Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects

Mrs. Crazy And Mr. Perfects
CHAPTER 36| ROLE OF HUSBAND

“... must go home first. Mama will take care of Selena.”

Selena's eyelids moved slowly as Lilian's increasingly clear voice greeted her hearing. The smell of the drugs is thickly smelled along with the patient monitor that reads with a regular tempo. Consciousness begins to take hold of Selena, leading her to open her eyes slowly. He frowned slightly when the light of the room lamp was too strong to face with his pupils that were still shaky.

“Selena! You're sober?” Lilian who noticed Selena opened her eyes, rushed over and immediately clasped her daughter's hands gently. “Thank you, God. Really thank you.” Lilian kissed Selena's hand as her daughter nodded softly in response to her question.

“Thank God, Darling. Mom worried once ...” Adira kisses the top of Selena's head, then rubs it.

Selena's gaze moved to the right, finding the Ocean standing looking at her with an expression that Selena had only seen for the first time. He still wears his basketball uniform. Ocean conditions seem chaotic.

“You okay?” Selena asked through a weak lip movement.

“Stupid basis.” Ocean muttered back, restoring his messy hair. He felt relieved, angry, upset .. I don't know, there were so many emotions lodged in his head, clumping together to drive him crazy.

“Let Mama call the doctor.” Lilian codes Adira to go with her, giving Ocean and Selena space to talk to each other.

The door closed, bringing silence in the white room. Selena only realized that the day had gone on at night, not knowing how long she had been unconscious.

Selena wanted to move when she felt extreme pain in her back and right shoulder. Ocean stepped closer, making sure Selena remained still in place.

“You can't move much yet.” Ocean finally tore the silence, sitting beside Selena. “Shoulder bone fracture. Doctor says lucky you dodged with ‘good enough’ so only your right shoulder and back are affected. You can be in serious trouble if the head is hit and hit by the ring.”

Selena took a long breath. It seems that over the next few days he will be hospitalized without being able to do anything, even though the filming will start again.

“What you did earlier .. That was stupid, Selena. Stupid once.”

Ocean's words managed to make Selena lower her gaze, a bit of a waste of face. Selena did not expect a thank you or anything like that, but if she was scolded for saving someone's life, wouldn't that be outrageous?

“Why are you the only one who can do it, while I can't? You're even an ordinary human like me, can't fly, can't disappear .. Then what's the problem, Ocean?” Selena tried to raise her tone, but what happened was that her voice was suffocating. It's a shame, but the atmosphere is very serious.

A moment later, Ocean stared at Selena in silence.

“Because you will get hurt ... like this ...”

Selena was stunned by the words spoken by the wind concubine. Through that short speech, Ocean seemed to want to convey how frustrated she was because of Selena's circumstances, but could not do anything because it was out of her control.

“I have no regrets,” Selena said without hesitation. “Someone needs to be cool at least once in a lifetime. After this maybe I will be made as an icon of the perfect wife. Is there any news coming out?”

Really make crazy. Ocean stared in disbelief at Selena. For a second, he stood up, feeling that there was no point in talking to the woman. Just created nonsense.

“Hey, where are you going, Ocean? Get me some water first, my throat's dry! Hey—”

Door's thumping closed. Ocean perfectly ignores Selena, lost in the door.

“Basic heartless!”

...****...

“What is this stifling boredom.” Selena breathed heavily. He thought, after returning home things would be much different. There is no smell of pungent drugs, tasteless food, or white walls and excruciating prohibitions. In fact, Selena is not allowed to do anything. All day he just sleeps or watches movies. Add the sling arm that wrapped around her arm, Selena's movement became so limited.

Recently Selena felt homesick and cooking.

“I have to do something—ah!” Selena touched her hair that was not as soft as usual, grinning. “Ocean, help me wash my hair.”

Ocean emerged from the kitchen with a flat face, looking disinterested in Selena's request. “I'll call someone who can help you.”

“No. Why would anyone else do it if I had a husband? Come help me. Yes?”

Throwing a sharp glance for a moment, Ocean finally stepped towards the bathroom while exhaling many times. Selena clenched her hands happily, tailing Ocean. The moments of ‘torturing’ Ocean will definitely be fun once.

Selena went into the dry bath, letting her head lean on the edge of the bathtub until her hair dangled. Ocean lowered the shower, starting to wet Selena's hair carefully.

“I want rosemary flavored shampoo.” Selena pointed at her favorite bottle of shampoo, smiling infuriatingly at Ocean as if she was the creambath officer.

Without saying much, Ocean picked up the shampoo, poured it into the palm of his hand before applying it to Selena's hair. Foam began to be created as Ocean gently rubbed Selena's hair. His movements were stiff and awkward. Selena gave a smile looking at Ocean's serious face as if she was working on something important.

“No.”

“No?”

Ocean grinned thinly. “Why do you also ask a man to help you wash your hair, if your hands are okay, Selena? You intend to tease me?”

Selena jumped, widening her eyes. Teasing? How can helping to wash your hair be defined as seductive?

“That's not tempting, but indeed you should do your role as a husband. I even took care of you when I was sick, made you food every day. Come to think of it why am I the one who plays a lot in this household, heh? You should do your part too. It's delicious!”

Ocean's hand moved to rinse Selena's hair, carefully arranging the water so as not to hit the eyes. “I'm doing it.”

“You did this because you felt guilty with me, didn't you?” Selena looked up slightly, trying to stare at Ocean's face. “But okay. Please give a slow massage. I've been a little dizzy lately—”

“Completed.” Ocean hurriedly wrapped Selena's hair in a towel, giving a smile. “You can get out of there.”

Selena sneered, glancing at the cynical Ocean. “Cause you're doing a good husband role, let's take me to the balcony. I want to enjoy the afternoon breeze while drinking tea there.”

Kernyitan appeared between the two eyebrows of Ocean. “You don't know the way to the balcony so it needs to be escorted?”

You are insensitive! Selena hissed annoyed. “I think my feet have a little problem because of the accident.”

“See your feet were fine just now.”

Damn indeed. Mood Selena's sinking to the bottom of the ravine. He rolled his eyes before standing up in the bathtub. But before getting out of there, Selena gasped as Ocean lowered her body in front of her.

“Quick up.”

Smile Selena. He clenched his happy hands before climbing onto Ocean's back. His left hand held onto Ocean's neck as the man rose to his feet, placing both hands on Selena's feet to hold her weight.

The chance to torture Ocean back like this would never be wasted.

“Should we walk around the complex?” Selena asked.

“Save the idea for yourself.”

Ocean pushed open the bathroom door, stepping out towards the second floor staircase. He climbed one by one, occasionally confirming Selena's position on her back.

“Why did you do it, Selena?” Ocean broke the gap between them.

“Do what? Saving you?”

Ocean did not nod or shake his head, but Selena knew she was asking that.

Selena's view looked far away, she played her fingers a little before answering softly, “Because you've been hurt a lot.”

The end of Selena's sentence again brought silence between them. Selena and Ocean were deep in each other's thoughts. Right now, there were so many things perched on their heads.

“You've done a lot for me, Ocean. It is not uncommon for you to get hurt by it. I want to do something for you too. Not because I want you to find me useful, but because I don't like to see you get hurt.” Selena's voice sounded so deep and without a doubt, as if the remark had actually come from her heart.

Almost reaching the last rung of the stairs, Ocean stopped his steps. He remained silent for a while without a word. His gaze was directed forward, where a view of the sky decorated with cloud wine was presented through the open balcony door.

“Then don't do anything, Selena. You don't have to worry about me, you don't have to do anything for me. Don't you have your own dreams? A real happy life, not a fake relationship like this. I'm definitely not part of your dream. You shouldn't have done so far.”

“You're there.” Selena said slowly, more like muttering.

Ocean. This silence felt so strange.

Selena bit her lower lip, before speaking louder than before, “Say you were in my dream. You were always there ...”
