"Are you awake?"
The question kept buzzing in hearing. Words he does not want to hear should say hello. It reminds her of the day the baby had to be taken out.
Painful memories coming back made Ayana fall silent in tears. He could not endure the tightness in his chest when the painful shadow had to come again.
Doctor Danieal Arsyad still watched him as he folded his hands in front of his chest. He slowly approached and sat down on the chair next to the patient's bed.
"If it's too heavy, cry. Crying can make the feeling better, tears can remove toxins that can arouse tightness in the chest," said Danieal.
Ayana was stunned to hear the sentence, her blood rippled violently and suddenly the emotions increased unbearably.
He growled and immediately pulled out the infusion hose on his hand until the blood dripped staining the patient's clothes. He got up from lying down and went berserk uncontrollable.
He yelled and slammed all the things in the room. The pain in the heart instantly peaked could not be controlled. Ayana roared, cried, and grabbed her head wrapped in a hijab.
Doctor Danieal calls some nurses to help him deal with Ayana. Two nurses came and immediately grabbed the patient's arms.
Ayana tries to let them go. His head repeatedly shook his head and looked at the nurses with a long look.
"Take off, please let go. Don't hurt me. Give me back my son. I want my son back. I love him so much ... I WANT MY SON. YOU HEARD HIM GIVE HIM BACK!" Ayana kept shouting and muttering.
Doctor Danieal watched and watched him in silence. After a while he took out a syringe that had been given anesthetic liquid.
"Relax well, you can definitely pass it," he said as he walked closer.
"NO! YOU ARE THE SAME ... EVERYONE IS BAD TO ME. THAT SON OF A BITCH EVEN WANTED TO HARASS ME. I'M DIRTY .. My body is no longer useful. I'D RATHER DIE!" his screams echoed in the hospital room.
Danieal who heard that widened his eyes in disbelief and instantly grasped his wrist firmly.
"Bismillah" he said and injected the drug.
"What are you doing? Why did you inject-" Ayana was unconscious again.
"Move him into the upper room" the doctor said.
The two nurses nodded in agreement and hurriedly laid Ayana on top of the gurney and pushed her out.
...***...
Gibran for the umpteenth time hit the brother. He came with breaths up and down holding in anger.
He continued to walk through the magnificent building where Zidan lived. The two feet stepped firmly near his study.
He broke down the rough door making the occupants squeak in shock and ended his activities.
"Astaghfirullah piety, basic heartless people. You can make out during the day especially behind someone's wounds!" gibran growled while clenching both hands.
"What are you doing? Come up angry where's your manners?" zidan shouted while cleaning the corner of the lips of the wife who was still sitting on his lap.
"Kyaaa, what are you doing?" Bella tried to let go of her sister-in-law's strong hand grip.
Gibran immediately threw it without even looking at the owner. Bella held onto her wrist and rubbed it slowly.
"Can you slam your own sister-in-law?" Zidan growled as he moved from his seat of greatness.
Again and again Gibran clucked then snorted bitterly. "I don't have a sly sister-in-law like her. I need to know he's approaching you just using you for his sake."
"Don't talk to you! Don't accuse anyone of being reckless." Zidan pointed at the younger brother right in front of his face.
"We'll see who is right and who is wrong. Until the time comes Mas do not regret, because it has made mbak Ayana go from here. I came here just wanted to let you know if Ayana's mom went and-"
"Yes I already know, a few days ago he called me and ... Mas said if he didn't bother coming back." With her bow Zidan walked around the table and approached Bella and grabbed her possessive waist.
Gibran who witnessed the scene instantly became nauseous and was about to throw a punch to the brother's face again. However, his movements were read by Zidan and immediately gripped his sister's wrist firmly.
"I won't let you hit my handsome face again." A sneer was present, Gibran also pulled his hand and gave a sharp look.
"I came here just to say that Ayana's mom really disappeared. Her phone is off and it's hard to figure out where she is, but-"
"Oh that's very good, he really won't be coming back here" Zidan cut, a smile was present to give Gibran back emotions.
"I've been wrong to come here and tell you." Gibran set his feet to get out of the room.
However, before actually leaving Zidan's voice returned making him speechless. "If you really care about your sister-in-law ..why not just look to the ends of the world and protect her? Oh, or you can marry her. Because he's a useless thing."
Hearing those insolent words Gibran turned around and lightning-fast delivered a loud punch on his face. He then fixed his work coat and gave a sharp look.
"Then the woman you're with right now is useless trash at all." After saying that, he really left.
Bella clenched both hands tightly hearing those words pointing at her. "Nonsense, just beware I will definitely make you suffer. No matter if you're his sister or not, I'll give you the calculation, "he growled in his mind.
Zidan fizzed when his cheekbones crumbled. He also wiped the blood from the corner of his lips that had not healed after the other day. "The kid's punch wasn't kidding. Who did he learn from?" ocehniah.
"Darling, are you okay?" Bella cupped the handsome face of her husband and watched him. "Your sister is so insolent. He comes and goes as he pleases, I'm sure he actually likes Ayana," he provoked.
Zidan simply nodded his ass and continued to look towards the door where his sister's figure had already disappeared.
Gibran, who had been out of the house, halted his steps when he received an incoming message from one of the men hired to find Ayana.
The message read, "Master, it looks like Madame Ayana has completely disappeared. We found this in a remote village." There is a photo showing Ayana's mobile phone and luggage.
The grip on the phone instantly tightened, Gibran could not believe getting any less news about his brother-in-law. It had been almost two weeks since Ayana left, but until this second the woman had not given her any news.
"Mr Ayana, where are you going? I know it's really hard for you to run a marriage with my fucking brother. I hope he regrets letting go of a woman as good and sincere as you, ma'am," she said.
He looked up at the sky, which showed a white cloud. "O Allah take care of Ayana wherever she is" he said.
