Surya still cupped both sides of Gina's face with both of his hands as he slowly made his distance from the woman in front of him. Surya sees Gina still closing her eyes so that she can freely look at her beautiful face and wait for what reaction Gina will show. His heart still felt great pounding even though he had ended the action beyond the limits he set himself.

While Gina, slowly he began to open his eyes when he felt the sigh of Surya getting away. The first one he saw as his eyes opened slowly was the brownish look of Surya who was so deep in looking at him. His body that shook when the touch was given Surya made him feel as if he had a fever. He was sure that his face now looked blushing due to the effects of the blood flow that seemed to be gathering on his face.

Seeing Gina begin to open her eyes, Surya then took off both hands on Gina's face. He doesn't know how to. He had completely lost his control so everything just happened.

For a while there was no action from the two of them. Surya and Gina just silently stared and looked at each other. It was as if only the heart and heart were speaking at this moment. Until Surya finally started to open his voice.

"I'm sorry, Miss." He spoke in a low voice.

Gina frowned hearing Surya's sentence. An apology. I don't know what it's for, but Gina thinks Surya feels guilty about what he did. Or maybe, Surya thought it was a mistake so he had to apologize. Gina was still silently guessing with her own mind.

"I can't control myself. I've been trying not to do anything to you but every time I meet, I like it's hard to stop my thoughts and actions, Miss." Obviously Surya who then made Gina understand why he had to apologize to her.

"So you've been avoiding me all this time?" Guess Gina. Surya turned his face elsewhere to avoid Gina's direct gaze. From there Gina knew that the answer must be 'yes'. Little did Gina start to know Surya even the body gestures that Surya showed. Like at this time when Surya seemed reluctant to answer and turn his face, it must be because Surya wanted to say yes but he also did not want to admit it.

"Even you went this far not to see me?" Finally this time Surya nodded to give an answer. He would not be able to avoid Gina again with every word he said. He also refused to lie because he was afraid that he would cover up his lies with other lies.

Gina smilingly looked at Surya's innocent face as she answered her question with a nod earlier. A man who is intelligent, active in work, always trying his best for something he expects, good at dealing with anyone from various circles and also many more amazing Surya personality, he said, but when he feels he made a mistake with Gina, Surya suddenly becomes naive. It was as if he had made such a big mistake that he regretted it so much.

"Why?" Ask Gina to confirm the assumption from her mind to Surya.

"I want to keep the line between us, Miss."

"What limit? We're dating, why must there be a limit you have to create?"

"Because it's a principle that I've always held."

"What's? Principle?" Gina widened her eyes to hear Surya's reasoning related to a principle.

"That's why I want us to get married so that I don't always try to refrain from things that can violate my own principles." Instantly Gina then laughed to hear how Surya explained about the principle he had. Gina increasingly feels that Surya is a unique man.

"Alright, just assume what just happened already includes violating your principles. But we are in this day and age, where everything is no longer the same as when our grandparents were young. When courtship is considered taboo and kissing is dila..." Surya then silenced Gina's mouth and made the woman silent for a moment while opening her eyes repeatedly looking at Surya. Surya gestured for Gina not to continue her talk further and further. But it was not actually what made Gina's attention more focused on Surya but her face reddened as Gina said the last sentence that was forbidden by her. It made Gina smile at Surya's behavior.

"You can consider me a colot and a village. But that's what I am. I am a young village man who is stuck with the frenetic life of a big city so that in order not to get dragged into the current that I do not want to follow, I have to try hard to fight the current." Obviously Surya.

"So far everything has been fine and I have been able to handle it well without being distracted by a life I don't want to follow. But when it gets close to you, I always almost lose control. My sense of concern for you is slowly becoming a sense of ownership. And when I felt that feeling, I felt like I had a hard time avoiding it. Especially when I know you have the same feelings for me, it makes it even harder for me to control myself."

"Then let it slip from your control." Gina's words made Surya blink his eyes many times. Like a green light that could lead him to a traffic accident. A grant of opportunity that Surya considers as a danger to the sustainability of the principle that he held tightly so far. Slowly there was a dilemma sneaking up on his chest.

"Let's get married." This time Surya was aghast when very calmly Gina said that sentence.

🌸🌸🌸

Gina in a clean white dress stood next to the mature brown man looking to look at him with a happy smile. A bouquet of flowers in his hand was ready he threw from the top of the guarantee. Their second wedding looks more festive because the two brides are very cooperative in each session of the event. All of that is inversely proportional to the marriage process of Gina and Surya before, when there is no love in Gina and rejection of marriage is in her head.

"1... 2... 3.." 3..." Gina throws the bouquet of flowers to the invited guests, who do not miss Lita and Feby. Singles who were already preparing in front of the pelaminan waiting for the bouquet to fall were already preparing to catch it. It turned out that the flower had fallen right on someone and was made to be shocked by it. The girl picked it up.

"Bouquet?" He looked at the bouquet in his hand. Realizing the meaning of the bouquet throwing ritual that has a myth of who gets it will soon get a mate, the girl then throw it back to the crowd of singles who had been very enthusiastic about fighting over it.

"Why did you throw it back?" Tanya Sunday as she rubbed the cheek of Cena who was in the sling of Faris.

"I don't want to get married anytime soon. My High School days are so beautiful." Say Friday is relaxing.

"Say people, getting married young is fun." Tempta Faris smiled at her sister-in-law.

"Then why didn't you do it first?"

"How can I get married young if your brother is always selling expensive every time I approach." Hearing that, Sunday stuck out his tongue mocking Faris.

"What a pity on you, Brother." Also on Friday. Faris turned her lips away from feeling that she had been attacked by the two brothers.

Slowly someone walked up to the three of them with weak steps. He bent his pouting face. They know why Lita is like that. There was no flower bouquet in her hand. That means he assumes that his soul mate is not coming soon.

"Why didn't you just keep it for me." Lita spoke to Friday who was already in front of her.

"I was too shocked to receive the bouquet. So, I immediately threw it away. I'm afraid that after this I'll be married off to my father, brother." Say Friday with a worried face.

"I can't get it. I really have to prepare to be a spinster." Lita looks so sad. Seeing that, Sunday held back his laughter. While Faris was unconcerned and engrossed in playing around with the little princess who inherited almost all the semblance of a face from him.

Hanna with her increasingly bulging stomach also felt the happiness that Gina felt. Eventually his boss has rediscovered his once departed love. No, actually Surya never left. He only tries to avoid because it takes time for him to be more willing to choose his love than his responsibility for the relationship he has lived first.

Gina sees Hanna standing in one corner of the building and smiles at her. Someone who always supported Gina either in work or personal matters. Who was always on standby for him a few days ago said he would resign from his job as his personal assistant when he was due to give birth.

"really? You're gonna resign?" Gina widened her eyes hearing Hanna's words regarding her plan.

"But why?" Gina's face suddenly filled with thick cloudiness considering that soon the employees who were always with her had to stop working for her.

"I can no longer divide my time, Miss. I had to take care of the baby and become a personal assistant both of whom would take up all my time. So I have to give up one of them is my job." Obviously Hanna.

"To be honest, I'm very happy to work here especially when it comes to being your assistant. I feel like I'm not working with a boss but more with a friend. Thank you for making me your employee, Miss."

"It's not really me who chose you to be a personal assistant but Surya." Gina's voice was still weak as it held back the grief.

"Oh yes, you are right. I should have thanked him." Hanna laughed little realizing that.

"But still, I thank you for accepting me to be a personal assistant with open arms. You're the best boss I've ever had."

"Of course, because your whole life you've only worked at R-Company, you haven't been anywhere else." This time Hanna laughed again because it turned out that Gina knew about it.

"So, what's your plan after you get out of R-Company?"

"I'm applying for a license to franchise with R-Company."

"really?" Gina widened both her eyes hearing that. Hanna nodded with a smile.

"Don't you, that franchise opening idea you're proposing is because you have this plan?" Hanna gave no answer and just smiled meaningfully.

Hanna still looked at Gina with a happy smile greeting the invited guests who congratulated her. She has indeed been bound inwardly with R-Company so that when she does not become a personal assistant of the number one person there because she has a new responsibility as a mother, she has a new responsibility as a mother, Hanna also signed up to become a franchise partner of R-Company. That means Hanna still works with R-Company but she also has plenty of time for her baby later.

While in the other corner of the building, Bu Marina looks cold-faced standing next to Mr. Rangga, her husband, who is talking with guests. She was utterly defeated by her son and husband who were presumed to have conspired to ignore her.

That night when Surya came to his house dressed neatly. Ms. Yuyun told Bu Marina and Mr. Rangga that there were guests waiting in the living room. Mr. Rangga who was watching TV looked at Bu Marina who was next to him. I don't know who the guests are tonight but this is unusual. It is very rare for guests to come to their homes if not those who invite because they hold a banquet at home or only close relatives who will come to visit for a business.

"Good night, Mr. Rangga, Ms. Marina." Greet Surya after standing up from his seat to show them respect.

Mr. Rangga and Bu Marina were surprised that the guest was Surya. Just then, Gina was present behind her parents while waving to Surya without any sound but it was enough to make Surya reply with a smile.

Finally the four people in the living room had currently occupied their respective seats. Mr. Rangga and Bu Marina sat on a long sofa while Gina and Surya sat on a single sofa respectively.

"So, you really want to propose to Gina?" Ask Mr. Rangga with his voice calm.

"Yes, sir." Surya replied as well as usual.

"Are you sure of that decision? You're not planning anything for the wedding this time, are you?"

"No!!" Gina and Surya answered in unison, even without cue. After doing that, Gina and Surya looked at each other and both smiled. Seeing that, Bu Marina who had not been able to stand the attitude of Gina and Surya who glanced at each other spoiled was getting fed up. He rolled his eyes lazily looking at the two people who were in love.

"So, what are you waiting for." Said Mr. Rangga while staring at Gina and Surya alternately.

While Mr. Rangga smiled after saying that, Surya and Gina instead gawked because Pak Rangga's sentence could not be understood.

"Papa gave us my blessing?" Ask Gina to make sure. Not answering with his lips, Mr. Rangga just nodded his head. Gina smiled widely then turned to Surya who also had the same expression as her.

"Thank you, sir." The sentence Surya she said with a glance glancing at the sinister face of Bu Marina that Surya knew seemed to disagree with her husband. Surya felt that one day he should talk to Bu Marina in person about this. What is clear now if Bu Marina does not say the rejection of her proposal, Surya considers the mother of her lover also bless them.

And finally a few days later Surya asked to meet his future mother-in-law somewhere. Surya and Bu Marina sit opposite each other in a fancy restaurant. Surya knew how to treat the mother-in-law who did not like it. So that choosing a classy place is the first step Surya to approach Bu Marina.

"Thank you for coming." Surya's opening sentence after a waiter placed a cup of green tea in front of Bu Marina and coffee in front of him.

"So, what do you want?"

"Mom, I have a lot of respect for you as my boss and also when I was your daughter-in-law. You need to know that I love Miss Gina very much and will always try to take care of her as you and Mr. Rangga look after her. I know Miss Gina is your only daughter so it's only natural that you want a daughter-in-law that matches your expectations. But, I promise I will always try to make Miss Gina happy and never leave her."

"Your promise is heavy. Are you sure you can fulfill that?" Bu Marina asked still with a cynical face.

"I'm sure of my feelings, so I'm also sure of my promise." Hearing the earnestness of Surya's tone, Bu Marina could say nothing more than to let Surya fulfill his promise even with a heavy heart.

At this time, Bu Marina still accompanied Mr. Rangga in greeting the invited guests who came. Although her heart did not fully approve of her daughter's marriage, but she could not do much when her husband had decided to approve Gina and Surya's relationship.

"Mama looks beautiful with this kebaya." Praise Mr. Rangga while whispering in his wife's ear. Bu Marina was singing her lips because she knew it was just a flutter from her husband who tried to comfort her in the midst of an uncomfortable atmosphere for her.

"Look at our daughter. Have you seen his smile and laughter like that?" Bu Marina turned her gaze to Gina who was now mingling with her friends.

"We think too often about how to make Gina happy with all her needs that we meet, but she never gets our love whole. We just want her not to act on the surveillance we're doing through our men, but we don't know what Gina really wants is a warm life in the middle of her family. And, Surya can give you that. You remember, how Gina ended up falling in love with Surya? Surya always made Gina his priority. That's what I saw and made me believe that Surya was the right man for Gina." The long explanation of Mr. Rangga was well listened to by Bu Marina.

"So, as parents, let's look at how they're going to get to the next life. We don't have to be directly involved for their lives but we might be able to be supervisors, advisors or entertainers when they need all of that." Bu Marina still remained silent without saying anything. He just looked at Gina who was talking to her friends who were present at the wedding.

Feeling that someone was paying attention, Gina turned to Bu Marina and smiled. True, that smile was so perfect. Smile with eyes full of happiness. Bu Marina took a deep breath. Slowly he began to arrange his heart to be able to accept the decision his daughter made by marrying a person he did not like even though it would take a long time.
