Solar Throne
Coincidentally

"How about you feed me? My hand was sliced off just now while peeling the onion earlier." Said Surya and made Gina aghast with a joke that was spoken as bold as it was to her after everything she had done.

"How dare you." Gina's response was flat but with a sharp look.

"You're tired of living? Where am I going to take you? To the ICU or to the funeral?" Gina made Surya laugh.

Gina turned her face to look at Surya's laughter like that. A row of neat teeth with brownish eyes that narrowed when laughing makes Gina have to rush her eyes away or she has to stay up all night because it is always imagined the face of the man in front of her. Next Gina then feed the cat rice into her mouth and bite the intestinal satay greedily. Seeing that Surya also bribed. But Gina only gave him one egg skewer and chicken head satay. The rest were already in Gina's power. Surya just smiled in response to Gina's behavior.

"You've got a lot in the stall, so all this for me. You eat this." While putting one egg skewer and chicken head satay in front of Surya who can only accept Gina's wishes.

Surya was still looking at Gina who was eating voraciously until she unknowingly knew it.

"Why? Do I look more beautiful after a while we haven't seen each other?" Gina said without looking at Surya and still busying herself with food in front of her. Hearing Gina's voice self-defense like that, Surya smiled again.

It was late, the children of the orphanage had already entered their rooms. Only a few remained in the TV room. They are children who are already quite big and are watching Hollywood movies. Gina was also among the crowd of children who were watching action films. I don't know since when she liked it, which is clearly as far as Surya knows, Gina prefers romantic drama movies rather than action movies.

"Nobody knows how someone's heart is going to fill." Said Bu Wati from behind the back of Surya who then sat in front of him. Surya, who had been looking at Gina, followed Bu Wati.

"But everything can be seen from the sight of the eye." Hearing Bu Wati's last sentence, Surya smiled as if he knew what the middle-aged woman meant.

"You guys look really good together. Until now I still regret why you had to split up just like that." Bu Wati this time looked at Gina from the direction of sitting next to her.

"She's a good girl. He is also very familiar with the children here. How can you divorce her if you still even like her." Surya turned his face away from Bu Wati's eyes.

"I know how your eyes always look at him lovingly."

"Bu Wati could have." Surya Kilah.

"I'm old, I know a lot of people. Same with the teenagers here. I know when they fall in love." Ms. Wati then laughed a little.

"And I saw it for you too. You can lie with your lips but your eyes can't cover them. You look at Miss Gina like you don't want to miss anything from her. Your eyes are a really bad liar."

Once again Surya just smiled in response to Bu Wati's assessment of him. And it wasn't her first time. Some people who knew him well said the same thing. His mother finally knew how Surya had to separate from Gina. Starting from her mother's assessment of how Surya was so considerate of Gina, her mother knew that her son was very fond of her. So his mother could not believe it just like that when Surya said that they were forced to divorce because they did not love each other.

"You think your mother is blind? Mom knows you very well. I know when you were friends with Dinda or with your other girlfriends. So that when I was with Nduk Gina I was sure you were a couple who loved each other. You loved her. I know that and you don't have to lie."

"No ma'am, we don't love each other."

"S swear to Mom that you really don't love her." The words of Miss Maryam made Surya silent. She swore by her mother that she was lying.

Not only her mother, Hanna had even known from the beginning. Hanna knows Surya likes Gina because she is indeed a person who is not good at pretending. How when he paid attention to Gina and worried about her too much, it was so easy for Hanna to see that Surya actually liked Gina. Therefore he was very angry with Surya when he did not know what to do when faced with two choices between having to be with Siska or turning to Gina.

And even Siska herself knows how Surya really feels about Gina. Surya and Siska come to attend Hanna's wedding. Surya stopped his car in the hotel parking area.

"Let's get down." Take Siska because it feels strange Surya like he has not wanted to get out of the wheel.

"In the meantime, we'll be here first." Answer Surya.

"Why?" Ask Siska wonder.

"It's okay. We'll be here a while."

"You're not feeling well?" Siska's worried.

"No, I'm fine. But I can't get in now."

"You why? Did you leave anything at home? You want to go back to get it?" Siska is increasingly confused by Surya who insists on temporarily wanting to be in the car alone.

"No, just follow me. We'll just be here first." Persuade Surya and Siska really do not understand why. Until finally the eyes of Siska caught the presence of Gina in front of the building when the wedding ceremony was heard.

"Is it because of him?" Siska pointed at Gina with her eyes. It made Surya silent not budging but also did not give any answer. That made Siska convinced that the cause was Gina.

"You're attending Hanna's invitation, you don't need to avoid Miss Gina. It's time you lived your life normally without avoiding anyone. You don't owe him anything and you've apologized for your mistakes. You don't always have to feel guilty anymore." Persuade Siska.

"It's not that easy." Surya replied while still monitoring Gina's whereabouts from.

"What's not easy? You're too late in your guilt. Do you realize that bothers me so much?" Siska's voice began to rise.

Surya stared fixedly at her lover's reddened face with teary eyes. Just this time he saw Siska speaking in such a high tone. There was an outpouring of emotion that seemed to have been a pendam Siska and like a time bomb that could explode, now was the time for it to happen. Siska really looks angry now.

"You don't know all this time I've been trying to understand you? Trying to understand every path of your mind and can only hope one day you understand me. You always put Miss Gina as your priority. You prioritized being the boss's daughter that you had to protect and you took good care of, and then I saw that you were getting complacent and seemed to really enjoy your role as her husband. You think I'm afraid of losing you and jealous of your closeness to Miss Gina is just baseless worry?" Siska started shedding tears. Surya still let Siska express everything she wanted to convey.

"You don't realize that you're always going to overdo it when it comes to Miss Gina. And that's more than when you're dealing with me. I was so scared but I tried to think that it was just my fear. Wishing everything was okay, wouldn't have happened like I was worried. But, seeing that you're still keeping Miss Gina feeling so much, my fear is getting bigger." Siska wiped her tears.

"I'm sorry I've been acting that way." Surya said while holding Siska's hand.

"I envy her." Siska turned her eyes to Gina who was still leaning outside Hanna's wedding hall.

"You always have eyes that I never get from you even though I'm your lover but you can look at Miss Gina that way." Surya frowned not understanding what Siska was talking about.

"Your eyes never lie. You look at Miss Gina in a different way than when you look at me. Your loving look at her, I never got from you." Siska clarified the meaning of the previous remark. Surya threw his face outside the car to hide his misguided face got Siska's speech like that.

"That's just your feeling." Surya Kilah.

"And my feelings are right. My fear finally came true." The sentence of Siska lirih.

"I have to go. I can't go in with a messy face like this." Siska pointed at her face with reddened eyes after shedding tears.

"No, we should go in together and congratulate Hanna."

"I can't keep you company waiting here until Miss Gina comes in first. Answer Siska.

"I wouldn't be able to see you staring at Miss Gina like that. It hurt her so much to see my lover look at another woman in such a way." Siska opens the car door and exits releasing Surya's hand.

Surya knew it would be a waste if he were currently chasing Siska. He let Siska go and did not force his will to stay with her to attend Hanna's wedding. While he himself is not likely to miss his best friend's wedding. However, most of what Siska said was true. If the saying goes that the eyes are the windows of the heart, then perhaps that is what others see from Surya every time he is with Gina. Her feelings have fallen on Gina and she is increasingly unable to control her heart so that when she carefully looks at Surya looking at Gina, one will know how she is being lured to the woman.

"Surya..." Call Bu Wati after a while Surya drowns in his own daydream. Surya looked at Bu Wati who was smiling at him.

"Somewhere's going on between you guys, but I hope you're okay." Surya simply responded with a smile.

Gina got up from her seat and turned her waist to the right and to the left to ease the aching after almost 2 hours sitting in front of the TV.

"So soon, until the commercial breaks."

"No, it's been a very night." Gina pulled one of the children to get up from her seat.

"Don't because Ms. Wati hasn't kicked you into the room and you're staying up late." Canda Gina while pulling the hand of the other child who was still sitting too.

"Come on, sister, 5 minutes to go." Protest the boy.

Seeing that, Surya so do not stay silent. He then got up from his seat and approached Gina who was with the children in front of the TV. Bu Wati's gaze followed Surya.

"It's past 10. Tomorrow morning you can get sleepy." Surya said when it was near.

"No, brother, we promise to stay up early."

"Good, then don't forget to turn on your alarms. Don't make Bu Wati and the others bother if you wake up late. Pity the sisters if no one handles."

"Okay, just until the commercial breaks, then we'll sleep." Said a teenage girl who has been trying to have a reason to keep watching TV until the show pauses.

"Okay, we're going home too." This time Surya looked at Gina as if beckoning her to go home as well.

Finally after saying goodbye to Bu Wati, Surya and Gina came out of the orphanage. Surya and Gina walked together into the courtyard without a word coming out of their mouths. Gina was deliberately silent because she did not know what to say. Until finally Surya who opened the sound first.

"Good night, Miss." Surya said as a sign of farewell.

"Night..." Gina answered briefly and opened her car door and tried to ignore Surya.

But before entering the car, Gina had seen Surya approaching his own car. The same car he used to wear. Gina became curious when she met at the police station at that time Surya instead rode a motorbike, not his luxury car which is now parked next to the building of the orphanage.

And just that until Gina started to start the car, there was a knock on the window glass next to her. Gina saw Surya looking down at the window as if he wanted to say something. Gina opened the window of her car.

"What's wrong?" Gina is still indifferent.

"Miss, can I get in your car?" Gina frowned at Surya's request.

"My car tires are flat, the tire repairman is also very far away. Besides, jamming this last night looks like a tire patchworker must have closed. There's no 24-hour tire patcher around either." Obviously Surya at length gave a reason for Gina to understand.

"Get it." Gina finally answered. Surya walks around the front of Gina's car and opens another door to enter and sit on Gina's side.

"Thank you, Miss." Surya said after Gina started driving her car out of Gina's yard.

"Don't get me wrong, I'm doing this because it's only for humanity. I also still have a conscience not to leave you with your deflated car." Surya smiled in response to Gina who was still concentrating with the path in front of her.

After that, silence enveloped the two of them. Gina was still looking straight at the road in front of her without wanting to speak anything to Surya beside her. It actually builds distance and avoids Surya in any case.

"How's Papa doing, Miss?" Finally, Surya started to open the conversation.

"Oh I mean Mr. Rangga." Surya erratized because he felt he could not call Gina's parents with that call anymore.

"Good." Gina answered briefly.

"News from Marina?"

"Good."

"Yuyun's News?"

"Good."

"Miss News?"

"Good."

"Let's be friends?"

"Good."

"All right, let's be friends."

"What?" Gina blinked her eyes many times while looking at Surya who was smiling broadly at her who only realized that she was making a mistake with her answer this time.

"No, I can't." Gina rectifies.

"But you already agreed."

"I'm doing it."

"I've already received your approval."

"It's up to you, but I can't do it."

"Do I have to bribe you with angkringan in order to be able to?"

"You think my self-worth is just a little angkringan?" Hearing Gina's increasingly girly reply, Surya chuckled.

"I know my mistakes probably won't be forgiven. I've also often reneged on promises to never see you again. But in fact we still meet on several occasions."

"True, it bothers me a lot. I want you to really never show up in front of me again."

"I'm sorry, Miss." Surya said softly with a straight view to the front of the car that is still driving.

"I'm really sorry I ever said that promise." Gina did not give any response but she was very curious about Surya's regretful intentions.

"I should never have promised anything that I could keep doing everything to you." Hearing that, Gina frowned.

"Hey, what do you mean?" Gina raised her voice.

"For I can do whatever I want to you." Surya said with her gentle eyes and her distinctive smile that made Gina have to immediately turn her face away from her gaze so that she did not get immersed in her charm.
