"So, what's up?" Bu Marina asked her husband who was sitting at the dinner table and waiting for the plate containing fried rice that began to be filled by her.

"I think Gina's got Surya some fried rice." Mr. Rangga received his plate and smiled remembering what Gina had just done.

"Why?" Ask Bu Marina astonished. It was impossible for Gina to do that. While Mr. Rangga just lifted his shoulders.

"I think they've started to adapt to each other now."

"What?" Ms. Marina half screamed at Mr. Rangga's words.

"Why are you overreacting like that? Isn't it good that they're a normal couple?" Mr. Rangga spooned his fried rice.

"Good?" Bu Marina still could not seem to accept her husband's words.

Mr. Rangga knew that his wife actually did not approve of the idea of matchmaking and the transfer of the company patented by him to Surya. Bu Marina felt Surya was less equal to them. Surya is only a young man from the village who can be like now because Pak Rangga made him like that. Starting from the cost of education to being withdrawn as an employee in their company, Surya like being able to get it easily.

Bu Marina also felt Mr. Rangga was very excessive. Just because they tried to help their son when they had an accident at that time, Mr. Rangga felt he was indebted a lot. Meanwhile, Roby still finally can not be saved and leave them all.

Not infrequently Bu Marina also felt that Pak Rangga's excessive treatment was caused because he still could not accept if he had to lose Roby, their son. So consider Surya like his own son like a medicine for him that has been abandoned by Roby. While Bu Marina still could not accept that. He still can not equate Roby, their son with Surya who is only a child from the village.

"Papa really wants Gina to be Surya's wife? Not just as a tool to make Gina turn to R-Company?"

"Looking at them like that I have more hope than ever before."

"Is Papa crazy?"

"No, I'm sane enough to want that." Mr. Rangga relax.

"Gina could never have been in R-Company without Surya there. She's a woman. I don't want her to be like Mama."

"What do you mean, Papa?" Ms Marina squinted her eyes at what her husband was thinking.

"I want her to truly be a mother to her children. I don't want our grandchildren to be like Gina who lacks the attention of her parents and has a bad attitude and will of her own." Said Mr. Rangga by looking at his wife's face softly.

"I'm sorry I can't be a good husband to you, Ma." Mr. Rangga clasped his wife's hand.

"I shouldn't have let you get too involved in the company to make you unable to do your job as a full-fledged woman. I'm sorry." Mr. Rangga's eyes glazed over as he said what he had long wanted to say.

"I know it's too late now, but let's fix this for our next successor, Ma. Our grandkids." Bu Marina saw the earnestness of her husband's every utterance.

"But why should Surya, Pa? He's so different from us."

"If the reason is still about Surya's background, let's not judge people by what he has but let's just see how he is. She's kind. He's very kind to our daughter. You can see for yourself, not how Gina is now starting to change because Surya is behind it all. I'm sure no man will stand with Gina. Even Faris who has known him for a long time cannot fall in love with him even though our daughter has a very beautiful face. Because Gina is not an easy person to deal with. And I think Surya's very capable of making Gina good."

"Ahh, I don't know..." Bu Marina took a heavy breath in response to her husband's explanation. He felt he still could not take it all for granted. He then moved out of his chair with a plate he had just filled with his fried rice.

"Where are you going with that plate?" Ask Mr. Rangga to see his wife standing up.

"It seems like every once in a while I have to eat in the room."

"Hey, then what's the point of having a big house with a big dining table whose wood I brought directly from Africa." Said Mr. Rangga imitating Bu Marina earlier. It was just that he used a slight difference of sentences to make Bu Marina remember how expensive their dining table was that he bought.

"I'll take breakfast to Gina. Being a good and true wife takes energy." Bu Marina replied and left Pak Rangga to go to her daughter's room on the second floor.

Mr. Rangga smiled wryly at the actions of his wife. He wished his wife really wanted to take him to breakfast. He memorized how his wife was so if not for that, he might have deliberately wanted to be present among them for some purpose.

Bu Marina has arrived in front of Gina's room. At first he was ready to knock but if it was like that, they might just hide something from him while he was behind the door. He opened the door without knocking first. And when the door opened, he saw Gina directing a spoon filled with fried rice to Surya. He felt that the sight was disturbing him.

"What are you doing?" Seeing her mother suddenly appear from the door that was just in the notya made Gina undo the intention to feed Surya. Surya also looked back to see who opened the door.

"Mama... Why did you suddenly enter?"

"I saw you wanted breakfast in the room so I brought one more plate. You two are so do not skimp by eating a plate of both. Romance and thrift are different things." Said Bu Marina quip.

"Ahh, what's wrong with Mama?" Gina's words sounded more like complaints.

"I'll get it myself later." Gina approached Bu Marina and took the plate in her mother's hand.

"By the way, thank you, Mama." Gina gave him a sweet smile and hoped that her mother would come out soon.

"But, why did Surya suddenly have to eat in the room? Is Surya sick?"

"Yes, actually he... Mm..." Gina seemed hard to explain to her mother what was wrong with Surya.

"No Ma, I'm fine." Surya approached Gina and her mother.

"No, he's not okay. Look at his shoulder." Gina squinted one of Surya's sleeves and showed a bandage twisting her arm.

"That's why?" Bu Marina looks at the shoulder with a Solar bandage.

"I fell and got hurt, Ma." Surya replied quickly to get ahead of Gina. She doesn't want her mother-in-law to know what Gina did last night.

"No, Surya didn't fall. But I caused him to get hurt." Deny Gina. Surya seemed to code as Gina looked at him and Bu Marina saw that.

"I mean..."

"Night I met a thug who wanted to poach a girl so I taught him a lesson but one of the thugs carried a sharp weapon and injured Surya. The wound is quite wide and requires stitches. So Surya can't do much with his right hand, Ma." Obviously Gina cut off Surya's speech which would definitely cover up what really happened.

"You're a man, why get hurt? You should've been better able to take care of Gina because she was a woman. It's even you who's a victim."

"I'm sorry, Ma. Next time I'll be more careful."

"It's not Surya's fault, I brought him up against the thug. Though I know very well Surya has no martial arts. I shouldn't have involved Surya or should have protected him because I know better how to fight, not Surya."

"I'm sorry, Ma." Surya apologized again. At this time he was increasingly able to see how his mother-in-law showed her dislike towards Surya.

"Alright, Ma. It was really my fault. Don't blame him." Gina defends Surya from her mother's insults.

"Is anyone in need of a doctor here?" Another voice from the direction of the door is Mr. Rangga. The three men then looked at him.

"Doctor Feri has come, he said you called him." Rangga looked at Gina straight.

"I think you're too active to be said to be sick at breakfast."

"No, I called Doctor Feri for Surya." Answer Gina.

"Suryas? Why?" Ask Mr. Rangga to turn his eyes to Surya.

"That's because last night they were fighting with thugs. Surya's shoulder is hurt." Ms. Marina replied to show that she knew better than her husband.

"If it can't be martial arts it shouldn't need to be super smart." Gumam Bu Marina's. But it can be heard clearly by everyone there. Including doctor Feri who is a doctor who used to serve their family.

"Mama, let's continue our breakfast. Let Feri's doctor check on Surya." Invite Mr. Rangga to make the atmosphere more controlled. But Bu Marina was like not listening to it remain standing in place.

Seeing that, Mr. Rangga took the initiative to take Bu Marina and invite her out of Gina's room while Surya had to be examined by Feri's doctor.

"Come, Mr. Surya." Doctor Feri asked Surya to be examined. Surya walked towards the sofa.

"I'm sorry, it's better in bed. I'll have to check your blood pressure as well. The results will be very accurate when you lie down." Said doctor Feri politely. Surya then looked at Gina as if he asked permission to use the facility. Gina looked back at Surya and seemed to understand the signal from him. Gina gestured with her eyes for Surya to head to the bed. Getting the code, Surya also walked closer to the bed.

It's the first time Surya put his body on Gina's bed and it feels so strange. The pillow on his head felt so soft. And the sheets touched by her skin felt very soft. Surya enjoyed it so much that without realizing it had closed his eyes by itself. At that time he was like inhaling a scent that was not foreign to him. Gina Aroma.

"Surya, why are you sleeping. The doctor has to check on you." Gina's voice resuscitated Surya and made him re-open his eyes. Wrongfully he looked at Gina and Doctor Feri in turn.

"No Miss, I'm just trying to calm down so the doctor gets the best tensimeter result." Solar Reason. Gina just nodded her head understanding what Surya meant.

Finally Doctor Feri started by checking Surya's blood pressure using a digital tensimeter. The number designated by the tensimeter LCD screen indicates a normal number.

"Now I'll examine your wounds." Doctor Feri slowly removed the bandage on Surya's shoulder and saw that the sewn wound looked somewhat swollen.

"It's okay. His wound healing process was normal. The rise in temperature in you is due to an inflammatory process that is occurring in the wound." Doctor Feri opened his bag and took out some tools to seal back Surya's wounds.

"I hope you have a good sleeping position so that your wound does not get pressure and cause swelling because the blood circulation in the wound is not smooth. After this I'll give you a prescription for anti-pain and anti-infective drugs." The doctor is done with the wound examination. Then he wrote on a paper containing a prescription drug. After that he gave the recipe to Gina.

"I hope for a while Mr. Surya's injuries were not exposed to water first. I have put on a water-repellent plaster. It will be safe even when used for bathing. When Your body a little fever like this fever, You can still take a bath with warm water. And the most important thing is that you have to rest a lot and not do heavy activities, especially those that use the arms."

"Good, Doctor. Thank you." Thank you." Surya to Doctor Ferries.

Doctor Feri then said goodbye to resign. Gina invited him and led him to the door of her room. After saying thank you, he closed the door again. When he turned around, he saw Surya began to wake up from his sleep.

"Where are you going?" Gina asked as she approached Surya who was already in a sitting position.

"I'm going to move to the couch, Miss."

"You are so stubborn. The doctor said you should rest comfortably but why would you want to go back to the couch?"

"Yes, I'd rather be on the couch."

"Oh, you want me to beat you up until you can't even feel your pain anymore?" Gina sat beside Surya on the edge of the bed.

"No Miss."

"Then just stay here and don't do anything. I'm being kind to you so don't deny my rare kindness. I will not do you any good often. You know that, don't you?"

"Yes, Miss."

"Oh yes, you should continue your breakfast. After this I will ask for online shopping services to buy your medicine at the pharmacy." Gina stood up to take Surya's fried rice plate.

"The fried rice is cold, I will have Madam Yuyun heat it up again." Gina means to get out.

"It's okay, Miss. It's cold, too, the name is fried rice." Gina stopped her steps and turned around at Surya.

"But it doesn't taste as good as when it's still warm."

"I still want it even though the fried rice is cold, Miss."

"Basar you are. Why do you always want anything." Gina walked up to Surya.

"That's how an omnivore is supposed to be, miss." Gina did not reply to Surya's words and just put her lips together. He then spooned the rice and fed Surya. Looks like Surya is very awkward to get Gina's treatment. This is really not something that is commonly seen from a Regina Puspa Ranggahadi. Behind her careless attitude Gina tucked into a sense of care for her too. Although it only started from a guilt as said by Gina yesterday, but at least Gina also has a sense of caring for him. And that calms Surya down enough. I don't know why but it feels good to be served like this. So Surya unconsciously pulled up his lips to form it into a smile.

"Hey, why are you smiling while looking at me like that?" Gina asked as she looked at Surya full of probing.

"Did it please me to treat you like this?"

"Yes, I love it." Surya replied honestly without giving any diversion.

"Don't think I'll do this to you anyway huh. I just feel guilty about you right now. So I'll treat you well for a while." Gina peeked at the spoon she used to take the rice in the dish in her hand.

"I know Miss. Although I want to, I don't even deserve to dream of anything more than this." Surya's words quote what Gina had said back then.

But hearing that Gina felt something was strange. Surya's words seemed to contain something ambiguous to him. He looked at Surya.

"What do you mean by 'even though you want to'?"
