Through this brief dialogue, Ocean realized that there was a stark difference between himself and Andrea. Despite both rejecting love, Andrea never destroys one's life.
Now, Ocean knows, the incident was not just a nightmare for Selena, but a wound that might take a long time to heal.
“Enough to get here, I'm already sleepy.” Selena was still lowered, unable to stare at Ocean. In one fell swoop, he turned around, stepped away.
It's so annoying. Selena thought, with this acting practice, she would get used to the past, until one day when she remembered it again, Selena could laugh because she had done such a stupid thing. In fact, wounds are still wounds. Every time it came like an old tape, his chest remained tight, remembering his pitiful self. Nothing had changed, the incident still felt like a frightening specter.
Selena had just touched the doorknob of her room when the raucous sound of Ocean made the tears she was holding shed instantly.
“At the name of the past it .. I'm really sorry, Selena.”

The question swirled in Selena's head. His reflection in front of the mirror with a staff busy putting foundation on his face, no longer attracted his attention. Selena's head is crammed into a series of her life journey after her unrequited declaration of love.
Still wet in Selena's memory as she steps through the deserted hallway of the campus. He was in his final year of college. Maybe for Ocean, the rejection was only a last wind, but for Selena, her pride was also taken away.
The inner pressure Selena felt, was not comparable to the overwhelming feeling of tightness when she looked at Ocean. Selena knew she could no longer be in the same place as the man. This leads Selena to one decision: to get out of the world of college.
Selena has loved acting for a long time. Despite her father's opposition, Selena began to steadily pursue the field, busying herself so that Ocean would not have a chance to enter her mind. Unfortunately, no matter how hard Selena tries, Ocean keeps coming. Selena really couldn't get Ocean out of her mind.
Felix came like an oasis in the middle of Selena's arid life. Through Felix, Selena embarks on a new dream. But once again, Selena must meet a difficult obstacle. Felix's profession as a model was looked down upon by Robin, their relationship was not condoned.
“Your skin is now better, yes, Selena. Is it because you're the newlywed?” The makeup staff asked in a seductive tone, laughing.
Selena's reverie was held for a moment. He smiled looking at his reflection in the mirror. “Because I've been moving a lot lately, Kak.” Of course he meant because he was busy cleaning the house or threatened to be kicked from the Ocean house if he did not do it.
“If I were you, having such an impressive husband, I would keep holding his hand. You're not afraid she's lost or stolen, Selena?” The staff laughed wider, joking.
“It would have been better if he had been abducted by aliens. Or do you want to put him in your house, sister?”
The makeup room was filled with laughter from the staff.

“Download the meeting schedule with the planning team until we finish negotiating with Carlo Property, Noah. Prepare also the financial statements of the second trimester, there are things that I have to re-analyze.” Ocean spoke flat over the phone, his eyes still fixed on the row of numbers on his laptop screen.
Ocean hung up after feeling there was nothing more he could command his secretary. For a moment, Ocean glanced at the clock hanging on the wall, sighing softly.
This afternoon, Selena had told him that she might come home early or not even come home until tomorrow afternoon. The first shoot seemed to be taking on multiple scenes at once, taking a long time to complete.
Ocean is going to sleep late today. There were a few things he had to check before the construction of the new hotel would be officially implemented. Accompanied by a cup of hot coffee, Ocean was busy checking some files of the early stages of development, making sure there were no errors.
At two o'clock in the morning, Ocean was still busy analyzing the new design Agatha delivered, as her phone shook.
Ocean's forehead frowned at the name on the screen. Selene.
Soon Ocean shifted the green button on the phone screen, making it directly connected to Selena.
“What's up, Selena?”
No sound from across there.
Ocean checked his phone, made sure his network was okay. “Selena?”
Selena's slow whispers sounded after. Ocean widens eyes with heart-tipped. Something bad must be happening.
And Selena's raucous voice made Ocean gasp, running around picking up her car keys.
“I'm so scared, Ocean ..”
