46. The Establishment That Is Still the Same

Galuh still not getting out of place. Sitting silently looked at the older brother who had been silent since. All that was heard was the sound of friction between one leaf and another that crammed into each other in a friendly wind.

"Mas" called Galuh once more, and placed his hand at Anang's feet.

Feeling something strange with the legs he was holding, the man with a face similar to Anang was researching and feeling the feet of the owner.

"Mas, feet? Ka...your feet why?" Galuh who was too shocked asked stammeringly.

Anang took a deep breath before telling the story, "accident. I was in an accident when I got home from Mom's trial. So when driving my mind is traveling so it does not focus on the road. The red light was torn, from the right lane the truck was speeding, I was also fast. Finally we both did not have time to step on the brake and yes, I bounced a few meters and my legs were crushed by the car. And finally as you see this." Anang explained by recalling that tragic moment. A moment in which he only wished for death but it was precisely fate that saved him despite having to take one leg.

"Oh my goodness, my. Is this why you don't want to see Mom?" Galuh who originally wanted to get angry felt sorry for what happened to his brother.

"Not really. The reason I'm still the same. If you want to find me to persuade me to go there, I'll tell you from now on. You're just wasting your time. I'll never see you."

Rahma who was in the middle of them just silently looked at the sister and brother alternately. He doesn't understand what they're talking about. Anang never nudged his family problems when he was with him. Although after leaving the hospital, they met several times Anang never told about his mother.

'Mother's Conference? Don't you want to meet Mom? What trial? Why don't you meet? What person who used to call Mas Anang back in the hospital was this guy?" Rahma thought hard and guessed what she heard.

"Again, Mas. I want to meet you. That's all I want, at least you can support her system." Galuh still kekeh persuaded the brother.

"I myself need the support of many people, Luh. How can I support someone else's system?"

"You're Mom's favorite son, Mas. Whatever your circumstances, how you are now, it will not change the fact that it is what I want to meet you. Just met doang. I don't expect anything more from us, I've resigned if and accept the reality of the punishment, I just need us to accompany it, Mas."

'Punishment? What do they mean by prison? What mistakes have been made to be arrested at an age I believe is no longer young? That so?" Rahma was still talking to herself.

Not intended to interfere, but Anang's life honestly made him curious, many secrets and it seems like a dark life is intermingling in the Anang family.

"Mother's favorite son is you."

"E sorry in advance, sorry if I was presumptuous. It's a public place, I beg you not to argue here. Not good with other visitors. Solve your problems at home," said Rahma ventured because she felt uncomfortable with some visitors who circulated the view to their table.

"You heard, right? You better go home. I'm gonna come see Mom if I'm in the middle of a khilaf, okay?" said Anang lirih but full of pressure.

Feeling unable to talk to Anang much, Galuh got up and left their table. He promised himself that he would come again another day and would keep coming until Anang wanted to meet his mother.

Galuh did this also for himself so as not to go back and forth too often by traveling a long distance. Not to mention his wife who always talks a lot when Galuh prefers to meet his mother on weekends.

The hunger that had whack suddenly disappeared when meeting and arguing with the Brother. He passed by the dining table that he was going to use to fill his stomach, there was already rice and side dishes that he had ordered. Loss of appetite to eat makes Galuh leave money at the table without touching the food.

Now only Anang and Rahma were fighting in silence.

"Why do you see me like that? He's my brother, the only one who always calls me in the hospital." Anang explained without any questions thrown from Rahma's mouth. It was as if the gaze Rahma threw had already said everything.

"You're the same problem as your mother?" Rahma's question apparently had nothing to do with the explanation Anang said earlier.

"Not everything I have to tell you, right?"

"You're wrong to say that Mom made a big mistake accidentally, she did it consciously and without coercion from anyone. He did not feel guilty after doing so. That's what got me out of the house."

"Has he been punished for his mistake?"

"It."

"What else makes you angry and not want to meet him? He's got a payback for what he did, right?"

Silent.

Ayu lately is flooding orders for children's clothes and skincare that he sells. He spent his days at the store with two employees who helped him pack the order.

It doesn't matter to Ayu though she has to get less rest and sleep in recent weeks. The most important thing is that he can meet the needs of his children and provide them properly.

"Mother, I want a vacation" complained Alif approaching his mother at the store.

A vacation? Even Ayu since moving house never take them anywhere even though just around the road. I don't know how many months they've never cooled the brain.

"Where is dear?" Ayu asked without shifting her focus on packing packages to send.

"I want to swim."

"We're leaving now!" Ayu, Alif and everyone in the room turned to the source of the voice.

"Om Rifki, do you want me to go swimming?" Alif stepped foot towards the door, where Rifki stood leaning against the door.

"Yes dong."

"Well Mom and sisters, yes, Om."

"Yes." Yeah." Rifki turns to look at Ayu who turns to pay attention to their interaction.

"Wait for what else? Stand up, go home and bring swimming needs. Don't ask much, what else is protest. The brain of the same body also needs a vacation, hard work can, do not get sick," as long as Rifki laughs who finally get a cardboard throw from Ayu.

Alif seems very enthusiastic today. The first weekend he spent was not just at home or playing with his friends.

"Woy, where's Jak from?" sapa Rifki who saw Jaka passing in front of Ayu's house.

"Eh, Ref. It's from the supermarket up front, someone's on the buy." Jaka's eyes accidentally see Ayu who put the bag into Rifki's car. "Where are you going? How can I bring so much stuff?" tanyakanya.

"Oh, Alif is swimming. I'm here, yes I'm leaving."

Jaka just mangosteen then say goodbye to Rifki. He walked with a restraining annoyance, whether annoyed at whom, he himself did not know.
