After Ms. Ratna and Mr. Anto came out of the hospital room. Suddenly Raya shouted loudly because she felt intense pain from the incision wound in her stomach due to the influence of drugs that had begun to disappear.

Raya's voice even sounded in the ears of her parents who were outside the Raya's ward. Ratna's mother then rushed back to the room to see what had happened to her daughter. Ratna's mother then called the nurse to handle Raya. After getting the painkillers that are inserted through ****, then the Kingdom began to calm down a little. But it did not relieve the pain completely in the Great Stomach.

Raya's heart is still not calm thinking about the condition of the baby she just gave birth to.

After being referred to hospital A, Raya's baby gets a complete examination starting from a chest X-ray and blood tests. After a complete examination, the doctor found Raya's baby had amniotic fluid poisoning or in the language of medicine, commonly called meconium aspiration. Meconium aspiration occurs when a fetus or newborn inhales amniotic fluid that has been mixed with its first stool. This condition is very dangerous for the baby. The baby is then placed in the NICU (NICU/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is an intensive care room for newborns who need special treatment and care, to prevent and treat the occurrence of failure of vital organs). Baby Kingdom is directly placed in third grade according to the severity of the health condition of the baby.

Raya was later pronounced dead three hours after being in the NICU because the meconium fluid had clogged the baby's lungs. The sad news was then sent by Mr. Anto to Ms. Ratna. Baby Raya was then taken home to be buried by Mr. Anto alone, because Ms. Ratna was accompanying Raya who was still recovering after completing a caesarean section at the hospital.

Ratna's mother was so sad when she learned that her first grandchild who had not been born to this world had died. He did not even know how to tell this sad news to his son Raya who was still lying sick in a hospital bed. Raya has not been able to move because of pain in her stomach due to surgery wounds.

"Ma, how's my baby doing?" Tanya Raya after seeing Mother Ratna who returned to her nursery room after receiving a phone call.

Ibu Raya was just silent and busy arranging things on the nightstand, pretending not to hear Raya's questions slowly. But there is something different with Ms. Ratna who did not escape from the view of Raya, namely her mother returned to the room with red eyes like she had just finished crying.

"Ma, answer me. How's my son?" Raya said a little loudly, which eventually made Raya grimace because she felt pain in her surgical scars.

Ratna's mother was forced to look at Raya, and could no longer hold back her tears of sadness that made Ratna's mother cry sobbing in front of her child.

"Ma, don't tell me something happened to my son? Answer Maaa?!" Raya shouted no longer concerned with the pain in her stomach and the shocked gazes of the people who were in the room due to hearing the Kingdom suddenly shout.

Ratna's mother did not answer Raya's question, only a cry implying that Raya's child was not in good shape.

A great pain for a mother who has lost the child she just gave birth to, is no exception for Raya, an arrogant young woman who has committed many sins at her young age. At the moment he is feeling the pain and devastation of losing a child, which he has not had time to hold and kiss yet he has not even seen the face and apparently, the face, which according to her ex-husband and ex-in-law looks like a westerner.

"Arrrghghh...." Raya can only groan withstanding the pain of incision wounds from surgery because her abdominal muscles move when crying. More than that, the more excruciating pain and not knowing when it will heal is the pain in his heart because of the loss of the child he has borne away for eternity!

Hopefully, the future Kingdom can learn from its past!

After Reva's graduation day, more and more jobs arrive for Reyna. Every day Reyna gets busy with her new job as Make Up Artist, the night Reyna does not forget to type a new chapter for the story that is currently being contracted by one of the platforms. Happy laughter was heard from them when Dr. Vita recounted the incident in the operating room earlier. Doctor Vita also took part in Reyna's surgery representing the child's part. They all laughed when Vita told her that Reyna was very frightened and almost vomited during surgery because of nervousness. Fortunately Reyna was able to overcome the feeling of fear and anxiety that he felt, so that finally the operation could go well.

Evangeline Galena. The name Reyna gave to her second daughter. Galena comes from the Greek word meaning gentle woman and healer of all sickness, while Evangeline means bearer of good news/luck. So Galena Evangeline means gentle woman bearer of good fortune and also healer of all sickness. Reyna truly feels the presence of this child brings good news, good luck and heals her broken heart after the loss of her first child Ziva.
