Heru Cokro is still unaware of the upcoming chain of events. To him, all he knew was that after reaching the 8th layer in the Inner Prabu Pandu Cultivation Technique, he was able to increase his primordial energy by as much as five cycles each day. In his normal cultivation speed, he realized that it would still take another three hundred days to achieve the next increase. His cultivation path proved to be long and full of challenges!
Arrive on July 5 in Gili Raja Prefecture. After ten days of reorganization, the Fourth Division had been successfully formed, and three new divisions planned to be completed. However, the next job is a training process that is time-consuming and full of difficulties.
Under plans from the Military Affairs Department, the Tiger Legion Division, along with the newly formed Fourth Division, will make a cruise from Lombang District back to Al Shin District. After easing tensions and gaining support from the Ras Dayak tribes in the south, Heru Cokro gave Aswatama a personal order to invade the central and northern regions after the formation of the 3rd Division. He had the ambition to conquer all of South Kalimantan within two months.
The Guards Division will remain under the command of Heru Cokro and return to Java Dwipa. Meanwhile, the Second Division and Fourth Division of the Dragon Legion, along with the Independent Division, would remain in King Gili Prefecture.
The next step is to encourage these three divisions to continue their journey north to attack Pamekasan Prefecture. In this battle, the Subdistrict Protection Division of the Indrayan Subdistrict affiliate area will provide support.
Heru Cokro still gave command of the troops in the Battle of Pamekasan to the Partajumena. The situation in Pamekasan is considered more favorable compared to Gili Raja Prefecture. First, with Gili Raja Prefecture as a logistics base, their forces did not face any problems of supply and resources. Second, the assistance provided by Indrayan Subdistrict provides very meaningful support.
However, the question is what will happen with Pamekasan in the future after the battle is over.
Aryasatya Wijaya, an intelligent individual, took the initiative to send a letter to Heru Cokro. The letter is an important proposal. He stated that after Pamekasan fell into their hands, Indrayan District was willing to follow in the footsteps of Le Moesiek Revole District and join into the Dwipa Java Region system.
Heru Cokro was overjoyed and responded enthusiastically to this proposal. "Thank you, Aryasatya Wijaya, for this wonderful offer. I am sure that the joining of Indrayan District will provide great benefits for the Java Dwipa Region."
After closely examining the three divisions that had just been built, Heru Cokro stepped back into his home. At this point, all military and administrative affairs in Gili Raja Prefecture were already in a state of readiness, and Heru Cokro no longer needed to personally inspect them.
The next day, Heru Cokro left Djate Subdistrict and boarded a warship from Tanggak Port, heading back to Java Dwipa. Tanggak Port itself has undergone major changes in the past month, becoming a large construction site full of activity.
In the near future, Tanggak Port will be a large port that will be directly connected to Pantura Port. This will be an important trade route between these two regions. Gili Raja Prefecture, as the only region with direct access to the sea lanes, will make the journey between the two very comfortable. Even an ordinary merchant ship would only require four days to complete this journey.
Heru Cokro, who saw great potential in this development, commented to one of the officials of Gili Raja Prefecture, "This development will bring many benefits to the trade and growth of our region. Let's make sure that this is going to be a successful project."
On July 9, Heru Cokro returned to Java Dwipa after carrying out his duties in Gili Raja. The Guards Division and the four directors who accompanied him during the task also returned. After experiencing a long journey, they all felt relieved to return to Java Dwipa.
As a follow-up to the establishment of Gili Raja Prefecture, Heru Cokro decided to make major changes in the structure of their region. It also includes a review of existing personnel. Along with the growth of Gili Raja Prefecture, Heru Cokro felt the need to think about the future of Banjarmasin Prefecture and Pamekasan Prefecture. He was convinced that the time had come to strengthen the position of the Manor of the Ruler of Java Dwipa.
The first step he took was to officially establish the East Java Prefectural Hall, which would stand alone and separate from the Javanese Ruler Dwipa Palace. Heru Cokro chose Yudishthira as the Prefect of East Java, who would lead the region. He also decided to make Banyuwangi District as the government area of East Java Prefecture. Although currently the sub-district is still under construction, Heru Cokro sees great potential in the region.
There are two main reasons behind the election of Banyuwangi District as a government territory. First, its strategic location in the middle of East Java Prefecture facilitates access and coordination between various regions. Second, this separation will provide a significant boost to the growth and development of Banyuwangi District.
Of course, the appointment of Yudhishthira as Prefect of East Java meant that he had to leave Java Dwipa. This decision not only helped to diffuse rumors surrounding his relationship with Partajumena, but was also considered a blessing for the development of Dwipa Java Prefecture.
In a meeting with Yudishthira, Heru Cokro spoke sincerely, "Thank you for your commitment in serving Jawa Dwipa. Now, your duties as the Prefect of East Java will be the key to controlling the future of this region. I'm sure you'll do an amazing job."
After the establishment of East Java Prefecture, the next action was to build a garrison division that would be responsible for the daily security and defense of the prefecture. While the city protection division will have a special task to maintain security in East Java.
The formation of this garrison division would be similar to the process of liberation of the Dragon Legion. The first division, which was in charge of protecting the prefecture, will now be moved to Fort Le Moesiek Revole to strengthen the defense of the region. However, to fill in the garrison division members, Heru Cokro had special plans involving prisoners from Pamekasan Prefecture. Therefore, the establishment of the Javanese garrison division Dwipa can only be done after they successfully dropped Pamekasan Prefecture.
In this important role, Heru Cokro chose Humam to be the major general of the garrison division. Humam was a colonel from the 4th regiment in the 3rd division. Like Kaditula Negoro, Humam was a strong and experienced general who had flourished under the auspices of Java Dwipa. Although they would not be the main generals in the wilderness battle division, they still had the ability to manage the garrison division. This was also considered the last favor Heru Cokro gave to the generals who had accompanied him from the very beginning.
Heru Cokro has a long-term vision for the future of Java Dwipa after independence. He will be the first Head of Java Dwipa after their independence. For this post, Heru Cokro chose Raden Asirudin, the newly appointed Prefect of Manor Smelter. Raden Asirudin is known for his brilliant thinking in terms of administration, and he has an identity as an outsider who can bring a fresh outlook in government.
Furthermore, the position of Prefect of Manor Smelter will be held by Jaka Sembung, Head of Maspion Region who has been a respected figure by Heru Cokro. During the battle, Jaka Sembung had shown extraordinary talent, and Heru Cokro wanted to give him a chance to develop further.
At the same time, Heru Cokro officially appointed Witana Sideng Rana as the Governor of South Kalimantan. With this, the Ruler Manor had officially taken control of the three prefectures, and their future spread even more.
