Chapter 58 Missing

Two months have passed, Anika has been discharged from the hospital and has been receiving psychiatric treatment after having a miscarriage. Too much has happened to him, making him able to come to terms with the problems he faces. He had reached the point where he was already desperate for the fate of his life.

Anika has become hollow

She now lives with Yuri and Irina in her house because Yuri's house has been closed after being found dead. The nanny who used to keep Jane was found mutilated in a freezer box in Yuri's warehouse. The police themselves handle the murder investigation in their own home and feel sad that the fish caught contaminated with human flesh by his wife.

Anika, who has believed her lies, thinks Yuri is a cannibal, but she does it to cover up her wife's insanity. He turned out to be a normal guy.

"I'm so sorry I really thought you were a cannibal" he said apologetically as they were having dinner three. "It turns out you're normal" he added slightly.

Yuri had finished eating and was feeding her daughter. "Do you think there are purely normal humans in this world? All humans have a mental defect."

During the two months of living with Yuri made Anika realize that her handsome, authoritative and athletic outward appearance was only the outer cover, because the way she thought was often different from people in general. Long stay with him makes Anika who originally thought that he was cool and stiff, but it turned out to be unique and ridiculous.

As when Yuri sees his wife being murdered in front of his eyes by his own brother, he instead analyzes the speed at which Kairi breaks the glass and picks up the shards for him to use to slit his own wife's neck. He did not show any sad emotions or surprise that his wife had been killed in front of his eyes.

Yuri also loved her daughter so much that she often forgot the time to go to work because she was busy playing with him. In fact, he had brought her to the office because it was happy Irina had managed to call him papa so she wanted him to show off to his office friends.

This uniqueness makes Anika forget her handsome charm and handsome stature.

"Why marry Jane if you don't love her?" anika asked curiously after finding out Irina was not actually her biological child.

Yuri managed to put Irina to sleep and has returned after putting her in her baby box. "Do you think marriage needs love?"

Anika thought about her question. When she married Yaslan she wasn't sure she really loved him. Kairi forced her to marry so she never felt married out of love.

"It's important to be able to work with a partner and be mutually beneficial, like it's an ideal marriage."

Hearing that, Anika disagrees and wants to reply but Yuri continues her opinion

"If you marry someone you love, sometimes you will become selfish by forcing your partner to make it according to your expectations. As time goes by the wedding will also become bland and love will fade.

"But if you marry your partner because you think it can be mutually beneficial, even if love fades, you will need each other and not be easily separated."

Is it really like that? inward Anika begins to think that she married Yaslan because she could achieve her dream of working as an ODGJ nurse. But her marriage ran aground because she felt she could not love him enough. Did Anika just wrongly decide her marriage?

"Don't get dissolved in your own mind." Yuri flicked her finger in front of Anika to resuscitate her. "All I said was just my opinion."

Anika regained her senses and began to clean up her eating utensils. Lately he has been feeling dreamy.

"Today I have to patrol the night. Please make sure the door is locked."

Sometimes Yuri likes to talk formally with him, even though they are the same age that makes Anika surprised. "Why do you still like to talk to me formally?"

Yuri put down her police jacket and took her hat. "I have to be polite with my sister's wife right, Madam," he said with a slight smile before leaving for work.

"Yuri!" call Anika before she enters her service car. "Tell Kairi, I miss her."

Yuri just smiled and started driving her car away from Anika.

At the police headquarters of the shooting training ground, Kairi turned on the headset as a silencer and was focusing on shooting targets using firearms.

During these two months he continued to be trained to be able to fight and defend himself. He also provided various information about gangsters, one of the largest organizations held by his own father. He had to live life like in prison, eat potluck and not be allowed out until ready to be sent on a mission.

Sometimes Yuri comes to check on her brother's condition at the training ground and finishes working at the police station. Only two months he was trained and his development has been very rapid. The initial plan of training a year could be shortened by his abilities.

"If you shoot directly into the heart or head to be killed immediately, brother." Yuri advised her brother about basic knowledge. He was sure Kairi already knew, but wondered why his brother kept shooting in other areas.

"I made them tormented before they died" he replied coldly.

"Your beloved wife misses you," Yuri said patting her brother on the shoulder after training.

Kairi fell silent. She misses him too but can't get out of here until the mission's over.

"Sister, I heard the night guards are sleepy," whispered Yuri as if giving a hint of being able to sneak out. "Make sure you don't get caught."

When all fell asleep and the headlights were turned off, as his sister said, the front doorkeeper was already asleep in his chair. Kairi, who used to sneak in various home security with her experience first, very easily managed to escape. The care that was not as tight as in prison was too easy for him.

For almost an hour Kairi ran through the forest relying on his instincts and found his house with the lights of his room still on. She saw Anika through the window lying on the bed with her eyes still open and could not bear to see her tears begin to fall. Anika also took sleeping pills because lately difficult to sleep, soon after she fell asleep.

Watching him sleep Kairi slipped in through the window and climbed into his bed, hugging his wife from behind. He felt a calmness and warmth that he had not felt for a long time and instead fell asleep in his sleep.

"Watery?" anika asked the day, astonished to feel the presence of her husband on her back. She looked back and it was like a real dream to see her husband who had woken up.

Kairi's plan, which had only wanted to see him secretly without his wife's knowledge, had failed miserably. Feeling too comfortable she fell asleep until the next morning

"You don't think you're allowed out?" ask Anika unsure.

Kairi just fell silent, confused as to what she should say.

"I want to see my beautiful wife," she now starts kissing her back and opens Anika's boss. "I miss my wife's sexy body."

Kairi starts slipping his hands and playing with his wife's chest while continuing to kiss the nape of her neck. Anika also misses her husband's touch and praise, leaving him dissolved in their love interactions.

The clothes were already scattered on the floor and they continuously exchanged hot kisses that had been held back. But as they begin to get more intimate, Kairi suddenly stops their activities and sits on the edge of the bed.

Anika hugged him from behind. "Why baby?"

Actually, Kairi is not calm if he has not succeeded in killing his father. Since losing their future baby, he tried to restrain his desire not to plant any more seeds into his wife's womb. Kairi was a little traumatized, and tortured herself with this punishment for not being able to protect her baby and wife. He doesn't want to lose anyone anymore.

"I have to go" he said after a long silence and returned to wearing his clothes.

Anika realized that her husband's body looked more muscular and saw that his lost hand had been replaced.

"You got a new hand, honey?" he stood up touching the hand that looked like the robot's hand.

Kairi moved her hand and Anika was amazed by her movements that were already like real hands. "Great!" amazes.

"It's not as good as a real hand that can squeeze your beautiful chest, honey." As usual Kairi returned perverted which made Anika blush.

He went to the window and went out through it. "Other times the close is tight," he said advising his wife before kissing her again and leaving.

Outside Yuri was already waiting for him with a fire rifle in hand. "I saw a big bear go in the window last night, and it turned out to be my brother. Thankfully I didn't shoot."

Kairi did not care about his chatter and continued walking away.

"You can be late at foot speed. Let me give you a ride!"

Actually Kairi has broken the rules and Yuri feels responsible. He drove his brother in his car and gave the guards a reasonable excuse.

"I heard soon you're trusted to go on a mission, brother?"

Kairi is too focused on the path that makes Yuri look as if she is talking to herself.

"I'm not going on a mission, but there will be a team with you. So just trust your wife to me."

In his heart Kairi actually wants to go kill his own father and does not need a team. He wouldn't expect to meet someone he knew on his team.
