Teach Me (Naina)

Teach Me (Naina)
Chapter 19

On Alfin's return from taking Naina. The road was getting quieter, almost no vehicles passing except him. Perhaps because that night was the night of Friday Kliwon, where in some areas still hold beliefs about his sacred that night.

Alfin exhaled, not forgetting to pray for protection from God. The verse of the chair was read over and over again, in order to cast out demons that brought anxiety into the heart.

The wind gusts felt different, more piercingly cold. Alfin's body, clad in a cigar, almost shivered from it.

"Astaghfirullah al-adhiim! A'uudzubillaahiminasy-syaithoonir-rojiim, bismilborn-rahmanir-rahim. The qul a'uudzu birobbil falaq. Min syarri maa kholaq. Wa min syarri ghoosiqin. Wa min syarri haasidin idzaa hasad."

Alphin muttered the letter of Al-Falaq, asking Allah for protection from all human evils at night. The roar of the sound of several motors behind him sounded roaring. Alfin was still calm, confident that God would protect him.

The motors shot ahead of him, one blocked his way in front, one on the right, and one behind him. Alfin glanced at the two motorists. He felt challenged, the world he had left behind as if returning due to the situation that night.

However, Alfin regained his senses, hurriedly speaking Istighfar. Ask forgiveness from Allah. He calmed down again, then slowed down the speed of the motor and stopped followed by the three motorists. There is still fifteen minutes distance between the street and the mosque. Alfin deliberately stopped to question their intent and purpose.

He got off his bike, waiting for the three men to come closer.

"What do you mean you're blocking my way?" alfin asked still in a calm manner. He did not look daunted at all, standing upright as if there was no threat.

"Kill you!" hissing them while attacking Alfin without further ado.

With a knife in their hands, the three attacked Alfin from all sides. Alfin raised both hands, repelling the attacks from right and left. Jumping while doing a kicking movement dispels the attack from the front.

"Do we have any business? Why are you trying to kill me?" asked Alfin again more prepared with the next attack.

"Don't bacot much, let's kill him!" one of them attacked Alfin.

A fierce three-on-one battle was inevitable, Alfin who looked calm and religious, in fact had a provision of martial arts that could not be underestimated. Within minutes, he managed to cripple all three.

They were desperate, Alfin continued to beat the three helpless. His calm and calm face disappeared, changed rogue and terrifying. The red eyeballs lit up, Alfin turned ferocious instantly.

"Pardon .. to-please forgive us. Ka-we were just told. Forgive us, "please one of the criminals who are in Alfin's grip. While the remaining two are no longer able to resist even though they still have consciousness.

Hearing that faintly stammered voice, Alfin regained his senses. As soon as possible release the grip and backward while looking at both hands. His mouth opened, his eyes widened filled with regret.

"Istighfar, Son. Istighfar, young man!"

Mr. Ustadz's voice was ringing in his ears. He raised his face, crying, looking at the three people he had just beaten.

"Go! Get the fuck out of here! Hurry along!" alfin's cry echoed in the silence of the night.

She squatted while pulling her own hair. Screaming like someone possessed. The three criminals help each other to be able to run as fast as possible from the place. Running their motor while occasionally glancing back worried Alfin would go berserk.

"ARGHH!" Alfin shouted as he turned his face to the sky. Crying is guilty of regretting themselves for not being able to hold back emotions.

"Astaghfirullah al-adhiim! Astaghfirullah al-'adhiim! Oh God!" Alfin dropped his forehead on the paved road.

Kowtowing for forgiveness while sobbing. Feeling in vain repentance that he did, it was difficult for him to control himself so as not to get carried away with emotions when cornered. The soul of the wrestler inside him, still firmly attached.

"Astaghfirullah al-'adhiim .. astaghfirullah al-'adhiim. Patience!" Mr. Ustadz's voice was heard again, this time not a mere mirage.

The old man, clad in a dark green turban, appeared from behind Alfin. Accidentally seeing him drive away the three criminals when passing after the recitation from a neighboring city.

Alfin raised his body, looking at ustadz with wet eyes. He walked using both knees to approach the figure of the piety that guided him.

"Sir Ustadz! I'm a sinner, sir. I have been in vain because I was unable to control myself. I sinned, sir," wailed Alfin as he hugged the man's leg.

Mr. Ustadz sighed, looking up at the sky while begging for forgiveness for him as well as the young man who was crying at his feet. His hand gently rubbed Alfin's hair, lowering his gaze with a smile.

"Wake up, let's go home first. Get in my car, yes," said Mr. Ustadz while helping Alfin to stand up.

The young man rubbed his eyes, standing while bowed languidly. He followed ustadz's steps towards the parked car a few meters from the opposite direction.

"Innamat-taubatu 'alallaahi lilladziina ya'maluunas-suu`a bijahaalatin tsumma yatuubuuna min qariibin fa ulaa`ika yatuubullaahu 'alaihim, wa kaanallaahu 'aliiman hakiimaa.

Mr. Ustadz sighed after reciting a verse about repentance. He glanced at Alfin who was sitting down beside him. Patting the man on the shoulder, smilingly gave him support.

"Do you know what that verse means?" asked ustadz looking at the face of Alfin who was still bowed.

The young man shook his head, what regret now settles in his heart. Tried to leave the black world, after getting guidance, still unable to control themselves from the world's passions.

"When a man commits a crime for ignorance or for lack of knowledge about religion, but then he immediately repents after knowing it, and promises never to do it again then, that is the real repentance, and Allah will accept the repentance of that man. God willing."

Alfin raised his face, looking at the ustadz sir who was smiling at him.

"But how is it with me, sir? I know that's not true, but I can't control myself. I lost, Mr. Ustadz," complained Alfin as he lowered his head and wiped the water out of his eyes.

"Did you do it on purpose to bother them?" asked ustadz looking at the young man's face from the side.

Alfin shook his head.

"No, Sir. By Allah, I was cornered and did not know what to do. They had guns and wanted to kill me. As for asking for help there was no one but myself, sir," Alfin replied with a raised face looking at the man beside him.

Mr. ustadz nodded his head, understanding what was happening.

"That means you defend yourself. Try this:

'An Abii hurairata qaala: "Jaa'a rajulun ilaa rasuulillaahi shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

Faqaala, "Yaa Rasuulallaah, aroaita in jaa'a rajulun yuriidu akhdza maali?"

Qaala, "Falaa tu'thihi maalaka."

Qaala, "Aroaita in qaatalanii?"

Qaala, "Qaatiluhu."

Qaala, "Aroaita in qatalanii?"

Qaala, "FA between martyrs."

Qaala, "Aroaita in qataltuhu?"

Qaala, "Hua Fin-naar."

Meaning: From Abu Hurairah radhiyallaahu ‘anhu, he said that there was someone who faced Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.

He said, “O Messenger of Allah, what do you think if someone comes to me and wants to take away my property?”

He said, “Don't give it to him.”

He asked again, “What do you think if he wants to kill me?”

He said, “Kill him.”

“What if he kills me instead?” He asked back.

“You are martyred," replied the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.

“What if I kill him?” He asked back.

“He is in hell," replied the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam."

Hearing that, Alfin pensively remained silent.
