Three months passed
Since that day Rifki and Dara started their activities from the beginning. Dara is getting busy with her return to campus, while Rifki is busy working as an online taxi while putting some job applications for several large companies. He knew it would be difficult, but at least he tried as much as he could.
There was no sign yet that he would soon get calls from some of the companies he sent out cover letters to. No problem for him, working as an online taxi driver is enough to meet daily needs and also save even though not as much as before.
"Mom, it's spending money for this month, yeah. As usual if you don't tell me." Rifki gave some money for her daily needs as well as her mother.
"It's actually, it's mostly Rif." Bu Rini took some of the money and returned it to Rifki.
"This is enough. For this you can save for your future."
"Buy what you want. I've set aside for my savings. After all, if I'm married, I can't fully manage Mom. Because I have to share my love and time for my wife too. So while I still don't have a wife let me spoil you as much as I can. Later if I'm married I can't work completely, but I promise I will still make my mother and my wife happy later, without hurting or offending each other. You two are like air and lungs to me, there is no one among them I am lifeless."
"Seeing you're happy is more than enough, I don't ask for anything from you. Oh, yes Rif, if you're married, will you leave Mom as well as you? Just find a house around here so you don't get lonely."
"I also want Dara to stay here. Ms. Lin was there alone too, anyway. But Jaka was there. The house was only a distance of one or two houses in Bu Lin's house. So I don't think anyone would mind if Dara I take her away from there hopefully, anyway."
"Women it's not easy to stay one-stop with her in-laws, Rif. I'm afraid that Dara won't crasan."
"My woman is different from other women, Mother. Anyway, I don't have to worry, later if I'm not sure, let me discuss this with Dara. The sooner the better. I went narik, first, yes. Ask for her prayer so I can get close to work in the office again. Prawns wear the same shirt with glasses," said Rifki chuckled.
"Without you asking me to pray. Now, still not in love with God, let you be more patient. Yes, it's gone. Be careful in doing anything, remember there is a mother waiting for you at home. And there's a heart waiting for you to tell."
Rifki nodded with a smile then kissed the back of her hand and passed from before her.
Every morning before Rifki opened her application to take orders, she always drove Dara first to campus. Since the first time the girl returned to active college, on that day also Rifki who drove her to campus. He does not allow Dara to go anywhere alone. Even though it was only to the highway, Dara had to leave accompanied by someone. He does not want to happen some time ago back to his lover. Not intended to think bad, but it would be nice if bad events are minimized so as not to happen again.
"So we'll stop by the supermarket first, there's something I want to buy."
"What's? Don't snack on, it's not good snacking mulu."
"Buy the needs of women. Supermarket just selling snack doang what?"
"It's fast to get back in."
Dara got out of the car with half a run. However, I don't know what happened after a few minutes later Dara came back running and showed a frightened face. He quickly got into the car and drowned his head in both of his palms. His mouth kept on tearing.
"Dek, why? What was? Is there something evil about you? Calm down, calm down. There's me." Rifki drags her lover into her arms. Rubbing elus slowly on his back, hoping that with a simple touch it could make the girl calmer.
"He's here, brother. I met him inside. I'm scared." Dara spoke with a sob. His head was still hidden in the chest of Rifki's field.
"He who? There I do not fear, I will protect you. No one hurts you."
"That night, Brother. He who did it is inside. Let's go, I don't want to be here" whined Dara.
"What's? He's right here. Instead we should wait here until he comes out."
"For what? I'm afraid, what if he sees me and..." Dara was crying again.
"Sir, no one can hurt you. Believe me, I am here. You believe I can take care of you, right? We need to find out where he lives. Let me report to the police. I don't want him to roam around easily without sin, and you have to suffer. Help me and yourself to seek justice. Look ahead, tell me he's out. We follow him. At least if we don't know his house, we know the license plate of the vehicle he's riding in."
"Don't follow, Brother. Look at the license plate number. I don't want to, I'm afraid. Please, I'm still afraid to see him."
Rifki could not bear to see Dara who was so begging not to follow the man who had ruined her life. Finally he decided to follow what Dara asked. In any case, Dara's condition is more important than anything.
"Yes, I'll just find out the number of the vehicle. Keep it ahead."
Dara ventured to raise her head and sat down perfectly. Look ahead with a dominant sense of anxiety. He tried to stay brave under the hands of Rifki who so won him.
Just ten minutes later, the big man, black man, and his face were seen coming out of the supermarket with a tent in his right hand. And at the same time, suddenly Dara's breath rose and fell rapidly, sweat on the forehead suddenly sprung up, his hand grip the more he moaned. Without needing much to say, Rifki stared in the direction where Dara was focusing her attention.
The truly sensitive Rikfi instantly understood what made his future wife recall her past.
"Udah I took a picture of him. Vehicle numbers are also. Later let me take care of it, I will give help to my friends to make it easy. It's a drink first." Rifki thrust a glass of mineral water that he had opened first.
Whether thirsty or because he was feeling scared, Dara downed until the water was left half.
"Now hasn't been bought yet, has he? Let me accompany you in. Are you waiting here, let me come in. I'll lock the car. He's gone anyway. No one will bother you in the morning and in the crowd like this. What are you buying?"
"Steacher."
"Huh?"
