Teach Me (Naina)

Teach Me (Naina)
Chapter 74

"He can help himself."

Not the sound of hatred in the ears of the young policeman, but the strains of disillusioned heart cannot be channeled. He was disappointed, but didn't know what to do. The bus follows her steps, quickly blocking Naina's hand.

"Wait!"

The girl throws the Bas's hand fiercely. He turned around and stared intently at her, even the radiance of those eyes implied a deep feeling of disappointment. There is no hate, only a wound.

"Sorry." Bus nervous.

Naina turned back to continue her steps to meet Adrian on the other side of the road.

"Ah, Alfin's in jail. He needs you to just ease the punishment or get him out of there" Bas said as quickly as lightning, though in a stifled tone.

Naina's steps stopped, pecking her body on the asphalt. His heartbeat returned abnormal, without realizing the fingers squeezing the bag strap is quite strong. Recalling the tragedy that night, Naina believes Alfin is imprisoned for murder.

"He doesn't want you to help his freedom, but the children need their father. At least look at Alfin there, he's been looking for you in the hospital, but you're not there. Don't think of Alfin if you don't want to, but think of those kids who ask me every day where's dad?" cetus Bas still with the same tone pain in Naina's ear.

Shaking both of the girl's legs, along with her heart shaking. Tears fell on the asphalt, he had mistaken. Alfin was imprisoned for defending his honor. How could he just keep quiet and let the man take responsibility alone.

He turned around, looking at the face of Bas who was waiting for his answer. They stared at each other, blasting each other's feelings.

"Wait here!" naina said at the end. He turned around and crossed over to Adrian.

Bas saw him talking to the man, they looked familiar. Adrian who looks mature, dashing and handsome, immediately invited other thoughts in the young police.

Maybe he's married.

"What's up, baby?" adrian asked while rubbing his head.

"Well, Nai can go for a minute. There's business Nai has to finish. Nai promised to be home in time." Naina asks permission to go see Alfin in prison.

Adrian sighed, glancing at the young policeman who was standing waiting across the street. Given the breakdown that almost happened to his son, Adrian felt anxious. Thought would tell some of his workers to follow.

"You should be careful. Papah wanted to drop off, but today was Mamah's schedule for control to the hospital and Papah almost forgot" Adrian said.

Naina's forehead frowned, not knowing if the woman in there who looked healthy was struggling with pain.

"You sick?" ask Naina not to believe it.

"Yes, honey. Papah tell me later. Now, leave. Be careful!" adrian reminded me.

"Yes, Pah." Naina greeted the papah, not forgetting the woman in the car. Adrian, who was carried away with anxiety, pulled the girl's body into a hug. Peck the tubers, and take them off heavily.

"Nai go, Pah. Assalamu'alaikum!"

"Wa'alaikumussalaam!" Adrian waved his hands off his daughter for the first time since they met.

The girl crossed back under the watchful gaze of Adrian's eyes. The bus nodded politely, asking permission from a distance. Adrian's sharp gaze continued to follow Naina away until the girl sat restlessly on the young man's motorcycle.

Adrian reached into his pocket, contacting someone to keep an eye on Naina from a distance. After that, he went in and took his wife.

"Who reported Alfin?" naina asked after the bike went at medium speed.

"The wife is one of the victims" Bas replied.

The victim? Naina is the real victim. His gaze fell on the strapping back of Bas, wondering inwardly.

"Sorry, but who are you?" Naina was curious about that ordinary-looking young man. His aura was different, looking more dashing and dignified.

Naina was stunned, her guess was not wrong. He is no ordinary man.

"Alfin wasn't entirely at fault, he was just helping me from the vile deeds of the two men. Can I release him from punishment?" naina said she hoped her presence would give Alfin freedom.

"You have proof that you can" replied Bas.

"What can the results of the doctor's visa? I have no evidence other than that and maybe my testimony can be useful" Naina said.

"It can be" said Bas confidently.

If their description is the same and suitable, Alfin can be freed from punishment. Naina will also involve her uncle and aunt as witnesses.

The motor bus stopped in front of the police station, Naina sighed. For the rest of his life he never wanted to set foot in that place.

"Come! You can meet with the investigation team and tell me the truth is happening" Bas told Naina.

Instead of meeting with Alfin, Naina chooses to follow the Bus into the investigation room to tell the chronology of the murder. Starting from the boutique where the boss asked Naina to deliver the order. He forgot, there was evidence of a message on his phone.

Then came the night, where the two men whom Alfin had killed were about to harass him. In accordance with Alfin's testimony, Naina's testimony is not much different. It's just that, what Naina told me was more complete and detailed because she was the real victim.

"I swear, Alfin had no intention of killing them. He was just carried away by emotions because he saw those who wanted to harass me. It was raining that night, no one at all. As loud as I shouted, no one around heard me. Sir, Alfin is innocent" Naina concluded.

He shrank in tears, how heartbroken he was to discover the fact that the man who desperately defended him should serve his sentence in prison.

"Sorry, are you ready for a suspect? Why would a suspect do such a bold thing just to defend you?" ask the investigation team.

Naina was nervous, she doubted her heart. Did Alfin still consider it the same as before that incident? Or has it changed.

"Sa-me .. my future wife Alfin, sir. We'll have a wedding in a month, but it might be delayed because of this." Naina lowered her head, doubting her own answer. He was only afraid that Alfin would no longer recognize him as a future wife.

"good. Thank you for your cooperation."

Naina nodded, then got up from her seat and went with the Bus towards Alfin's room.

"He's in there." The bus pointed into the room.

Naina's heart melted the pain, but she hesitated to enter. Only afraid that Alfin would not want to see him.

"Don't be afraid, he'll see you too."

Naina raised her face, looking at the young policeman. It looks complicated and difficult to interpret.

"Are you sure she wants to see me?" ask Naina doubtfully. He was embarrassed when he entered later, Alfin refused.

"yeah. Enter aja. Your arrival comforted Alfin's fragile heart a little" Bas said.

Naina sighed, looking at Alfin's room door with an erratic feeling.

"Alfin! Someone wants to see you." The bus knocked on the door of the room.

"Yes." Yeah."

The door opened, Naina's heart pounded even louder. Inside, the young man was sitting with his head bowed. It hurt, Naina's tears fell unbearably.

"Alfin!"
