Chapter 34 Gardening

Anika held her breath looking at the terrifying sight before her.

His body trembled in fear. This was the other side of the terrifying Kairi he had witnessed before when he was about to escape first. The side that appeared because Anika rejected her, which made Kairi want to cut off her hands and feet so that Anika could continue with her. The psychopathic side of Kairi who enjoys torture.

Lia and Ann had expected something like this to happen, but they did not expect it to be this severe. Lia wanted to get close to Elle and the others who had been spilling blood but her intention was stopped by Kairi who was looking at her with a killing intent. He was confused as to what to do now.

Anika could only stay in place. Salah said he would be killed too. He didn't stop shaking, but it was his fault. That's why he tried to vent.

"Kairi ..." call him a step forward.

Kairi turned her face and Anika could see Kairi's usually gentle eyes and smiled at her, now looking empty without the slightest hint of love.

Anika was having an inner conflict within her. His brain wanted to run away from it immediately, but his heart forced him to continue forward.

"Please put down the knife ..." he asked as gently as possible, not wanting to sound like he was commanding. Anika used to take care of ODGJ, and one of the keys was to be patient and gentle with them, no matter how scary they were.

Kairi loosened her grip and the knives fell. Anika took this opportunity to reach out her hand to grab Kairi, with the intention of hugging her from behind.

"I'm sorry I didn't obey you." Anika said in tears. Anika's entire body was still trembling from fear. His heart was beating very fast, afraid that he would be killed. But he tried to hold her tight. Kairi was still in his arms.

From the warehouse, Lia brought a mattress and put it in the room to be used by them.

"Are you having no problem using this room? It won't bring trauma, will it?" anika asked to make sure of their situation.

"It's okay, ma'am, we don't use this room anymore." Lia and other young adult waiters are no longer involved in the production of porn videos. Kairi's uncle and his men produced more child abuse videos. They buy plain kids outside to record to make them look more real. They don't record people who are used to abuse.

Anika then approached Ann and held her cheek. "Is it still painful?"

Ann actually still doesn't like it. But the incident made him realize, there is no chance to get Kairi's love that has been deeply embedded in Anika.

"No problem," he replied a little harshly not wanting to be pitied by her.

"I'm sorry. Because of me you have to suffer." Anika feels very guilty, but Lia comforts her.

"The presence of the young Madam makes the young master softer. We should be thanking you."

"But no longer refuse the love given by Mr. Kairi! Try to accept the abnormality!" added Ann.

Anika nodded. He will attempt to accept Kairi's deviant behavior and slowly lead her down the right path. The house and its occupants reminded him of the RSJ where he worked. Anika promises in her to take care of them as best she can.

"Where's Kairi?"

Lia and Ann looked at each other and Ann nodded. They think it is time for Anika to know Kairi completely, and help her to accept their new employer.

"He was gardening in the backyard" replied Lia.

"Take me there!" pinta Anika but Ann blocks Anika's steps.

"Madam must promise not to do anything to disappoint Mr. Kairi! I don't want anything like this to happen again this morning!"

Although a little confused, Anika nodded and started to step out of the house with them.

"Madam must remember that the young Master did this all for your sake. Madam don't be afraid of him and think this is all normal." Lia encourages her, realising that although Kairi has a mental disorder, she is still human.

Unfortunately it wasn't as easy as Anika thought.

Arriving in the backyard, Anika instantly nausea and vomiting to see the plants grown by Kairi. It felt like he was about to faint to see it all in front of his eyes.

Hownot? A normal person like Anika wouldn't understand any of this. He initially thought Kairi's gardening hobby was a normal activity.

He did not think that the plants he planted were not plants, but rather human heads whose top of the cranium had been opened until it appeared to be his brain. The plant comes out of the brain that has been full of those roots. Not yet human skin that has been skinned and dried, meat and organs that have been ground up and allowed to rot to be used as fertilizer.

My God, can I accept the love of a psychopath like Kairi?
