On the third day of the Lunar New Year, Heru Cokro's schedule is very congested. In the morning, he had arranged a meeting with the three directors and the Head of Wilmar, Samudro.
After the prairie tribe surrendered and submitted to its mastery, Heru Cokro had an ambitious plan to build a city on the prairie. The first step is to utilize the three unused tier 2 affiliate territories in Batih Ageng. The plan is to build Banyuwangi Sub-district next to Lake Banyuwangi, as well as two other sub-districts to the east and west.
