The Wrong Way to Love a Psychopath

The Wrong Way to Love a Psychopath
Chapter 46 Return

Anika bit her lower lip looking at the cold man before her. His brain kept turning to think about what kind of temptation he had to do to get the man to touch him. Tease the guy he never.

Long looking at her, Anika sees a wedding ring pinned on the handsome policeman's ring finger. Is he married?

Knowing the status of her marriage makes Anika more hesitant to tempt married men. Her marriage was ruined because of the temptation of another woman, she did not want anyone to have the same fate as her. Anika thought to just give up her money and step back to sit in her place originally giving quite a distance from the man beside her.

"Ah, no fun!" said the man sipped a drink while embracing the woman next to him.

Anika noticed another man who partly turned out to be also ringed. Having a wife at home who is waiting for their husband's return, but instead playing games with other women. Anika's eyes water at this reality. His face held back the crying.

Seductive of a good man who tries to be loyal to his wife, it feels like such a woman is very evil. Worse than any demon. Any normal man would definitely be tempted, just as it happened to her husband.

After work Anika was scolded by her manager for not being able to work well and asked not to come again. Nor was the night's wages paid.

"It's worth your rare face!!" snapped his manager before shoving him out of his room. Just this time Anika was blasphemed for doing what she thought was right. What does this have to do with his face? Because of her rare face she should be able to seduce more men, then earn a lot of money from it?

This world will not fit him.

Another comforting woman who witnessed earlier started bullying Anika by dousing alcohol on her face and tearing her clothes until her underwear was seen. Some pushed him to the point of falling onto the dirty floor, making the women laugh out loud at the pitiful creature that was drooping on the floor motionless.

Not wanting to be seen, Anika hides in the bar toilet cubicle. She was constantly crying ignoring the makeup that was starting to fade due to her tears. During a year of living in this remote village, Anika continues to experience bad luck that makes her unable to stand it anymore.

Does he not deserve to be happy? Why do bad things keep happening to him?

A year of living in this remote village does not also make himself able to live a quiet life. His loneliness brings up bad memories in the past. The unlucky events that come in turn aggravate the situation.

Anika now no longer knows what the point of living is.

Long silent Anika staggered out of the toilet. The locker where he kept his jacket and bag was filled with garbage and rat carcasses. She screamed in shock then attempted to take her belongings from inside the locker. The contents of the bag and jacket are out of shape because they have been partially burned. After her condition, Anika took things that could still be saved and was grateful that her identity card and ring were still intact. An old janitor looked at him with pity and offered him a warm canned coffee.

"Thank you sir" he said smilingly appreciating the slightest good deed.

Outside the sky is still pitch dark even though it shows at 4 am. Anika stepped out through the back door, trying to ignore the cold morning air. Just walking a few steps, he was surprised his body became warm because it was wrapped in someone's jacket from behind.

Anika turned her head in hopes of being helped by someone she knew, but was immediately disappointed to see who the owner of the jacket was.

"Miss doesn't want to freeze to death, does she?" Again he had to meet the cold cop who had married him.

Anika actually wants to throw this man's jacket because she does not want to be in touch with any man, especially those who are married. "I'm patrolling this area, lest there be any new victims." His words made Anika undo her intentions.

They arrived at a police car parked not far from it. "Where's the house, Miss?"

Somehow he felt like he had experienced something similar in the past, so he felt bad. "I can walk, thanks."

The location of the cost is actually a bit far away, but by walking Anika thought it could be warmer. The police car followed him from behind. "You really don't need a ride, Miss?" ask again from inside the car with the window open.

"No, thank you for your kindness. But it looks like we both have a partner" she said, pointing to the wedding ring she had worn. I don't know since when she became sensitive about marriage. Anika also started running small with her high heels.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

His life is now empty.

Shift night watch in the hospital makes the void even more pronounced. Many passed by, but his presence seemed to be non-existent. The employee beside him continued to work, while he just stood up without doing anything. Although it is usually treated like that, Anika began to saturate.

"Hallo's? Yes, why, dear?" The employee picked up the phone at work and is now going somewhere.

Anika glanced at the computer screen that was still on. He looked at the corpse data that seemed to have just entered the hospital.

Murder again?

Out of curiosity, Anika starts to move the mouse to see the data and photos of the identity of a woman who seems familiar.

Isn't this the woman from the bar I worked at last night?

Not just one, but there were three women who had been killed in the same day. And all the comfort women who worked at the bar where she worked that night. Anika has twice escaped from the angel of life, but this luck even made her more afraid. His breathing became heavy, his body began to tremble. Will he be killed next?

"Hey why are you using a computer!" exclaimed the clerk with his fierce face after returning from his little break.

Anika was still silently staring.

"Poor women, from last year the case of women disappeared and were killed until also in this village. Fortunately I was old hahahaha ..." she said laughing glancing at Anika as if telling her to just die.

Early in the day while coming home from the night shift, Anika felt herself being followed by someone. The faster his footsteps, the faster the footsteps of those who followed him. As soon as she arrived at her small apartment, Anika immediately entered and locked the door.

Instead of leaving the person just banged on his boarding door. Anika gets more goosebumps in fear and hiding under her blanket starts to breathe heavily. His entire body trembled, suddenly flashbacks of being kidnapped and nearly killed Raymon flashed through his head. He then remembered Kairi and constantly spoke his name in his heart.

The door slings suddenly disappeared replaced by the sound of someone falling onto the floor.

Out of curiosity Anika wanted to look out through the door hole and instead saw the body of someone who was dragged away past her line of sight.

What the hell is going on?

Anika ventured to open the door and saw someone was dragging the fat old man who seemed to have been killed. He recognizes the fat man as a security who works at the hospital where Anika works.

While that figure was dragging him, it was no mistake that the figure belonged to him.

"Watery?"
