“Jeez, what's with your face and hair?” Everly covered her mouth with her palm as she looked at the unusual Selena.
Messy hair, a crimson face, and faint scratch marks on the arms. Add a murmur that looks like that. Overall, Selena looked messed up.
“I just had a fight. Ah, that fucker just pisses me off!” Selena allowed her hair to twitch across her face, even her breathing was still hunting.
“Broke? You you? How can?” Everly doesn't understand. Alright, Selena did have a few big fights that led to physical violence. But that was SMA, it was a long time ago. Everly thought Selena would build an elegant and classy image on the bench.
Selena snorted, still looking very upset. “He tried to defame Ocean by spreading cheap rumors.”
“Wait, Ocean?” Everly slightly retreated her body in reaction to her shock. “Why do you suddenly care about Ocean? I thought you didn't like it.”
Ha! Selena was suddenly at a loss for words. His hand moved awkwardly to rub his cheek. Right too, why would he bother to do so?
A seductive smile just appeared on Everly's face, she elbowed Selena's arm while raising her eyebrows. “Is there something between you and Ocean that I don't know about?”
“What the heck!” Selena pushes Everly's elbow, grunting. “I only defended him a little because he was a good boy who only knew reading books. Sleeping with many women? Isn't that too much? I'm even sure she's never held hands with any woman.”
“Wah, I didn't know you had high concern for others.” Everly gave a smile seeing Selena getting more wrong. “If you look at Ocean style, I'm sure he prefers something classic. Elegant and has a deep meaning.”
Selena's forehead wrinkled. “What do you mean?”
“You know, how to take his heart.”
And a second later Everly screamed hysterically as Selena choked her while glaring at horror.

Three years. It took Selena three years to really follow Everly. For the past three years, Selena has only been able to gaze at Ocean from a distance, admiring him in silence, be it okay, not completely silent because Selena has several times killed vandals who tried to damage the peace of Ocean's life.
In his final year of college, his courage came. He thought a lot about something classic, it had a deep meaning. There was one thing that came to Selena's head: letters.
So that night Selena tried to string the words together, pouring out her feelings through ink scratches. He thought about the concept of a love statement without stating it clearly. The choice falls on the serial letter with the first series of letters that make up a word. Daisuki's. I like you a lot. Finally Selena chose the word, dividing her letter into seven parts.
There was a girl in thick glasses who Selena nicknamed as “punggu” library because almost every time she was in that place, which became “kurir” Selena letter to Ocean. Selena will insert letters into romance-themed novels such as Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights ... in total there are six classic romance novels that Selena gives gradually, then the girl will give them to Ocean in the library.
And for the last letter .... Since morning Selena has been restless. His heart did not stop beating. The last letter was inserted into the novel P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern. And Selena will give it to Ocean herself.
Selena gulped at Saliva many times while waiting for Ocean in the hallway to the library. His palm was cold, but his face was heating up. Fear mixed enthusiastically raged in his mind.
“What if he refuses—oh gosh, he comes.” Due to the confusion, nervousness got more and more ambushed when Ocean was seen at the end of the hallway.
Ocean is getting closer. Selena tried to control herself by taking a deep breath. No, he shouldn't look weird in front of the man.
Just as Ocean was about to pass by, Selena ventured to immediately block the path. He stood in front of Ocean while putting on a haughty smile, hiding the nervousness that was suffocating him.
“There's something I want to talk to you about.” Selena silently took a breath, opening the conversation.
Selena's eyes bought, gasped. In the letters he wrote, he did not include any names at all. “B-how did you know ...”
“You're too legible, Selena.” Ocean grinned thinly.
Selena tightens her grip on the P.S novel. I Love You that she hid behind her back. “Since you already know ... then it seems I don't need further ado.” Selena cleared her throat slowly, before raising her face, staring at the dark black iris of the Ocean. “I ... It looks like I'm me—”
“No.” Ocean cut Selena's words fast.
Selena blinked slowly, feeling that her fear would find an answer in a moment. Ocean's gaze was now as if it was crashing right in his heart. Simultaneously, the stifled exclamations of some of the female students who happened to pass by in the hallway, caught Selena's ears.
“You know what I don't like the most? A proud fool shows that he is indeed stupid with his silly behavior. Unfortunately, you're on the top list of the kind of people I don't like, Selena.”
The hallway suddenly felt narrowed and so stifling. Selena froze where she stood.
“Therefore, I hope you stop wasting your time and live as you please without involving me in it.”
Even when saying that painful thing, Ocean's expression did not change much, still remaining calm as if this incident was completely worthless to think about. Selena is just a pebble that needs to be kicked once to get out of the way.
Selena's hands clenched. He bit his inner cheek as his gaze turned sharp. Though he had tried to do it as best he could, sleepless for days to think about the words in his letter. Even if Ocean did want to reject him, wouldn't he at least not say that cruel?
Selena knew, Ocean had absolutely no obligation to reciprocate her feelings. Unilateral love is always the fault of the party who first fell. Despite that, Selena would choose not to care about it. From that second on, he chose to hate Ocean for his unrequited feelings, for the man's cruel words that robbed him of his pride.
Selena is determined to hate Ocean for the rest of her life.

“Saddening once. How does it feel to be rejected Ocean, Selena?”
Natasha's scornful laughter becomes Selena's grim day-opener. The news of Ocean's rejection spread quickly like dominoes. Selena who was notoriously crazy for always acting her way, this time completely lost her pride in front of everyone.
As Selena passed by, some people would start whispering while looking at her. One-two even laughed disdainfully. Despite being happy to be the center of attention, Selena did not like her current situation at all, she did not want to be the center of attention in this way.
And Natasha would obviously use this condition to further trample Selena, making use of it to make her look far away shining from her rival. For the first time Natasha could see Selena losing by a landslide.
“You know, Selena. There are new nicknames for you besides Crazy Princess and Devil Princess.” Natasha grinned widely, enjoying the darkness that lingered on Selena's face. “Rejected Queen. It suits you well, doesn't it?”
Natasha breezed away after laughing satisfiedly.
Selena closed her eyes, then massaged the base of her nose. Rather than the ridiculously stares and laughter she received, Selena actually felt much more humiliated when she saw Ocean. Her blood would be turbulent, and hateful gazes would be born in both her eyes when Selena accidentally saw the figure.
Despite the restraint, Selena was fed up for a long time. He didn't want to see Ocean anymore, even if it was just a hair. The great hatred finally brought Selena's feet to go, she decided to leave the world of college in her last year there.
In order to move on, Selena rests on her dreams. Being an actress is the only way for Selena to forget Ocean.
