Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects

Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects
CHAPTER 42| NIGHTMARE FROM BOSTON

“A little to left—aduh, too to the left. Tilt be!”

Ocean sighed softly while slightly turning towards Selena behind him. “You don't think this is overkill? One wedding photo is enough. The living room looks crowded.”

Selena's lips twitched. Ocean knew the woman was scolding him despite not making the slightest sound. Selena's right hand was then raised, pointing to the wedding photo Ocean was trying to put on the wall according to her instructions.

“Studio sends two. You want to throw the other one out?” Selena glared, folding her hands. “Do not try quibbling, Ocean. Install it well to look good.”

Exhaling, Ocean again moved his hand following Selena's instructions. Actually one wedding photo has been installed in the family room, but Selena insists on installing one more photo. He looks very excited today.

“Well, now it's fitting!” Smile as well as a smile printed clearly on Selena's face that looks radiant, her eyes shimmered with the results of Ocean's work.

Ocean got off the chair, putting himself standing beside Selena. His gaze was fixed on a large enough photo that featured him and Selena in a bridal dress.

“What is this? Isn't this called public lying? Why is your nose so high in that picture? Though the original is not so.” Selena stared alternately at the photo of Ocean and Ocean beside her, comparing the two.

“Do not talk carelessly. My nose is like that. Shouldn't you be worried about the look on your face like you want to stab the photographer, Selena? What a face like serial killer it.” Ocean chimed in.

Selena's slow hissing followed after. He glanced cynically at Ocean. “That's because it sucks to have to hold your arm. Back then I really intended to stab you with a fork if you were to babble about my position being on the soles of your feet again.”

Ocean's gaze turned toward Selena, chuckling. “Since then I've been happy to see your upset face, so I want to keep bothering you.”

“I thought you were Medusa.” Selena snorted, but then her hand was raised. With a subtle gesture, he wrapped his hand to Ocean's arm without releasing his gaze from the photo. “What is like this?” Selena improved her hand position, trying as closely as possible with her pose in the photo.

Understanding what Selena was doing, Ocean also straightened her back, acting as if they were doing a scene. “You remember whispering something to me before the camera blitz panned?”

“I said something?”

“Say you'll hate me for the rest of your life.” Ocean looked over at it, smiling faintly. “It seems that it is no longer happening now.”

Damnit. How clever Ocean makes Selena misbehaved.

“Try your hand.” As soon as possible Selena tried to divert the conversation. He reached into something in his pants pocket to coincide with Ocean extending his left hand.

Touching Ocean's fingers, Selena tucked their wedding ring into the man's ring finger, then into her own ring finger.

“A long time ago we didn't wear it.” Selena raised her face, slightly blushing, for a second after staring intently at Ocean. “Do not try to remove it.”

“It feels uncomfortable.” Ocean turned his ring. “Ah, I haven't told you yet. The day after tomorrow I will go to Boston .. with Agatha.”

Silent. Selena nodded at a slow tempo.

“What's the business of work?” Selena plays her fingers, trying to cover up her discomfort. However the relationship and Ocean is at the moment, he still feels he has no right to manage Ocean's life.

“No. Cousin Agatha is getting married, I'm invited. Agatha would like to celebrate her birthday there.” Ocean said carefully, then quickly continued, “You can come with me if you want.”

“Lusa, yes? Too bad I started filming again. Alright then, have fun there.” Selena pretended to justify her hair, acting like she didn't care much.

A smile rose on Ocean's face. She crossed her arms while looking straight at Selena's face “You want me not to go? I'll do it if you mind.”

“Do not talk nonsense. What kind of woman do you think I am? Our relationship isn't that close either, so why should I mind?”

“Should we make a deal then?”

Selena glanced at Ocean at a glance. “What?”

Ocean still looked very relaxed, his eyes were calm. “This ring ... I won't let go if it's not urgent, instead ...,” Ocean deliberately hangs his sentence, smiling, “ when I get back from Boston later, let's chat all night, Selena. Talk about whatever comes to your head. I want to spend more time with you.”

...****...

Loud music playing enveloped the arena, cheerleaders team in medium green uniform “attracts” in the middle of the field. Floodlights flickered, panning to and fro following the tempo of the music. The crowd in the stands was much different than during the match. Halftime—time the players rest. The basketball game was suspended for a moment.

Beside Ocean, Agatha seemed to enjoy the atmosphere there while drinking her soda. They arrived in Boston this afternoon. While Agatha's cousin's wedding will be held tomorrow, Ocean and Agatha will watch a basketball game tonight, especially Ocean's favorite team is competing there.

“Not a big problem. There is still plenty of time.” Ocean said briefly, drinking his cola.

“Although it makes pounding, it's really fun. We have to watch a lot of matches with a—oh, you're wearing your wedding ring, Ocean?” Agatha glanced at the ring embedded in Ocean's ring finger, the water slowly changing. Annotations evaporate.

“Ah, this? I have a deal with Selena.”

Vaguer. So faint. However, Agatha could see a smile on Ocean's face that looked so sincere. And look at those warm eyes .... Agatha took a sip of saliva to look at him.

“Oh, so it seems ...” Agatha chose not to comment further. Although there was something stuck at the base of his tongue, he chose to swallow it round and round. No, he didn't want to hear anything bad about spending a good time with Ocean.

“See that tall handsome young man, Ethan.”

The voice of a man in his seventies next to Ocean with a thick Italian accent, accompanied by his hands pointing to the field, made Ocean spontaneously follow the direction he pointed to. Ocean's eyes caught a player in a green uniform holding a child.

“At the age of 19, he already had a child.” The man's voice sounded again. “Usia 25, her son is already that big. Compared to him, you look terrible. Your face turned out to be useless.” The man snorted sourly.

“Gosh, you're starting again, Nonno? This whole day you've been nagging me more than I chew food. Should I just eat your nagging instead of spending money to pay for food?” The man called ‘Ethan’ clucked, then let out a long sigh.

“The grandson of this bitch, you want—”

The old man's cry came to a halt as the crowd's cries and cheers echoed. Ocean focused his gaze on the jumbotron—the large screen hanging over the field. There was a man who was kissing his girlfriend.

Apparently the cheerleaders' performance session was over, replaced with a kiss cam—segment entertainment to kiss the person highlighted on the camera together, usually two people.

“Wah, I can finally feel his euphoria directly.” Agatha applauded enthusiastically. She is a woman who loves romantic things.

Ocean was rather annoyed with this segment, so he chose to take his phone, typing a message for Selena.

I hope you're awake.

Time difference. In Selena's place now, the new sun will rise.

Not for a minute, came a reply. Both corners of Ocean's lips were drawn upwards as he read them.

Because of that kind-hearted Mr. Daendels, I got used to waking up before the birds chirped. So annoying.

Despite not seeing her, Ocean believes Selena is not displaying an irritated look.

Should I buy a new cookbook from here? Who knows there are variations of the disaster after this.

Now, Ocean believes Selena is scolding him.

“Ocean ... Ocean!”

Agatha's awkward-sounding voice made Ocean raise his head, taking his eyes off the phone even though Selena's reply had already arrived. He was about to ask Agatha, when she pointed at the jumbotron.

As suddenly as a chunk of ice was enveloping him, Ocean froze. Look at the super big screen hanging out front there. The screen displayed her face and Agatha so clearly. This time, they were the object of the audience's cheers. Although it is actually done voluntarily, in this kiss cam session, the cheers of the audience that make the person on the screen become burdened. They are being urged to do what everyone wants.

And when Ocean was about to shake his head to make the apocalypse move, that was when Agatha took her bravest action—for the first time. With a quick movement, he kissed Ocean's cheek to make the audience cheers even more boisterous, the applause even more thunderous. No need to ask how Agatha is now. Her cheeks were flushed, her heartbeats were crazed, but Agatha knew, something slipping on her chest right now was an overflowing feeling of happiness.

The veil of happiness had closed Agatha's eyes, making her completely unaware that now that Ocean's jaw was hardened, her eyes turned cold. Although the camera had already passed, highlighting the other spectators, Ocean did not immediately understand what had just happened.

Carried away, carried away by the feelings she had been harboring for so long, Agatha decided to go even further. Ocean was already standing in front of him now. It only took him one more step he would be able to grasp it.

Closing her face back towards the Ocean, Agatha whispered with her heart still flowing, chanting a melody that sounded melodious through her ears. “I like you, Ocean. Really like you.”

At that time, Agatha was actually not only voicing her heart, but also creating nightmares that grind out Selena's dreams overnight.
