Teach Me (Naina)

Teach Me (Naina)
Chapter 12

"Tell!"

The sound of calls and knocking on the door,

keeping Naina awake from sleep.

"Astaghfiullah!" He got up while massaging his chest, accidentally falling asleep in the afternoon.

"Yes, Bi!" Naina answered, leaving the room to meet her aunt. "Why, Bi?" he asked when he found Aunt in front of the room.

"There's something outside" said Bibi as she looked back.

Naina looks confused, she rolls her hair, looks at her face briefly in the mirror before going out to meet the person Aunt meant.

He widened when he saw the boss sitting on the terrace while enjoying a bowl of cloth made by Auntie.

"Sir, why are you here?" naina asked involuntarily as soon as she appeared in front of the man.

He who is cool eating seblak, lifting his face, then coughing because he chokes the fruit.

"Eh?" Naina is confused, looking for water, but does not find it.

As he was about to go inside, Sumiyati appeared with a glass and teapot in the hand. Almost the two collided if Naina did not step back.

"Auntie!"

"You why? How, like, did you see that ghost?"sumiyati asked with both eyebrows clashing together.

"Nai find water, Bi." Naina takes the teapot and glass out of Aunt's hand, hurriedly takes it to the boss and gives him a glass of water.

"Drink, sir," he said, grimacing with pity at the sight of his reddened face.

The man accepted and drank it immediately. The pain in his throat made his appetite disappear. It is determined to normalize the throat that feels hot and sore.

"Why do you bother me? So it's not good really," complained the boss who did not receive surprised Naina.

The girl scratched her non-itchy head, turning to avoid the sharp look of the man in front of her.

"Sorry, Sir. I didn't mean it, I was just surprised why you were here?" naina is not feeling well.

The man secretly smiles, but he hides it from Naina. Remembering a plan he had devised before going to the girl's house.

"You want me to forgive you, you have to make up for it because you're my food so redundant. Wasted that, even though it was very good here," he said starting a plan.

Naina bit her lips, glancing at the bowl which still left quite a lot of seblak. Guilt is getting everywhere. Fulfilling the recesses of the soul, making him want to take responsibility.

"Good, Sir. I will take responsibility, I will eat as good as this Father," Naina said without hesitation.

He stared at the flirting red sauce, his hand stretched out about to reach the bowl, with the other hand quickly grabbed.

Naina looks stupid, she raises her face staring in disbelief at the boss who seems to be playing tricks on her.

"Did I say you should eat this? No, right?" he said it made Naina a little upset.

Good thing handsome, try ugly ....

Naina growled inwardly, she straightened her body back up.

"Keep what should I do?" asked Naina grumbling.

Naina gulped, he was an unyielding man. Anything is done to be able to enjoy time alone with him. He sighed, maybe for this time Naina would accept the invitation of the superior.

"OKs. Tomorrow I will eat lunch. If so, excuse me to go inside. Please continue to eat it," said Naina still politely though upset.

He turned around and entered the house, heading straight for the bathroom to clean himself up. Naina stood under the water shower, letting her body be flushed for a while.

Secretly Sumiyati and Asep peeked, thinking it was Naina's lover. However, hearing his nephew call 'father' to the man, they came back lethargic.

"Kirain's boyfriend Nai, his boss." Sumiyati looked disappointed.

"Yes, maybe he likes Nai, but Nai doesn't like him. That is," the husband said.

Sumiyati nodded in agreement with her husband's words.

Time so quickly passed, the darkness that enveloped the universe slowly faded away replaced the morning light that appeared gradually.

Naina gets ready to put on her shoes, sitting on the terrace waiting for Asep who is heating her motorbike. Sumiyati, who had no idea they were going to lunch, brought Naina her lunchbox.

I want to refuse, but not. He smiled and put it in his bag.

"Nai leaving, Bi. Assalamu'alaikum," he said as he greeted Sumiyati and climbed onto the Asep bike.

"Wa'alaikumussalaam's chat. Careful, yeah."

Sumiyati always feel happy every time they let go to work. Asep dropped Naina off in front of the store, and rushed to the location where she was working.

Across the street, in the courtyard of the mosque, Alfin was sweeping. Gather the dry leaves that fall from the tree. He looked solemn, not disturbed at all.

Naina was puffed up, her lips flattering a smile full of admiration. In this increasingly mature age, when other young people spend time with fun, but not with Alfin. He devoted himself in the house of God, keeping it clean and comfortable for the pilgrims who came.

Naina turned around, right after that Alfin raised his face looking at her. Just looking at Naina's back alone, had already made her smile appear. The shop door was opened, so he went to work in the morning.

"Huh, always alone," he said with a long sigh.

He opened the shop door wide, turned on the lights and the cash register. Before long his colleague came to clean up the store before the customer came.

"For everyone! You guys look up to the spirit, yeah!" rebuke the manager who looks more cheerful than the previous days, "come on, briefing first!"

He went into the warehouse, gathered with all the employees to do the morning activity before the activity. Many times her eyes glanced at Naina, smiling unconsciously. It felt like the morning wanted to pass and the afternoon quickly came to pick up.

Naina feels uncomfortable, also bad for her partner. He kept his head down, and immediately left after the prayer was finished. Customers started to arrive, and the work started.

"Good morning! Happy shopping!" Naina's smile overcame the bright morning sun to welcome the arrival of the mosque's marbot who came to the store.

"Want to do more shopping?" naina asked as she crossed the checkout table.

"No, I just want to buy a cold drink. Thirsty," said Alfin, smiling at the cashier's guard girl.

Naina nodded, looking at Alfin's back with an erratic beating heart. He smiled when they saw him in the distance. Unknowingly, the manager was watching. The widower of one's son was displeased, glancing at Alfin sharply.

"This is all? Sure?" naina asked as Alfin brought a bottle of drink to his desk.

"Yes" he said briefly. He just wanted to see the girl's smile, the drink as the bequest of his meeting.

The Manager who saw them looked familiar, smiling at each other. Clenching hands furiously.
