Surya stops his car in a place completely foreign to Gina. A store with a colorful interior and selling items that Gina had never touched.
"Let's get down, Miss."
"Why are we here?" Gina pretends not to know what Surya is planning by taking her to a baby shop.
"We have to bring Mr. Faris' baby something, miss."
"Then buy it first, I'll wait for you here."
"It would be better to be with you, Miss." Gina immediately looked at Surya sharply.
"Because you're a woman you must know better which one is appropriate for a baby."
"I don't have any children yet. So don't ask me to do anything weird."
"But you have good taste so I think you can help me to choose what we can give to baby Mr. Faris as a gift."
"By the way, why do you care so much about them. Wasn't Faris just your relationship."
"But Mr. Faris is your friend, Miss. Same with Miss Sunday. So your friend is also my friend."
"If they're my friends, why do you care more?"
"Because you're my wife, Miss." Again Gina pounded just by hearing the word wife from Surya.
"The husband and wife have the same friends."
"All right. all right. let's choose." Gina could not stand what Surya said. All that makes Gina's heart tingling and makes her happy. So in order to cover up her feelings, Gina chose to go down and turn her attention to the tiny things in the store.
A shopkeeper approached the two of them in a friendly manner.
"This must be the first child?" Ask the shopkeeper with a fluffy smile.
"true." Answer Surya.
"Well, congratulations, miss." The shopkeeper smiled at Gina. Gina glared at Surya.
"This is indeed their first child, Miss." The Whisper of Surya to Gina.
"But she thinks I'm pregnant right now." Reply Gina. Surya did not reply to Gina's words and just smiled.
"So what, Mister, Miss?" Ask the shopkeeper.
"I want the doll." Point Surya at a brown knit rabbit doll on one of the shelves. Gina turned to the direction Surya pointed. Same with the shopkeeper.
"Oh my God, that's so funny." Gina then approached the rabbit doll that Surya meant.
"I want one too." Gina took 2 at a time knitting dolls. It's just that Gina chose a knit doll with white thread and a pink shirt with a combination of pastel green. The shopkeeper frowned looking at Gina's behavior. Gina knew what the shopkeeper was thinking and must have been astonished by the person she considered to be the future mother.
"Dress is beautiful too. Take this one. Sunday likes flowers with soft colors." Gina took one of the dresses for the baby with the flowers of lilac color. Surya just nodded with a smile looking at Gina who was originally very lazy to leave so excited after choosing the items he would buy for gifts.
Gina walked in front of Surya was picking out other baby gear. From his eyes, Surya knew Gina was very enthusiastic about the tiny objects.
"Surya, come here..." Call Gina while waving your hand. Surya approached Gina who was looking at him with a cheerful smile.
"Look at these shoes." Show Gina on a pair of baby shoes with a small ribbon of color in line with the baby dress she had chosen.
"It's so pretty. I want to go back to being a baby and wear this." Gina lifted the pair of shoes to the front of her face, scrutinizing as she looked with anxiety. Seeing Gina's behavior, Surya who even became anxious to him. Gina's cheerful face is adorable.
"We'll take that too, Miss."
"All right, we'll take two, okay?"
"Sorry, Miss?" Surya was confused as to what Gina meant.
"Two seeds, not two pairs." After saying that Gina then laughed at seeing Surya's confused face.
"None right." Surya's smile is wide.
Three paper bags were already in Gina's hands. They then left the store after paying for everything they chose.
"You know, this is my second doll I've got." Said Gina while taking out her knitted doll from inside the paperbag. Now their car is already walking down the highway to Faris' house.
"So your first doll was the bear?"
"You're right." Gina answered while playing her rabbit-doll hand.
"I've never had a doll since I was a kid. I'm always with Roby. I always imitate what he does and he is happy. I really like cycling because Roby as a child loves cycling. I like to follow him when he races with his friends. I don't have girlfriends because I prefer boys' games. So my friends are mostly boys." Gina started talking about her childhood.
"But one day maybe Roby's sister started to see a strange side in me that was always imitating her. There seems to be some concern about her if I'm going to be a tomboy girl if I keep going like that. Then she started to prohibit me from wearing shorts and replacing them with skirts. She invites Ms. Yuyun to go to the store to buy a girl's shirt. You know, no, Mama's never gonna have time for us." Gina's face turned sad. His eyes glazed over remembering his childhood which hardly got any assistance from his parents at all.
"Then I started wearing a skirt, lengthening my hair. Madam Yuyun is standing on my face. When he went to the market he also often bought me hairpins. Although I think his hairpin looks cheap and I still wear it because Kak Roby says I am beautiful when wearing hairpins. So I always let my hair be braided and given a hairpin by Madam Yuyun because it could please her." Now Gina's tears can no longer be held back. It just flows. Every time Roby remembers her, Gina always can't help herself to be sad.
Surya who saw that then grabbed Gina's hand and grasped it. Surya said nothing. Just clutching Gina's fingers tried to make her calmer. His other hand was still holding the steering wheel. Gina still sobbed and lowered her face.
"Yes, Miss..."
"Can you take my hand off for a second?" Gina looked at Surya with wet eyes. Then Surya released Gina's hand which she used to pick up the tissue and wipe the tears and snot after Gina cried.
"Surya..." Call Gina again.
"Yes Miss."
"Can my hand be held again?" Surya turned towards Gina. Then Surya grabbed Gina's hand again for her to hold.
Gina's soft hands were now within her grasp. After that, there was no conversation between them. Gina was just enjoying the comfort she felt with Surya at the moment. Until when he arrived at Faris' house, then Surya took off his grip by staring at Gina. Unlike what Lita said earlier this morning, it turned out that Sunday afternoon had come home so they immediately came to Faris' house.
"Let's get down, Miss." Gina nodded.
Surya opened the back door of his car and took the paperbag he was about to bring down. Gina waits for him and then takes over the paperbag in Surya's hands. Then he took Surya's arm to go to the gate of Faris' house. Surya glanced at his arm which was now at Gina's power. Arriving in front of the fence, Surya squeezed the bell next to the gate. Not long after a middle-aged woman came out of the house and opened the fence, Faris' domestic assistant.
They entered Faris' house and were greeted with the sound of a baby crying. Gina still hasn't taken off her hand grip on Surya's arm. Upon entering the living room, Faris was holding her crying baby, while Sunday laughed at Faris who looked troubled.
"Have given it to me, let Cena be with me first. Maybe he's still hungry." Said Sunday who had not been aware of the arrival of Gina and Surya.
"But I still want to carry her." Faris seemed reluctant to release her baby to give to Sunday.
"It's Faris, you can't be so possessive." Gina's words that finally the new pair of old men turned their faces to her.
"A baby also knows who's better with him."
"Hi. you guys..." Sunday greeted Gina and Surya who walked towards him cheerfully.
When it was close then Gina looked at the face of the beautiful little baby girl. Face with domination Faris face.
"Hi's beautiful..." Sapa Gina while gently poking the cheeks of the baby carried by Sunday. Faris and Surya chatted at a few steps Gina and Sunday were at.
"Why are you crying, honey?" Gina was very upset with the baby who was still red.
"I'll give him an ASI first." Sunday grabbed a piece of cloth cover for her in order to freely breastfeed. Gina let Sunday give breast milk to her baby. But the Sunday baby that Gina had heard was called by the name Cena by Sunday was still unwilling. She kept crying for some reason. Then Sunday held her by standing up and slightly swung her. But still Cena did not want to stop her crying. Sunday begins to fidget as to how to calm the fussy Cena. Gina also did not know what to do.
"May I carry it?" Suddenly Surya was beside Gina who was panicking to see Cena did not stop crying.
"You sure you can calm him down?" Gina sneered at Surya.
"Let's go Miss, but at least I should try first." Surya said to Gina calmly.
"really... Sorry, what's his name?" Ask Surya to Sunday.
"Oceana, Cena." Answer Sunday.
"Cena, let's play together." Surya asks Sunday to hold out Cena to move into his hand. Then Sunday gave Cena to Surya to carry.
Surya carefully held the baby who was only a few days old. Cena was still crying as Surya lifted her tiny body and clenched onto her chest. Cena started to feel comfortable and slowly stopped her crying. Sunday saw it looking happy. So did Faris who was next to Sunday and was hugging his shoulders.
Gina as in the face of the same two sights. Surya who can calm the fussy Cena and also Faris who embraced the friendly Sunday. Gina stared at the two sights before her. He looked at Surya and looked at Faris. From what he saw, he began to realize something. Slowly his feet stepped and approached Surya who was holding Cena who was enjoying the swing of Surya to sleepy.
"Dear, it's as comfortable as it is in Uncle Surya's arms?" Gina said as she looked at Cena who started to close her eyes. Faris and Sunday smiled looking at that.
"They'll be like us soon." Comment Sunday. Faris nodded.
"I've told you not that Mr. Surya is the right man for Gina. He could even persuade a little child who did not understand anything, let alone Gina who was a grown woman."
"What does that mean?" Sunday looked up for the sake of staring at the face of her husband who had a high body posture.
"Solar is good at taking other people's hearts."
"Ohhh..." Sunday mangosteen understands.
Gina looked at Surya who was still holding Cena and swung her slowly. What he saw was a calming sight for him. Surya's eye rays imply affection. Just like when Surya looked at him. A typical look of his sincere brownish eyes. A look of eyes that could always make her heart beat beautifully. Finally, Gina could not deny that she liked Surya anymore. Yes, now Gina likes Surya. Not Faris.
He thought when he saw Faris happy with Sunday he would feel jealous. Plus they are now definitely happier with the presence of baby Cena, Gina thinks she would be very envious to see him. That is why he was very reluctant to come to visit Faris and Sunday. But after seeing how Faris was being sweet this afternoon to Sunday it was not comparable to how he saw Surya when he calmed Cena. Surya looks amazing to him. Gina is really in love with Surya who is able to do many things.
"You want to carry her, Miss?" Gina hurriedly turned her gaze to Cena so that Surya would not know since she had noticed him. They are now in the living room. Faris and Sunday let them together enjoy time with their daughter.
"No, she's not a doll so I feel like she might not be safe in my hands." Reject Gina.
"It's okay, Miss. You can hug her gently and slowly like this."
"No, I'm afraid I'll wake her up. He better stay with you. He seems to like you a lot."
Gina seriously rejects Surya's offer to carry Cena. He was really afraid to hold the tiny, fragile baby. Surya just smiled at Gina. Gina who is confident and always looks strong turns out to be a coward when dealing with a baby.
"True, a baby can like me this fast, let alone a grown woman." Surya muttered while looking at Cena's face.
Gina who heard that was wrong. Does Surya mean to insinuate him? Is his attitude to Surya so predictable that he easily knows what Gina feels about him. Gina pretended not to notice what Surya said and touched Cena's anxious cheek which was still sleeping.
"Oh, this is how you do it. You could've stabbed me like this." Someone's voice came from the door of Faris' house. Gina and Surya immediately turned their heads towards the source of the sound.
