Gold Rat Trail: Building Hidden Intel Network
The third month, the 28th day, the Golden Rat met Heru Cokro and gave a report of the hard work of Pamomong Rat Berdasi for the past month.
"Heru Cokro, we have successfully carried out the preparation plan for this month," said the Golden Rat.
Heru Cokro was interested in listening, "How's it going?"
The Berdasi Rat had now been active in six imperial cities, possessing the core of a unique 370-member mercenary group. With the NPCs they helped, the total number reached five hundred people.

Heru Cokro realized that, although this step was very important, limited resources meant that it was a time-consuming process. Getting information from these individuals requires patience.
The Golden Rat added, "We will also help these people increase their strength. Advancing beggars to be the chief beggars of their area, giving fame to the girls of the brothel, and helping porters to achieve success."
Heru Cokro nodded in understanding. "Maintenance of intel sources is a long and complicated task. It cannot be forced. We have to tread carefully and make sure their loyalty grows naturally."
Of course, the difference between players and NPCs made managing them a challenge in itself. The loyalty of players was not always reliable, and for some guilds, Guardian Rats had to go undercover to obtain more accurate information.

The Berdasi Rat has also been preparing measures for further infiltration. They have plans to make NPCs the managers of hidden contact points in certain areas to build a wider intel network.

When Heru Cokro heard all this news, he felt astonished. The idea proposed by the Golden Rat was truly amazing. The future of the Indonesian territory, be it an imperial city, a guild, or a region, seems to be greatly influenced by the steps they are taking at the moment.
With full realism, Heru Cokro realizes that although this plan is very promising, making it happen takes time and great effort. Although they had an abundant group of experts and financial support, building such an intel network required at least a year or so.

Heru Cokro also has another reason to support the Pamomong Berdasi Rat. He felt that what they were describing was a serious threat. If they could successfully build such an intel network, it was likely that the likes of Roberto and others would also try to do so. Large regions may have unmatched power Heru Cokro can wield in running territory or in game knowledge, but in terms of intel networks, they are clearly superior.

Heru Cokro smiled with confidence. "It seems like a good time for us to make a move."
The Golden Rat, however, looked at him with a strange look. He felt astonished, it was not so clear what trump card Heru Cokro had to be so confident in seizing UK-9 from the grasp of the Sun Alliance.
Although UK-9 was a newly established guild, they had powerful allies like Jala Mangkara, as well as the support of Hartono Brother. Defeating them was no easy task. Not to mention the fact that they also have a connection to the family of Edi Baskara, which is not an enemy that can be ignored.
However, Heru Cokro did not feel the need to explain the details to the Golden Rat. Instead, he simply gave a mysterious smile.
That afternoon, Heru Cokro and four of his guards teleported to Jakarta. They enter an office there, which is controlled by an intel station conductor named the White Rat.
