Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects

Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects
CHAPTER 26| HE NEVER LEFT

“Wah, my nose doesn't taste good. Superficially, you're too hard to splash water, Ocean.” Selena rubs her nose softly which feels blocked. They had gone up from the water, stepping onto the soft, dry pink sand.

Pluks.

Ocean put his suit on Selena's shoulder, walking beside her. “But you look so happy, Selena. Your childhood seems very bleak, less entertainment.”

Selena glanced at the cynical Ocean, sneering, “See who's talking. Aren't you the one who's like the kid who's been to the beach for the first time? You laugh even harder than anyone.”

“I so? That's because you're the one—oh?”

Selena's attention center immediately turned forward, finding Agatha in a long floral dress walking towards them with a faint smile. Ah, of course he went to Labuan Bajo considering Agatha is the main architect of the construction of the new hotel La Sky Land.

“Hai, I didn't bother you guys, did I?” Agatha asked, joking.

Of course Selena will think Agatha is not only disturbing her moment with Ocean, but also damaging her already excellent mood. Yet it seemed that Ocean did not think so, as he chuckled lightly in response.

“Unfortunately me and Selena will be back at the hotel soon. You want to take a walk here?”

“I want to see you, Ocean.”

Silently Selena snorted at Agatha's blunt speech. Even when there was Selena, Agatha did not hesitate to say something that might offend the "wife of the Ocean". Selena felt like a transparent human being there.

“Ah, because of the meeting with the contractor, huh? Take it easy I won't be late, Agatha.” Ocean laughed a little.

Look at that, Agatha's expression says that she's not there because she wants “reminds” Ocean that the meeting will start soon. He had obviously been there because he wanted to have fun with Ocean, judging by the clothes he was wearing. Either Ocean is stupid or insensitive. In just one look Selena can already read the intent of—

“Achoo!” The analysis he was doing became blurred instantly as Selena spontaneously moved her head to the side, sneezing. He seemed to have been playing water for too long.

Selena's eyes widened as the back of Ocean's hand clung to her forehead, and then a sigh sounded.

“You can catch the flu. Wait here, let me buy you a towel and a warm drink.” Ocean immediately walked over quickly, leaving behind Selena who was sculpting, after giving Agatha a brief gesture that she would leave for a while.

“You sit there, Selena?”

Question Agatha brings Selena back to “real world”. He nodded, walked slightly behind Agatha, then sat on the trunk of a fallen tree close to the green hill behind her.

Selena grabbed Ocean's suit wrapped around her upper body. His gaze swept across the blue sea that had never been dull. The waves are like chasing, the sun is getting hotter.

“It was purchased in Milan.” Agatha returned Selena's confused look by pointing at the Ocean suit she was wearing. “One of Ocean's clients held a wedding in Milan last year. Ocean asked me to accompany him to the party. Before going there, we shopped for clothes at one of the boutiques. I chose that suit.”

Damnit. Selena wanted to throw the suit into the sea, hoping to be torn apart by a whale. Suddenly he was fed up with the gray color attached to the suit, or the scent of Ocean perfume that smelled from there. But Selena could do nothing at the moment, could only try to act as normal as possible.

“I and Ocean have been friends since we took the magister, Selena. We find many similarities through hobbies, ways of thinking, and views about the future. In a short time, we feel suitable for each other.” A gentle smile appeared on Agatha's face as her gaze directed toward the cloudless expanse of sky, as if she was twisting the memory of her being together with Ocean.

The question is Selena, who asked? Selena obviously did not want to hear the fairy tale about Ocean's proximity to Agatha.

Selena desperately refrained from rolling her eyes when she saw Agatha's increasingly wide smile. He is still trying to guess, if this conversation will lead to where.

And Selena's heart raced as Agatha fully turned her head towards her, with the look of the eyes that Selena had just seen this time. Something Selena didn't want to hear seemed to be about to reach her ears soon.

“I love Ocean, Selena. Loved it. I was even willing to do anything to be with him.”

Selena suddenly had trouble breathing, feeling her joints stiff. The waves that usually sound like melodious singing are now unable to relieve the tension in Selena's heart. He was still trying to digest what was going on.

“Since the beginning, I knew your marriage was just a business matter. There is no love in it. Especially after I found out the news ... news that you are still in a relationship with Felix Hadwin ...”

Selena felt her heart splatter in the sand of the beach when Felix's name was called. His hidden card had been known to Agatha somehow. And Selena couldn't say anything because she felt her tongue, her throat was suffocating.

“Sorry to surprise you, Selena. A few days ago, I overheard the chief editor talking during an interview at a newspaper office. I heard you and Felix lived together in an apartment ...” Agatha's expression turned awkward, feeling bad because now Selena's face became pias.

Weighing for a moment, glancing at Selena a few times, Agatha finally ventured to reveal what was on her mind. “After this, I might be more open about how I feel about Ocean, Selena. I'll show you how much I like it. You might feel uncomfortable, but I have no other choice ...”

Selena wanted to escape from there, running as far away from Agatha as possible. Selena knows she has no right to think about this because she already has Felix. But when the shadow of Ocean's loss began to twinkle in her head, Selena's breath became stupefied. His handbooks grew increasingly whitened as his grip on the wooden trunk strengthened. The fear began to dominate him.

“You feel dizzy, Selena? Your face is pale once ..”

Selena looked up as Ocean's voice pierced her ears. Ocean has been standing in front of him with a face that looks worried, his hands carrying a paper bag that most likely contains towels and warm drinks—as he said earlier.

For a moment, Selena just stared at Ocean, sweeping a look at his worried face. As Selena blinked her eyes, she realized the one thing that made her feel like she had just been knocked into a precipice.

That feeling never goes away. Selena has been misrepresenting everything. Then, now, and later, there was only Ocean. There was never Felix or anyone else. Selena is only fooling herself, denying to make her heart feel better. Ocean never left. He was always there.

Rather than worrying because Agatha had learned her secret, Selena was much more devastated when she realized her true feelings. He was afraid of how to face the Ocean after this.

“A-I'm not feeling well, Ocean. If you still want to be here, I'll go back to the hotel by myself.” Selena spoke in a raucous voice, forcing her feet to rise up.

“How can I let you go home alone under such conditions?” Ocean sighed, turning his head towards Agatha. “You want to come home together, Agatha?”

Agatha shook her head, smiling weakly. “True first, Ocean. I still want to be here.”

After a brief nod, Ocean turned back, leaving the beach with Selena.

From where she sat now, Agatha looked at Ocean's back with Selena growing further away, sighing deeply.

“Sorry, Selena. I can't let go of Ocean. This time, I will fight as hard as I can so as not to lose it again.”
