The next day, Anika opened her eyes and found Kairi who was still asleep beside her. When he saw his sleeping face, Kairi did not look dangerous at all. He looked no different from normal people in general.

This leaves Yuri devastated and often home late at night, leaving his wife alone. He could not accept his situation at that time and tried to keep running from reality by working harder and having fun with his office friends, abandoning his wife.

"It's out of your control" Anika replied calming herself down. Anika cannot control Kairi who has killed many people. She began to understand why Yuri loved her daughter so much when she was not blood. It was because Yuri's hope was on Irina.

Yuri stood up and raised her daughter to play with. "But I'm still not as good as you who managed to control a beast."

Anika does not know if she deserves to be compared to the struggle that Yuri has gone through. But she felt they were similar because they both had a partner with a mental disorder.

"Sometimes when I see you I think maybe I can control Jane too if I can give her more love. But until he dies, I feel nothing."

Anika shook her head. "I never controlled Kairi. If controlling someone is not love his name."

After putting Irina in her toy box, Yuri returned to help Anika clean the dishes that had been used.

"Me and Kairi, we're just open and trusting each other. Maybe our love is strong because I believe in him not to kill me, no matter how many years he is. He also believed I wouldn't abandon him, as horrible as what he did."

"That's how! So we have to live this life as best we can!" anika replied in agreement while handing over the dishes she had washed for Yuri to dry.

The man looked at Anika and idly took her plate by holding her sister-in-law's hand. "If there were a better life choice, would you give it a try?"

Anika did not understand what she wanted to say, so Yuri began to explain further.

"During my life with you, I feel calmer than I used to be. Don't you feel the same way?"

The first time Yuri spoke non-formal and was this close to her. Anika still did not understand what it meant to say that way. He could only silently stare at her serious looking face.

Nearby, Kairi had heard all their conversations. He was deep in his own thoughts and began to think that maybe his sister could make his love life more calm and happy.
