The period will still provide a surprise even though it is not expected to come. Whatever happens is God's rule. Good and bad, like it or not, it has become a written act of fate.
God never wrongly gives trials to every servant. Whatever is done gets its own payback.
And so did Zidan. After Ayana's life was empty, empty without a destination. It is too late to admit that the foreign feeling remains in the soul.
He no longer cares about the existence of a second wife, because during the treatment Bella never met or accompanied him at all. The woman disappeared without a trace and came and went as she pleased.
"I heard Mas was invited to a classical music festival in the white house? Why didn't you tell me?" ask Bella who just came home in the early hours.
Zidan, who was sitting in his private room, turned his head and focused on the papers before him. He was preparing music that he would bring in one month.
"How did I tell you? You never see me either? Where have you been for three months? Never came to the hospital to see me" he said without a single look.
Bella wakes up and turns clumsy. "I-it .. I'm busy with concert calls, Mas. You know for yourself, if I need a lot of practice to give a good performance. I don't want my fans to be disappointed yeah .. 'cause my piano game isn't as good as yours, Mas."
Zidan put the pencil that had been playing on the paper. He looked up at his wife's ash-laced bead.
"I'm disappointed in you."
"Eh? Whahuh? Why are you disappointed in me?" bella asked leaning forward while gripping the strong table.
Zidan looked up more and more at the smooth face of his partner. "For these three months I had depression and hallucinations, but ..you as my wife were never there to accompany me. I fought alone and went through it all without anyone's encouragement."
"Ayana left behind regrets that I did not know until when I felt. You are involved in this problem. Because you gave me the idea to wipe out my own flesh and blood. I'm sorry I killed my son to make Ayana die."
Both of Zidan's eyes reddened holding back the tears that tried to scatter out. Bella was flabbergasted to see the regret there, she then pulled her body again and folded her hands in front of her chest.
"Not from the beginning did Mas not love Ayana? Why now take me? I'm just here to help you. Remember, you promised to do anything for me. You-"
The sound of the table's buzz brought Bella's attention entirely to Zidan. The husband got up from sitting giving a nyalang look along with the emotions.
His heart was pounding as Zidan thrust a piece of photos and some documents before him. There shows Bella being with Arfan who embraces each other while laughing happily.
"Who is this guy? Who's she?" snapping Zidan held back emotions.
"Whatchu mean? He was my friend .. The man was my best friend from college," Bella replied reassuringly.
"I asked once again, who is this Bella guy?"
Bella stomped her legs irritated, "are you deaf? I've already said if he-"
"HE'S YOUR DARK BOYFRIEND. YOU'VE BEEN CHEATING BEHIND MY BACK, HAVEN'T YOU?" Zidan climbed black with a thunderous voice.
Bella was lost when her secret was revealed. He retreated backwards as Zidan walked closer.
The eyes filled with anger with stifled emotions made Zidan continue to urge Bella. He did not care if the woman was trembling in fear.
"W-what are you saying? I don't understand."
"Don't understand what you're saying?" At once Zidan also threw photos and files in his grip right in front of Bella's face.
The papers were flying, Bella looked up to see the portrait for her portrait with Arfan immortalized. Until the two things were scattered right under his feet.
His soft black-bladed head lowered his head looking at the writing set on the paper. His breathing choked, his chest rising and falling, as the news of the past few years caught sight.
"What are you doing? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO OPEN THIS NEWS AGAIN?" Bella raised her voice and looked back at her husband.
"How dare you yell at your own husband? Look well Bella, as long as you left a month ago I ordered someone to keep an eye on you. I searched all the information related to you and .. as you see now. I've got a secret you've been hiding."
"You approached me for wanting revenge, didn't you? You think I shifted your parents' position from the music world? Look, Bella, three years ago was just an accident. At that time there was one of the staff who accidentally cut the cable to make your parents' game messy. Then by your presumption, I did all that. Because I'm just a ten-year-old kid who doesn't deserve to be with two great people."
"You know who motivated me to become a pianist? They are Arsa and Aruna."
Bella was silent digesting Zidan's words. He did not expect that all this time his prejudice about the events that happened to his father and mother was purely due to accidents.
"Then what about the people who say that my mom and dad are sharing the newcomer notes?" bella asked with tears.
"That's the problem I don't know. Because the truth is with your parents. You've been using me to be a pianist, haven't you?"
"I don't mind at all, but if treason is no apology to the culprit."
Bella laughed at the words that were coming from the cleft lip of this man before her.
"That word I give it back to you. Aren't you not that different from me? You betrayed Ayana and even killed your son."
Hearing that word again made Zidan's ears buzz. He took a few steps back while shaking his head.
"Why? You don't accept me calling you a murderer? You're a murderer, a father who's not good at looking after his own son."
Zidan's confusion with cold sweat sprung up at his temple. He hit the table making the things on it fall.
He grew increasingly frightened when an unreal shadow perched again in view. Seeing her husband's condition like that Bella grinned and just passed by.
He was satisfied to see the destruction of the Ashraf family. "I don't care even if it happens like that .. I'm sick of them, '" he growled.
Inside there Zidan whimpers in fear of trying to get rid of hallucinations on a non-existent figure. He tried to endure and awaken himself to the circumstances that took away his consciousness.
