Already all day Ayu struggled for the birth of her child, ever giving birth three times apparently did not make Ayu bear with contractions that came to say hello for a moment. Under the arms of the husband, Ayu whimpered withholding pain.
"Operation, yes. I can't see you like this, honey." Jaka who has never seen people give birth in a normal way seems heartless and somehow all feels slow.
"I can, Mom. I'm not okay. I've given birth three times." Ayu again grimaced with pain.
In the same building, different rooms gripping situation is also very noticeable. Anang who was finished with his surgery an hour ago suddenly critical and decreased heart rate. Anang's heart rate is getting weaker and longer, it makes his two younger siblings and his son also weakened.
"Om, Dad why? Is critical a dangerous situation? Why is it crying?" asked Alif who was confused by the hardness of Fadil and Galuh's heart.
"Honey, just pray for Mom and Dad, yeah. They are both fighting. We pray together."
Not long after, a heart rate detection device sounded long and loud. The two Anang sisters who were sitting down instantly stood up and stared at the door with a pushy look.
It felt like Fadil's heart was breaking in. He wants to make sure for himself how the brother is doing. His mind now can not think positively, which is only the departure of the brother who has been confirmed to come some time more.
"Om, why? You're okay, right?" Alif who was still very innocent could only ask without knowing the actual circumstances.
Fadil was still silent withholding the sobbing. He sat down languidly on the floor leaning against the door that had been closed.
"Om, what's the matter with Dad?" alif asked once more in a worried tone and slightly raised.
Fadil grabbed Alif into his arms without answering a word.
Meanwhile, Anang who had experienced a cardiac arrest was again struggling to restore his heartbeat. Already several times the doctor tried to provoke Anang's heartbeat, but all that was in vain. Anang had already completely slept soundly and was reluctant to open his eyes.
"Innalillahi wainnailaihi. At 17:07, yeah Sus. Take care of it!" tell the male doctor who has been monitoring Anang's condition.
Fadil stood up as the door of the room opened. Fadil did not immediately ask, he examined the face of the doctor who had the name tag Wijaya. There was no happiness there. Fadil should have guessed this.
"I'm sorry, Mas Fadil. We've been trying to save the deceased, but God wants something else. Mr. Anang has returned to him. I'm sorry, Mom."
The tub was struck by a lot of lightning, the tub was pierced by a dagger, all felt so painful for Fadil. All his body stiff as if reluctant to move from where he stood.
"Ayaaaaah." the scream from Alif made Fadil instantly wake up from his daze.
Hearts that are still broken and scattered must be re-made into pieces when seeing Anang's body that has been covered in white cloth. There was not the slightest bit of visible body, it added to the pain that Fadil felt. Want to not believe what the doctor said, but what he saw was enough to answer all.
Fadil was unable to move to Anang's bed which had been stretched stiff. Fadil's eyeballs just stared at Alif who was roaring and calmed by Galuh.
"Dad, wakeup! I can't sleep, Dad's up, Dad. I promise I won't take you for a walk, I won't trouble you. But I woke up, Om woke up Dad Om. Om Fadil I don't want to wake up, let's piss off Dad. Dad will lose if you fight with Om. Let's piss off Dad, I don't want to wake up." Alif roared loudly. His heart still would not accept that very Dad was gone.
No one is willing to leave the closest person. They will not accept it easily when one returns to the Creator. But death and separation are certain. Whether or not to accept it, all living things will experience it.
"Alif listen to Om, yes. Alif wants you healed, right? Alif doesn't want to see you in pain, does he? You know, as long as you're sick. I can't sleep well. If you sleep well now, so let's just let it go, yeah. We just pray for Dad's good."
"I don't want to be left by Dad."
"Dad will be sad to see you this way, you must be strong for your Mother and sisters. Didn't you promise me to help Jaka's father take care of the sisters? Especially now that your sister has grown by one. So, Alif ihklasin, Dad, yeah. Let me calm down, too."
Fadil pulled Alif into his arms. He strengthened Alif, but he himself was so broken. His tears once again shed as he clutched the body of the little boy who was so similar to the big brother.
'You're evil, Mas. You can leave when I need you. You could have left when my wounds had not healed because of the loss of Mom. What can I do without you?'
In another room a different situation was enveloping Ayu and Jaka. Their son had just been born healthy and nomal. There is no shortage of anything.
"Honey, I'll just pray maghrib for a little while, yeah. I see how Anang is doing, right?"
"Yes, I'm okay. There's a nurse here too if I need anything."
"It won't be long." Jaka kissed Ayu's forehead briefly before actually leaving.
He proceeded to the room where Anang was moved to after the operation. He intends to invite the two men who he has considered as a sister to pray together.
His forehead shriveled when Jaka found in front of Anang's room there was no one.
"Is everyone praying? Is he left alone?" gumam Jaka advanced the pace.
The man was even more shocked as he stood in the middle of the door and saw Fadil, Galuh and Alif hugging each other. While Anang who was lying on the bed was covered in a white cloth sign that he could not open his eyes.
"Fad," call Jaka weakened as well as a very slow move.
"Dad." Alif took off his embrace with Fadil and ran towards Jaka. Her tears broke again in the arms of the man who now plays Father.
"Dad Anang is gone" said Alif sobbing.
"Dad Anang never left, son. He's here, he'll always be in your heart." Jaka increasingly tightened his hold because Alif was more and more reluctant. He felt that talking at length would not change Alif's feelings at this time.
"We pray first, yuk! Let's pray for Dad, let me be happy in heaven."
Alif just nodded, Jaka stood up and walked towards Fadil who was as devastated as Anang when Bu Lasmi left. The man who was close to the brother for the last two years still cannot accept the reality.
"Why did you give up, Mom? Why don't you fight a little to keep me company. Why, Mas?" said Fadil Lirih while hugging the stiff body of Anang.
